Here's my review and guide! Due to the high cost of crafting legendaries, it's best to wait a few days to find out if said card is actually good. If you craft day 1, there's a good chance you will just waste your dust. Let others test out the cards for you. Let the meta figure itself.
1. Ace Hunter Kreen 4 stars(great for trading)
2. Shan'do Wildclaw 2 stars(bad keleseth, conditional faceless)
3. Speaker Gidra 3 stars(decent removal)
4. Ras Frostwhisper 3 stars(mini aoe)
5. Jandice Barov 4 stars(excellent stats)
6. Doctor Krastinov 3 stars(similar to greenskin)
7.Lord Barov 4 stars(excellent equality on a stick)
8. High Abbess Alura 4 stars(great in libram paladin)
9. Disciplinarian Gandling 4 stars(great in zoolock only)
10. Soulciologist Malicia 2 stars(doesn't fit existing decks)
11. Star Student Stelina 2 stars(Glide is vastly superior)
12. Forest Warden Omu 5 stars(Kun 2.0 and combo enabler)
13. Professor Slate 1 star(not enough damage spells)
14. Mozaki, Master Duelist 2 stars(just a worse malygos)
15. Turalyon, the Tenured 2 stars(very slow removal)
16. Mindrender Illucia 5 stars(best anti combo tech so far)
17. Infiltrator Lilian 3 stars(decent if inconsistent removal)
18. Instructor Fireheart 5 stars(vastly superior vulpera)
19. Archwitch Willow 5 stars(better than prenerf dragonqueen)
20. Rattlegore 4 stars(better than colossus, super sticky)
21. Sphere of Sapience 2 stars(worse than tracking, dies to ooze)
22. Vectus 4 stars(excellent mini N'zoth for standard)
23. Lorekeeper Polkelt 4 stars(excellent for aggro decks)
24. Headmaster Kel'Thuzad 2 stars(too slow and hard to combo)
25. Keymaster Alabaster 2 stars(slow card in a fast meta)
Hope you enjoyed that guide! I have rated those cards in a vacuum, their actual power will depend on the meta. Expect a balance patch shortly after expansion to nerf broken cards, especially Glide which kills control. Do you agree with those ratings? Let me know!

Jokes aside, these seem... wrong. E.g. Archwitch Willow is pretty useless in Standard, maybe could be good in Wild Renolock, but they do much more degenerate stuff than pre-nerf Dragonqueen for example. Rattlegore is also pretty bad, it's just VERY slow. Shan'do Wildclaw, on the other hand, seems very strong in Highlander Hunter which is already tier 1.

I only had to read the first 5 to know the whole list was going to be completely wrong.
The fact that you wrote "doesn't fit existing decks" is enough to see that you're not good at reviewing cards. Also why I don't bother listening to a lot of the streamer reviews. Regis is especially bad for it. It shows a severe lack of creativity and narrow-mindedness.

The fact he literally spends his entire Life into HS Streaming, I dare to say otherwise. Also hes getting paid for streaming Hearthstone.....and YOU DONT.
I appreciate your effort in trying to rate these cards because it's always tough to predict how much a card will see play in a future meta. However, I would consider a few changes.
