Stall the game and draw as fast as you can. Unlimited milling after using Dead Man's Hand with 2 Dead Man's Hand, Brann & Coldlight Oracle on hand. You have enough removals and heals against aggro, and it works against control as well because you'll be shuffling back your removals and aoe which means you'll essentially have unlimited removals (that's why play your removals wisely, choose what you want to use and what you want to try to keep).

I got to R5 with Renolock, then switched to HaveFun's RenoPriest after stalling for a bit. I hovered around R4 and 5 for a few days then switched to a Dude Paladin deck and won 9 straight and 14-4 overall, pushing to R1. My Dude deck stalled out in Rank 1 for a few games as I faced nothing but aggro, so I switched to Jade Druid with Spreading Plague and got to Final boss attempt 1. It was a Pirate warrior and he recked me. Fell back to R1 2 stars and after facing the same 3 or 4 people all the time I started friend requesting them so we wouldn't play each other. Thankfully they were all very nice players. Stuck with Jade a few more games but kept losing so I said screw it and switched to murloc aggro Druid. I won 3 straight and made it to Final Boss attempt #2, another Pirate Warrior. Here is the replay.
I added the guy afterwards to let him know he was my FB and thank him. I thought for sure he didn't kill me on purpose to let me advance but he told me he legitimately didn't have lethal. Armoring up for 1 armor was the difference between legend and loss. That's how close it was!
I only tracked 95 games with my deck tracker and the rest were on my phone. Probably 50 or 60 on my phone if I had to estimate.
TELL ME HAVE YOU SEEN SOMETHING THIS BRUTAL??? Opponent started the turn with a full board of minions up to 4 health and 5 cards on hand. I have a 4/1 Shredder and Imp Gang Boss on board.
Guess what? Howlfiend + Treachery + Defile: 6 damage board clear, discarded his whole hand and dropped a Doomguard for me from his Deathlord. BEST FUCKING FEELING EVER!!! I've never seen anyone hit the concede button so quickly, I couldn't even get proper screenshots! If you wanna see how it's done and if I'm lying, look at the log!
'I give up', she said as she conceded. I hope she won't be giving up on life as well.
I haven't seen her on ladder since. Probably won't see her ever again...
I hit legend on EU with Big Priest in exactly 50 games from R5. Not a single loss to jade druid and I had a surprisingly easy ride vs. pirate warrior. Hardest matchups were aggro druid (innervate+flappy bird) and shaman (hex/devolve+flood).

I'm holding rank 9 legend on Asia and rank 39 legend on NA. To get to legend, I used a combination of 4 decks, one of which got nerfed (Pirate Warrior). Here are the decks I used that were NOT affected by the nerfs:
Secret Mage made a comeback! This deck has solid matchups across the board after the nerf, but a turn 5 Giant board will just blow it out of the water.
If someone is looking for a wild Mage deck with Frost Lich Jaina. Try this. Was heading to legend this season and that deck worked out pretty well

I had an absolute blast playing this deck, I'll try climbing with it next season.

Nobody even tries to experiment on wild anymore. The ladder is a complete utter joke.
Hit legend for the first time ever!
