Hydrologist Rating 2(Good): The ability to Discover a Secret is pretty good and we haven't got to see the new one(s) for this set. There's some question about if it's only Paladin Secrets or ALL Secrets, but I'm going with the Paladin only side. Even so, you should still be able to have some fun with Getaway Kodo and just keep bringing this guy back to the table (assuming he dies).

There's no question. Discover is always your own class cards unless specified otherwise.
goodness, think about how much better this card is compared with Thistle Tea. I think Mimic Pod is worse than Arcane Intellect might be better on average than Burgle. I agree with the 2 rating.
Rating: 1(Excellent), 2(Good), 3(Average), 4(Poor), and 5 (Terrible)
Tol'vir Warden Rating 4(Poor): There's usually not a lot of quality 1 mana-cost minions that you'll include in your draft, but if you did, then this should move up slightly in value. Otherwise, it's stats are more on par with a 4-drop minion.
Glacial Shard Rating 3(Average): Normally I would classify this as "poor" because it's exceptionally easy to kill and can be dealt with by most Hero Powers, but I bumped it up slightly due to being an Elemental.

Glacial Shard is at least a 2 in my opinion. 1 drops are always good value in Arena and thanks to his Battlecry he can only be pinged off by a Mage if you so choose. He's also one of the very few 1 drops in the game who has proper value in the late game...
Just think of how powerful Frost Elemental is in the mid to late game. I always like to pick it ever since I have learned how good it is. The Freeze effect is incredibly strong against a single big minion. This delays your opponent's tempo and allows you to catch up on the board or go face. The card is neutral and every class can utilise its effect in various situation. Glacial Shard (aka Frost Elemental jr.) is 5 mana cheaper so it is viable in the early game and much more aggressive than the bigger guy. Say you can freeze a minion while dropping multiple minions in one turn. It's definitely a rating 2 for me.
Living Mana - 1 - I really love the potential of this card. Maybe it should only be a 2, maybe one of you will show me something I'm not seeing, but the ability to convert 5 crystals into 5 2/2 minions on T5 seems pretty beastly in arena, to me. Silence isn't prevalent enough to concern us, and a transform effect getting used on one of these 2/2 minions would be a win for the big, taunty, tree that will come out a few turns later.
Mirage Caller - 3 - slow/awkward without a great target, which is never a smart choice in arena. Some variance based on what you've drafted already but only if you see him in late draft options when you can be sure you have enough good targets to make him viable.
Corrupting Mist - 2 - Another board clear for Warlock... the rich get richer. Downside is that you give your opponent the clear signal to go face unless you play it later in the game and drop some minions after casting it, but then that becomes a bit of a waste of your own minions. Will be tricky but it's a 2 mana board clear.
Lost in the Jungle - 2 - what's not to like? 2 bodies for 1 mana and they're SHRs so you could have synergy there. Pal is the king of buffs so getting 2 SHRs for half the price of hero power is obviously solid.
Massively disagreeing with you on Living Mana. It's far far worse in arena and it'll only potentially work in Constructed if you can innervate it out (thus converting the innervate into permanent crystals). Let's say you play it on Turn 5 in Arena. If your opponent is smart they'll basically ignore it and hit you in the face/other minions. You then have to trade in your crystals to get back your EMPTY mana crystals... if your opponent doesn't trade this is a 2 turn play, 2 mana per 2/2. Crazy weak. It's a 4-5 in arena.
Agreeing with pretty much everything else you posted though. Though I think I like Mirage Caller a bit more than you do just because it's Priest and I think they'll end up reliably with early deathrattle cards to copy - draft dependant card, but the decrease to commons is really good for it too. Vilespine Slayer is insane and is one of the best arena cards in the entire game.
I'd maybe drop Volcanosaur to a 2 but it's definitely very strong. Worth nothing also you have a 3/10 chance (twice) to get the "immune to spells" etc. effect if your opponent has an empty or weak board and you want to restrict their hard removal. Very good card. Makes me sad about how bad my Druid dinosaur is though as a Druid mainer.
Rating: 1(Excellent), 2(Good), 3(Average), 4(Poor), and 5 (Terrible)
Curious Glimmerroot Rating 3(Average): This is another cool concept, but I'm not sure how it's going to play in Arena. This is definitely more of a constructed card where you can take advantage of players who have netdecked something and it's pretty obvious what cards they are playing with. In Arena it will be more random if you can guess the right card.
Volcanosaur Rating 2(Good): Gaining two Adaptations is pretty powerful and just rolling the dice to see which ones you get is exciting. Depending on what you get, this minion could easily lead you to victory.
Gluttonous Ooze Rating 3(Average): I think this is a decent minion, but I'm not sure that it needs to be Epic. It's still acceptable as a vanilla 3/3 minion.
Mana Bind Rating 2(Good): You could certainly net yourself an awesome, free spell; but you could also get garbage. However, I do think it will make your opponent think twice before casting that Flamestrike. It's very likely that you're going to get some type of removal out of the deal unless you manage to copy The Coin.
Vilespine Slayer Rating 2(Good): He's realistically costing anywhere between 5-8 mana and at the high-end he's not amazing, but if you can cast him at 5-mana with a Backstab, then you've got some great value. This card is going to be SO much fun with Shadowstep!
Living Mana Rating 4(Poor): I foresee shenanigans in constructed with this card (first turn double Innervate + The Coin and second turn Mark of the Lotus - attack for 15, third turn - attack again = dead opponent) but I'm not sure how it will play in Arena. Although your opponent may have a hard time dealing with 10 damage on the board you're going to have an even harder time casting anything until the Treants are dead.
Mirage Caller Rating 3(Average): His stats are underwhelming for the cost, but if you can start copying Crystalline Oracle or Shifting Shade, then you're definitely getting some value out of him.
Corrupting Mist Rating 2(Good): Corruption has always been sorta 'meh' because it allows your opponent another turn to use their minion. There's certainly an advantage to knowing you're going to die and you can react accordingly. However, since you can affect ALL minions with this spell it's an extremely cheap way to clear the board.
Lost in the Jungle Rating 2(Good): It's Living Roots without the option to do damage. We've already seen how annoying that can be in constructed and that's a nice, fast start for Arena.
Molten Blade Rating 3(Average) It's the Shifter Zerus of weapons. You can certainly get something great, but there are plenty of trash weapons too. Not to mention, it can really mess up your play if you have to choose between casting it or a minion on curve.

Think Molten Blade, Volcanosaur and Vilespine Slayer. Other than that seems fair. Don't understand your last line about Molten Blade...surely that's true of any card in your hand? Molten Blade is just a little more flexible. Honestly thing Shifter is one of the better arena cards too.

What I meant is that it may transform into the weapon you want when you can't cast it. It limits your flexibility and makes it difficult to plan ahead. I still like it and think you can manage to get a decent weapon, but I don't feel it has the consistency to be rated higher.

King Mosh Rating 3(Average): This is a really cool minion, but he's always going to cost you at least 1 other card to get the optimal effect. If you get nothing from his Battlecry he's still alright as a large threat.
Raptor Hatchling Rating 2(Good): I think this is perfectly fine as a 1-drop and if you draw the Raptor Patriarch in the next couple of turns after he dies, then he's great! When you're getting 6/4 worth of combined stats for two mana, I'd say that's a pretty good deal!
Ratings of 1: Swamp King Dred, Crackling Razormaw, Pyros, Tortollan Shellraiser, Vilespine Slayer (this card needs a new category for it), Kalimos, King Mosh, Molten Blade, Blazecaller, Tol'vir Stoneshaper, Volcanosaur, Tar Creeper.

Lightfused Stegodon Rating 2(Good): This is a perfect example of why you should always kill those pesky Silver Hand Recruits when you can. There are some scenarios where this could actually turn the game around or end it completely.
Blazecaller Rating 3(Average): I'd say if you have a slew of Elementals, then this is bumped up to a 2 rating. Otherwise, it has decent stats for the cost.
Servant of Kalimos Rating 3(Average): If you've got a deck full of Elementals this probably jumps all the way up to a 1. Without the Battlecry it's an expensive Yeti.
Ravenous Pterrordax Rating 1(Excellent): I think there will be many times that you can use this to your advantage by killing off a minion that was going to die anyway or to benefit from a Deathrattle. If you have nothing on the board then its value goes down to at least a 3.
