This will easily be the first card the community screams for nerfs. At least it's a 2 drop and can't be in a Prince K deck. That's the only saving grace. Hunters are getting WAY too many buffs for a dominate class. The pool of new beast cards is simply insane.
Everyone is evaluating the best case scenario instead of the average and most likely scenario.
And the average and most likely scenario is still really good. lol
The literal only time this card is bad is when you have 0 board and you are being beat down. Spoiler alert: Almost nothing in hunter is helping you there.

The average and most common scenario is you are basically casting a conditional Ancestral Spirit on a 5/5 Devilsaur.
People who can't understand why this is good never played around with Kel'Thuzad. This costs 2 mana, he cost 8. Insane board dominance potential for 2 mana, absolutely insane.
It is time for us to have our revenge. Lions, tigers, and bears all twice as nice for a tiny price. This card leads the Charge to propel hunter to S-tier. What a Rush.

The best uses of this card are gonna be with unleash and Flark's BoomZooka. The latter is super inconsistent, the former is good but certainly not insane. Similarily to the Priest Legendary/Spirit, people heavily overrate how likely of a situation it is that you have good strong minions on board, you can attack with them, and you want to actually kill them off. Generally minions wont survive that long (if they do you are winning) and if you are winning making bad trades just to heal your minions is not really worth it. At least the Priest spirit works on your opponents turn
They need to make a category above "Meta Defining" to describe cards like this, pre-nerf corridor creeper, and the original pre-nerf #1 rogue quest--we should call this class "Meta-Deforming Mistake." To put this into perspective, I would be happy with this card if it cost 5-6 mana as opposed to 2, because even then it would let you do stupid things. A 2-mana targeted mass revive is RIDICULOUS in any class, but in hunters it is particularly powerful because they can Zombeast up giant monsters, make value trades, and then revive their entire board.

As most people have already stated, when are you in a position to kill off so many big minions in 1 turn by trading? Possibly 1 time in the entire game and you would have to be pretty lucky or already have the game won for it to even matter. I think best case scenario you are getting a King Krush and 1 other beast. And if you're lucky you played Hyena that turn.
Cube a charged Devilsaur and then use Play Dead on it, followed by this. 4 Devilsaurs on the board to hit 28 damage for 8 mana. Mental.
That's only 3 bud. 1 from this and 2 from the cube. You're better off sticking with the Play Dead type cards. And I don't think this will have a spot in that deck since it could end up being pretty mediocre at best.
unplayable, only noobs think this is good...
are you a retard ?? read the card

First nerfed card of the new set, for sure.
Very strong and can fit in a variety of decks, as insane sinergy with already existent cards plus the new cards.
The average and most common scenario is you are basically casting a conditional Ancestral Spirit on a 5/5 Devilsaur.
Spoiler: It's not that great.

Lots of potential with Houndmaster Shaw and this card also.
This is just fucking broken. Should be 4-mana at least.
Its not, people just overrate super high payoff cards which are hard to set up. Feign Death 2.0
a lot of fun stuff thats possible with this, a must watcher for sure

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.

I think it's too slow for deathrattle hunter, but this will be really good in midrange hunter. Yet ressumoning a animal companion on 4 is good.

Also, Houndmaster Shaw and Flark's Boomzooka are both tools to abuse this card.
If that's what you think the average scenario is, you're being really narrow minded.
