You ever get beat down a turn by aggro paladin? Now get beat down for more and now their 1 health minions are safe from pings. This card is going to make aggro paladin a tier 1 deck if not already.

fundamental rule of card games = text on card always has advantage over overall game rules
Sure! But like, why not just have this happen at the end of the opponent's turn and avoid needing to break the rule in the first place?
I think that's because if it triggered at the end of the opponents turn, it could screw over "at the end of turn" effects (like Rag not being able to kill an 8 health minion because of the +1).

yes blizzard decided to come back and add more bad secrets to paladin. this is a win more secret, not a tempo changer.As long as they clear your board it will activate and be useless.
the fact you could combo it with other secrets to at least get one off is bad. that's two card for the benefit of one. both unreliable you draw both, and a waste of a deck slot. other classes' secrets work fine to gain tempo being the only secret in board.
Someone needs to stick ever secret in a deck with Mysterious Challenger (would do it myself if I was any good at deckbuilding) "Just try and figure out which of the 4 or 5 secrets I have out!"

This is a secret every single opponent of Paladins will have to play around now. Focus on board control is real.

Works great because of the mindgames now possible. Avenge and Noble Sacrifice can be played around by going face. This makes opponents think twice.
