Probably should change the wording on the card or the effect, sure. They don't match up.
I hope so, because is confusing. Only by reading the card text I sincerily think this is a bug, propably a problem with the dormant counter being completed. Maybe the card it's coded to clear the board with the counter reach its end, and is not capable to differenciate Maiev's counter from the battlecry one.

The point is: The game has a bug, it should be fixed.
It's not a bug. On awaken, he destroys all minions. Maiev forces him to awaken rather than his usual trigger, and so he destroys all minions. It's a completely intended mechanic as with all other dormant cards but the wording could maybe be improved.

If you don't have the skills to build something that can fight back to the most simple strategies on the game, maybe you should't waste your time on a lost match. Just move to another game and try to climb on the ladder... to rank 10 I suposse.

I Just played 12 games on ladder right now (at platinum), went against all classes except for shaman.

Because you want the deathrattles to trigger in order, and Pack Tactics to activate on especific minions.
I'm returning to the game after a few months and went from silver to platinum on a rush with this deck, having the argus on it since Gold 9.
Maybe isn't the most meta-representative rank, But try the argus against one of your friends or something.
Give taunt to your minions is also useful as a silence bait against DH and life saving agaisnt Druid, two of the most played classes right now.

When Magtheridon awoken from the battlecry effect of Maiev Shadowsong it destroys all minions again, I think it doesn't suppose to work that way.
The Magtheridon card text says:
Dormant. Battlecry: Summon three 1/3 enemy Warders. When they die, destroy all minions and awaken.
The boardclear effect shouldn't be triggered a second time by the Maviev's battlecry.
Please Blizz, fix this.
