Why are people defending this card simply by calling it a bigger sludge belcher? Sludge belcher comes in at a turn where there will only be small or mid sized minion around, so a taunt is always needed. 9 mana is after the turn where bonemare could be dropped on your ass, and if they have smaller minions on the field also (a very plausible case for the type of deck this thing is trying to fight against), the 1/3 taunts won't do much except stall a turn also. Not to mention you can simply get bursted down by spells or silence it if they want. Maybe if we get the support to recruit demons like this, then it could be experimented with but I don't have a lot of hope for it. 9 mana for this kind of effect is simply undercosted. Nice buff to Bane of Doom at least.
Obsidian Statue can be cheated out, and the lifesteal matter a ton. If your opponent had to sacrifice 3 minion to kill it, you would heal for 12, plus the 8 damage you blocked thanks to playing statue, AND you destroy a threat on the field. That's a game swinger for sure.
I think this is great in Control Warlock. Synergy with N'zoth, Synergy with Bloodreaver, great follow-up to a Twisting Nether turn, can get pulled from Stonehill, great against stuff like aggro Rogue or any big deck to a degree (druid in general is going to have a hell of a time getting through all those taunts).
Control Warlock with N'zoth actually has some pretty decent Deathrattle taunts (this and Rin) to play with.
Controllock and Bloordreaver Gul'dan synergy is very good, making it 3 attack? A fair trade, makes it riskier to play vs priest and Cabal Shadowpriest, so some other combo to steal this and kill it. A bit pricey for 3 attack, but the deathrattle is excellent

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
Let me preface this by saying that I am excited to try this card because it could stall the game well enough on its own to do other things... but everyone who is saying that this is good with Bloodreaver Gul'Dan is missing the fact that the lil taunts are also demons. In the kinds of decks that Bloodreaver Gul'Dan is currently running with Dreadlords and whatnot... that'll dilute your Demon pool in a way that is not always going to be good imo. Maybe you need a Dreadlord for the ping and won't get it. Or maybe you will want Voidlord and get back nothing but Voidwalkers. The point is that this seems to have as much counter-synergy with Gul'Dan as synergy with Gul'Dan.
That said, I would love to try this in a control deck that runs almost nothing but removal. It'll have no demons besides two of Voidlord, maybe a Barnes in there in the hopes that you high-roll Voidlord and then a N'zoth and a Bloodreaver Gul'Dan. If you get both Voidlords down and then Gul'Dan then your demon pool will be 6 Voidwalkers and 2 Voidlords. So there is a decent chance you get 2 Voidlords and a 100% chance you get one. Then your N'Zoth will pull 3-4 Voidlords and whatever other DR you put in. That amount of stall might actually make Rin, The Disciple playable. Of course, it might be easier to just regular-fatigue them over Rin in that situation/deck.... but ignore the Rin stuff. That's a pipe-dream. The point is that this card can enable stall/fatigue tactics that were impossible before.

Most control Warlock decks (where this card is at it's best) don't run enough demons to fill the board anyway, though. At most it's 4 (two Voidwalkers and two Despicable Dreadlords). You don't run discard because you want to preserve resources. Sometimes you can situationally grab a Felhunter or Felguard from Stonehill, but that's pretty rare.
And filling the board with nothing but Voidlords and Voidwalkers kinda sounds hilarious. Voidwalker is actually kind of difficult to get rid of because it doesn't die to AoE effects that cost less than 5 mana. Sort of like a pseudo-Spreading Plague.
This is the card I'm most excited about since I think it's gonna be sick in Wild with Voidcaller, Mal'Ganis, Barnes and N'Zoth. I'm also gonna try it out in Standard in my Highlander deck , since cheating it out with Krul seems busted. Probably replace Doomguard with it since they both servethe same purpose as a powerful Krul target that have the draw back of being sub optimal on their own.
Having Voidlord in your graveyard make it so that you can play Gul'dan pretty much into any board state. Which is actually a big deal imo.
I don't think we'll see it in Standard outside of Highlander decks though. And Krul Warlock as of now is worse than regular removal heavy Warlock so it's probably not something we'll see at big tournaments unless the Warlock weapon turns out to be good which I highly doubt.

Bad stats but this looks like a complete pain in the ass to remove if you don't have a silence or transform available.
you just save silence for it to have lethal because there is not so much to silence in a warlock deck.
We don't know that yet, since this could go into something completely new. This also has N'Zoth synergy, which doesn't care if a Deathrattle minion was silenced.
If this becomes staple, I would run Pint Sized + Potion/LetMeChangeYourMind just because fuck this card.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Aren't Voidlords like.. the most powerful beings in Warcraft universe?
Voidlords are different than Void Lords. There are a dozen or so Voidlords that are killable in WoW. Void Lords, on the other hand, have never been seen in the physical realm and are on par with the Titans in terms of power.

Good with bane of doom rng!
Its good enough to let me run Stonehill in Warlock. Taunt Demon N'zothlock in wild can be pretty strong

Three 2/4 taunts with Crystalweaver. Not too shabby.
Gonna run this with Krul in highlander Warlock. Great minion to bring back with Guldan as well.

Krul the Unshackled buff. Also works with Bloodreaver Gul'dan and N'Zoth, the Corruptor. May see play, not OP, nice design. I'm ok with it.
