This is what we need against agro, minions that forces the agro player to trade + it hardcounters freezing trap+ mirror entity. Huge Card, I hope I get fast 2 in my packs :).
This seems like a potentially great card. If your opponent is unable to remove this the turn it comes down, you can play a Piloted Shredder on your next turn! Even if you're unable to silence it, it's still solid because it forces your opponent to remove it or else you will be able to play a 4-drop on your next turn. I definitely expect to see this in ramp druid decks.
I'm excited to see more Druid cards.
4/5
EDIT: Not only is this a nerf to Piloted Shredder, it also nerfs Effigy (you could get the Aspirant from your 2-drop), and Piloted Sky Golem to some extent though the chances of getting a Piloted Shredder then an Aspirant is very unlikely.
EDIT 2: This also serves as a great counter to Mirror Entity. When you suspect your opponent has a Mirror Entity in play, play this, they don't get the battlecry from the Aspirant, and they lose one mana crystal unless they waste a silence.
Card seems terrible at start, but wailing soul could be a thing (unlikely). Is really strong with things like youthful brewmaster and silence. Seems pretty fun, but inconsistent and clunky!
I can't understand why people want so bad to silence this card. With the deathrattle this thing has a soft-taunt tag attached to it, if your opponent doesn't kill it you have tempo advantage and if they do you still have tempo advantage because they wasted one turn to remove a 2/3 from your board. There's NO downside to this card at all (unless for some reason you have Baron Rivendare on your board lol)
This card is great. Fixes the problem of Wild Growth being too slow against aggro. You play this first, then next turn you have four mana and you can clear up small minions with this, lock in the extra mana crystal with wild growth and then play another 2 drop. Maybe another aspirant?

I think the best comparison to this card is pint-sized summoner. It's basically a pint-sized that has better stats and work with spells: you have one more mana while this is alive. I don't think a slightly better pint-sized is good enough to be used in constructed, and I don't think ideas like silence or brewmaster would work well. This is because if you're spending a silence to "gain a wild growth" you might as well just play wild growth (but not gain a 2/3) and silence something more important. Brewmaster is just too slow and weak by itself. A good card in arena though, because although I don't think the fact that it work with spells compared to pint-sized summoner is that relevant in arena the 1 more health is really good. And yeah there are interactions like deathlord, shredder, sylvannas, mind control tech etc. when this is very different from pint-sized. Also great counter for mirror entity.
I'm starting to feel like the praise for this card is getting a bit too effusive. 50% of the time, this is just going to be "Battlecry: Gain a Coin that you can only use the next turn." The other 50% of the time, your minion gets killed on your opponent's next turn and it will effectively be a vanilla 2/3.
It's definitely a solid and balanced card, but not worth the hype it is getting. There are plenty of better class minions out there.
This card is awesome. Now after seeing turn 1 zombie cho, turn 2 wild growth you won't say "I play against a god, sorry guys".. you will say "meh, average" :D
This could make a recombob druid pretty powerful. Recombob already hits ancient of lore or the large taunts druid already uses in ramp pretty effectively, so this could be the deck that recombob has been waiting for (outside of thief priest lol).
Hm first of i think the art is amazing, realy cool looking card. The effect is interesting... it is a 1 mana 2/3 on turn 2 effectively that ou cant play turn 1. against any control or midrange type deck it will most likely be cleared right away so you need to get value the turn you play it which might be hard. if it sticks then ok it is really good. Against aggro i thin it is really good because for instance face hunter will ignore your minions and thus it will stay on the board and you get a nice advantage

Hope we get a hard removal now :D
Yes, this is a fantastic counter to our biggest weakness: Mirror Entity.

The nerf to shredder though XD so many never lucky trolden moments await.
I think it's a great card you don't lose anything by playing it except a deck slot
Turn 1 -> Undertaker, Innervate, Darnassus Aspirant? 2/2 - 2/3 - ramp 1 on turn1?
Actually, Darnassus Aspirant will fit in my Evolution Druid deck. Soul of the Forest and Recombobulator.
No need for that at all. Keeper of the Grove is already a card.
Interesting card for sure but I'm just not convinced that this card will spark a new type of deck. Doesn't druid has enough ramp already?
Will this card steer Druid away from the combo/Ramp Druid? Probably not.

First card with both a deathrattle and battlecry effect.

Awesome card, though I can't wait to use Reincarnate against it!

Huh, would work perfectly in my Wailing Soul Druid deck. Bring it on.
