Underrated

I don't see this card being very successful this expac.  The current ping spells in Hunter are too weak on their own to run this on the off chance you'll draw both.  Praying that we'll see synergies for this before Rapid Fire rotates. 

Not a bad card but Hunter has no coherent theme this expac, this has no synergy with any card released for Hunter this expansion.  Also doesnt even function as a win con, as efficiently removing six minions at best doesn't win you anything, other classes can do better without needing Rick here to enable them, and they have actual win cons.

Disappointed in this one.

Is this card good? Yes, on curve stats, and a really threatening effect. Is it broken? As of the moment, I don't think so. You wouldn't play this guy in aggro as he doesn't do anything by himself, so Arcane Shot seems unlikely to find a deck along side him, but the obvious power play is Rapid Fire. I guess I see him making a space in singleton hunter, maybe some alterations are made to add both the 1 mana shot cards, but outside of that you have Corrosive Breath, Kill Command and maybe Marked Shot. The bigger they are, the less impressive this card seems. And I'm not even considering Explosive Trap, as this guy has pseudo taunt, you're almost never going to even consider hitting face while he's around unless you specifically want to trigger and waste it. 

Certainly will be played around with, and I like that experimentation. But I can imagine a world where he gets cut from singleton decks, and unless a spell control hunter somehow appears, he might not find a home in any deck, just due to the lack of support for him.

Wait so it’s good because it synergies with twin shot/arcane shot? I don’t understand. I have to build a deck with super low cost damage hunter spells and then wait till I HOPEFULLY draw my win condition otherwise I’m pinging the enemy minions for 1/2 and looking silly.
idk...I want to like this card but it seems like it is too hard to build a deck around hoping I happen to have my low damage spell in hand and this minion at the perfect time.

Maybe, maybe, a low cost damage spell deck with some powerful lock and load Turns to refill my hand... But it couldn’t even be a spell hunter deck because this is a minion. 

Will Unleash the Hounds work with this?

Doesn’t seem like it would b/c it summons minions and it’s not dealing damage.

Pretty sure it’ll work with secrets though like snipe and explosive trap. Because they are also affected by spell dmg.

Hunters 3d 3 mana legendary this expansion. its cheap and has a powerful effect with spells like rapid fire or explosive trap if the opponent does not deal with him. would most likely be nerfed to have poison on one spell you play each turn or lower stats. big minion deck's beware.

I highly doubt they'd nerf a Hunter legendary that doesn't deal damage on its own.

pretty good card imo , would get in my deck asap as soon as the exanpsion drop
