When I started playing hs, I got a golden Millhouse Manastorm (keep in mind that this was right after nax release so classic legendaries where the only ones available for crafting) and even me, the guy that never played a card game ever in his life could see that it was a bad card. So what did little me do? Crafted Malygos. Cause screw Ragnaros the Firelord and Sylvanas Windrunner or anny other standalone legendary that doesn't need to be supported because reasons. I'm gonna craft a big dragon because dragons are cool. I didn't even have preps at the time so the guy was basically just a big dragon.
I still have that Malygos though. Still sitting there reminding me of why I should do my research before jumping into stuff and why I can't be trusted with a large amount of dust :I
Don't really regret crafting him now though, I can use him in some rogue/mage deck if need be (although the meta needs to slow down first). And I did have my fun with the big guy. Actually glad I crafted him because if I didn't do it then, I probably never would have.
Rhonin's probably the "worst" of the legendaries I've crafted... thought he would be incredible in tempo mage but it takes so much effort to actually get him to win you games. There also a few others such as Grommash Hellscream and N'Zoth, the Corruptor where I simply didn't end up playing the decks they were in very often.
I'm not even counting the times I crafted something only to pull it a few packs later... so much wasted dust... I don't really regret those cards though, since it was more bad luck than bad planning, and honestly pulling a legendary I already have is about the same as pulling a bad legendary.
Triumphs? Probably Yogg-Saron, Hope's End pre-nerf. Loved the randomness to him and I ran so many spell combo heavy decks I could put him in so many. Also Bloodmage Thalnos for pulling his weight even if I probably don't realize it.
I've only crafted 4 legends so far Ragnaros the Firelord being the first. No regrets there and i didn't have to DE anthing to do so. I think I crafted Fandral Staghelm next, very good and has proven his worth among my collection. After opening an Inkmaster Solia I used saved up dust on Kazakus. Finally my most recent craft was Leeroy Jenkins and Faceless Manipulator after getting rid of a few bad cards. Almost forgot my 2 golden wisps (no regrets)
When I first joined I crafted whatever commons and rares looked cool XD. Other than that, I think I've done a pretty good job at crafting cards lately.

When I die, I want to go peacefully and in my sleep like my Grandpa. Not yelling and screaming like the passengers in his car.
Hands down best craft: Bloodmage Thalnos, don't need to explain why
Hands down worst craft: Patches the Pirate, simply because I crafted him for Pirate Rogue and later the same day realized that deck is BORING AF. So in other words, I wasted 1600 dust on a card I likely will never use again. I knew it when I did it too, I was like "don't do it, you'll regret it," but noooooo I didn't listen. zzz
Honorable Mentions: Sylvannas, Cairne, Leeroy, N'Zoth, Tirion, Edwin, and Fandral are a few that I have crafted and never regretted it one bit. Yogg I crafted a week before the nerf, but I decided to keep him anyway even though I haven't used him since. Y'Shaarj I crafted when Old Gods released, which I later regretted (did not yet have N'Zoth or Yogg lol), but I kept him also and I'm happy about it cause he's so fun in Janky decks like Astral or with Barnes or something. Also, one last funny thing, I dusted Captain Greenskin about 2 weeks before MSG spoilers. Again I thought, "nah, Pirates probably won't be a thing in this expansion" LOL. Not that I necessarily regret dusting him, since Pirate decks are boring like I said, but still kinda one of those facepalm moments.

Nature is the Day. Man is the Sun. Woman is the Moon. The Stone is the Sky. The Art is the Way.
Looking at other posts some have regretted Twin Emperor Veklor. I really don't. I primarily Play Reno Curator C'thun variants. This card is extremely good on turn 7 with requirements met.
My biggiest mistake is craft Varian Wrynn :(

Regret: Don Han'Cho -.-
best craft so far: Kazakus. BEST CARD EVER (after Jaraxxus)
Regret: Don Han'Cho, Knuckles
No Regrets: Tirion Fordring, Bloodmage Thalnos
Hopeful my regrets won't be regrets forever
Stay thirsty my friends
Crafted both Toshley and Gazlowe about a week before the announcement of standard format.
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.

Don't regret it, golden Edwin VanCleef is one of the best looking. Also, VanCleef is a tier 1 legendary for many decks.
Best: Fandral. Immediately crafted him after my initial packs in LoE. Never got him in a pack after and use him in every dr00d deck.
Worst: Yshaarj, gimmick dr00d = gimmicky. Not worth.
Ultra Steal Priester IV
Double MC, double TS, double Shrink/Cabal, double Shadow Madness/Recombo.

Worst: Twin Emperor Vek'lor . Haven't used C'thun decks since and would love something more useful.
Best: Bloodmage Thalnos - just amazing and versatile in any spell-heavy deck or even in midrange shaman.
golden Majordomo Executus
I don't really regret any of my crafts,
Best is probably Bloodmage Thalnos who proved more powerful than expected.
The card I got least play from is Mal'Ganis. Right now I have mixed feelings about Patches. Not quite my tempo...
Playing Hearthstone in German solely for Garrosh sounds. Sieg oder Tod!
Best craft: Thalnos. Like many other posts mention, he is just GREAT!
Worst: If i have to choose one, it'd be Cairne or Harrison. I personally do not find them to be very useful.
There has never been a game where I have regretted crafting Blingtron.
Weapon Based Priest is all you need in life
Stops your challenges with a knife
It's a deck that everyone should play
You should make it, try it today.
Dr. Boom, Bloodmage Thalnos, Twin Emperor Veklor. Only Legendaries I have ever crafted, NEVER have I EVER regretted anything.
I like to make cards and discuss game balance.
I enjoy when "No similar decks were found."
