I hate it when I'm in a long line at the supermarket and when it's finally my turn they open another counter. Or if I'm in line in traffic and whatever lane I switch to end up being the slow one. Grrrr the world is rigged!
This is the same formula that WotC has used for decades with MtGo (though admittedly a lot cheaper). I think that there's a reason that they are partly abandoning that economy for a HS inspired one in Magic Arena. They are not doing that without a ton of research. I find it odd that the people behind Artifact are going back to an outdated model. We'll see. Maybe reducing the pack prices is enough to revive it. Still, $20 is a steep entry for a lot of people. Maybe they are purposely targeting the 25+ year old HS crowd and seeing how Blizzard is becoming more and more a kids game in the way they promote the game, I doubt they will do anything to risk losing that player base.
I own her and I don't run her. I've taken the deck to legend and went 12-2 in the Brawl and I've won all of the mirror matches I've encountered so far (when do people learn that you're not supposed to draw in the mirror?).
My deck is quite different though. I don't run Boom (I own him too) or Mega Assembly. I find both to be extremely overrated. Why would you give up Tank Up for something that could possibly be worse and even spend a card on it? And why would you run a card that the majority of the time gives you something that have close to 0 impact on turn 10 (sooo many insignificant mechs in the pool)? Whenever someone plays Boom on turn 7, I know it's gonna be an easy matchup. Tank Up is so much better in fatigue. Instead I run King Mosh, Elise + Zola and Ysera as my late game advantage. I'm open to the idea that I might be wrong, since so many seem to agree on the build and maybe it's my previous experience with fatigue warrior that carries me.
Anyway, in some scenarios I wish I had access to her, but I don't think she's crucial. Neither is Darius btw. I do find him more useful though. Mostly because you at least want 2 minions to fetch with Town Crier. I guess you could run Rapid Worgen instead but that's a significant downgrade.
THere is a combo with Glinda and mech warper when you magnetise 30 Missile launchers for otk
It's a suicide
you also play illusionist, I don't rememver how you do that with 7 spaces but I saw this in trolden
Or Just magnetize Zilliax to have lifesteal
Wont work though. Launcher triggers at end of turn. I guess you could heal up to 30 and only do the combo when your opponent has taken any form of damage.

He probably Dark Pacted one of the Mechwarpers or something. Didn't know that Illusionist worked in that scenario. Thought she only would heal you for 3. Is it because all the triggers come from the same minion?
This is pretty good in the right meta. But right now midrange decks are pretty much non-existing because they lose to all the decks out there that ignores the board and then go over the top and do broken stuff in the late game. This card is really not helping that archetype. It's pretty much a 3/4 - do nothing against those decks. Making it a very conditional card. Especially considering all the combo support this expansion has to offer.
I don't think that this is what the mech archetype needed. Right now I don't think that the mech support is there. Elementals has a lot more potential but didn't make it in the end. It's of course too early to tell.
But that's the thing. Florist makes Floop pretty much obsolete since it's much faster. You can now put Oaken back into the deck. A 7 mana 4/4 is not much different from a 6 mana 4/4 in form of Auctioneer. The point is that you play it when you are not in any immediate danger and then win next turn. You're acting like you'd desperately play this on curve no matter the board state. Obvously you're gonna wait until you're controlling the board. This is not a quick combo against aggro, this is a late game combo against control.
I agree with not2fast2. I also don't think that Psychmelon is the right fit. At best it's a draw 2 for 4, which is underwhelming in Druid. I get that it also tutors but you want to draw most of your deck anyway before you play the combo. It would be different if you were tutoring for Maly. Also seems like you probably want 2 Naturalizes.
You don't need the combo against aggro. You just need to stabilize and slam the DK. And Druid is prrretty good at outliving aggro. Especially when they get to put Spreading Plauge and the DK back into their deck.
And yes you do have room for Florist. The combo takes up extremely little room compared to other combos that Druid has had success with in the past
TGT CW worked because Tank Up was the best hero power in the game (outside of Jaraxxus) at that point and the most popular combo deck was Freeze Mage which CW could tank out of range of. The rest was aggro and midrange which had a fixed amount of threats that CW could manage with their given resources. Today there's a lot more variety and people do way more broken stuff + a lot of different combos that don't care about armor and have hero powers/combos that traditional CW can't keep up with, so they need that swing turn/win condition which they haven't had since C'Thun/N'Zoth rotated (outside of the quest).
I wonder whether Maly Druid now will cut Floop for Oaken Summons. Seems like he's not needed anymore. Plus going 7 mana Florist into 2 mana Maly next turn is faster than going 9 mana Maly into 4 mana Floop anyway.
So I guess that Maly soon will move to HoF. Either that or they rrrrreally want everyone to craft him. Both Druid, Rogue, Priest and Shaman are getting Maly support. I've never seen Blizzard pushing a specific combo so hard before. Btw this is not a complaint. I'm honestly not sure whether I'm for or against this. Time will tell...

Or does the emp tick carry on to the echoed cards?
