Secondly, i wish to point out that i have a positive winning rate (i would say > 60%) against galakron shaman with dragon handlock. The deck i'm playing also fares well against aggro decks (aggro hunter and zoolock). However, i do have problems dealing with the control-ish dragon Healadin and Deathrattle handbuff rogue. Nevertheless, an early draw of giants or frizz normally put the game in my favour.
A balance patch is always welcomed. I hope that they can do it consistently and more frequent so that the class representation in the game is healthy.
Toning down the power level of shaman class is good IMO, but to nerf it into oblivion is not.
Lastly, i feel it's unwise to judge the power level of each class two weeks into an expansion. My game experience tells me that shaman's current winning rate and representation do not reflect the actual strength of the class. Anyway, if toning down the power level of shaman gives the majority of the community a better game experience, why not?
This is what happens when you keep giving a class efficient stuffs. But don't worry, hunter will get crap next expansion. Enjoy the class now while you still can.
If you like the freeze mage archetype, maybe you can try the Exodia mage. It's somewhat similar concept to that of freeze mage. Stall the game and clear the board and wait for your one turn combo.
Gonk raptor's effect is not windfury for the minion but allows the HERO to attack multiple times if the hero successfully kills the minion each time it attacks.
Mana Cost is too high for beasts those are at a lower cost. i am only acquainted to Savannah Highmane on being a similar cost beast. Other than that King Krush? It already got Charge, but now it can be summoned by 6 Mana instead of 9. So i think King Crushers can make an early call by this.
A pseudo board clear option for druid? Well, it can be used together with florist to reduce the cost. Hopefully we can see a card that turn druids armor into attack, then this card might still see play.
This card may be a one-ish in big druid archetype decks. Still, ramp deck depends too much on your draw, singular in play style and susceptible to aggro decks. I personally do not think this card will make druid deck overpower as druids never short of draw mechanism, what the class lack is mass board clear or certain type of strong control for early to mid game. Unless Blizzard print out some crazy 7-10 drop cards that are crazily powerful and that might impact board right away, else the tempo loss of playing the card and early aggression will hamper the archetype from being a tier 1.

First of all, i'm not a shaman player.

My take on the discardlock. My version is more on tempo. I think the card cruel dinomancer is a big boost to the deck.
