This brawl is the best brawl so far. I'm just a little disappointed you don't get the 10 gold per 3 wins. Each game is still quite long and you can't win everytime with random people likely. It would have at least gave some replay value... Or give us the 5 tavern brawl win quest all week long!
I liked this brawl, but I'm a tad pissed at a consistent glitch I've been experiencing in it, where whenever I play my Arcane Golems, their effects ping and then they just... vanish. The card's still on the board, I just can't select it to do anything. It's so much worse in a brawl like this than in any previous brawl because I have another player depending on me and from their perspective no doubt it looks like I've just played a charge minion and then proceeded to do nothing with it, ever.
@Nellast Nah, probably better if they save it for an adventure. I'm still holding out hope for an Ulduar adventure with stars and tentacles and metal dudes.
I am absolutely loving this brawl. Plus I'm sitting at a very comfortable 50% win rate. One of the very few brawls I'll be playing more then a dozen games of.

I'm going to complain about the amount of n00bz. Hate the word, but must relate the truth :P .
Why would you : - attack the 95 hp guy with a 1/1 instead of keeping it on board when you only have 2x dudes on board (1/1) ? - play the zombie chow on turn 1 ? if he's gonna assassinate, he's gonna do it with or without a minion on board at that turn (yes I know, bug). - play Lorewalker Cho on turn 2 ? we both have 28 hp, what are you expecting ? - cast the +3 attack , divine shield card on a divine shielded minion when the opponent has around 80 hp left ? - realize that Tron guy has 10 attack, I have 9 hp, you have 19, and you heal yourself TWICE ?
These have been some of my wonderful allies in this brawl.

The countdown is over but still shows one more hour left? Day-light saving much?
The brawl's here and it's impossible to win. Half the time you're wishing the other player isn't a troll and isn't just healing the boss and the other half you just lose because of the free assassinate every turn. I wish we had a way to communicate with the other players.
Actually, I won the first attempt on it. So, it is far from being impossible. I agree that it is so difficult to win that I will not revisit it and spend my time doing matches that pay off easier :-) I still quite like it. Had he 90 life, I would have won three of the 5 I lost afterwards...

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
Very inventive, brainstorming-dependant, all about tempo and optimizing both of decks' cards.
The first turns of the Boss are important to succeed: if he spams the +2 ATK buff on first 3 turns, you've almost already lost, or at least, it will be very hard to win!
I've had so much fun to play this.
A big thanx to Blizzard! Proud of you!

You just need to get lucky in three aspects, don't be matched with an idiot, don't draw too badly and hope that the boss doesn't get quick attack boosts.

I feel the first two things you mentioned aren't really misplays. playing zombie chow on turn 1 is more of just natural habit, also it is only punished by a Assassinate and can be used to protect a lightwell/ mini bot on future turns. Also trading 1/1's is just to make space for more minions with divine shield and to keep from your board being full. Also casting Seal of Champions on another divine shield minion can be used to protect other more valuable minions from Assassinate such as light warden and holy champion.
What I like: this brawl. A lot. What I don't like: people who come to a forum and complain about 'noobs who can't play at all and play minions with the mana curve (chow on 1, lorewalker with coin etc) and surely are 8 yr old kids'. What the hell guys, how is someone who hasn't read what exactly the boss can do supposed to know it's not optimal to do that, or most of the other plays that you come and complain about? Some people even think the win condition is outlasting your opponent, and while not exactly very smart thing to do, can't really blame them for that as the brawl is very innovative compared to the previous ones.
The brawl is fine, of course you may meet some idiots or AFk guys, instant surrenderer etc.
But again, this just shows me why I never want a co-op mode and why it would really suck. With random dudes the "RNG Fiesta" as you may call it begins with your partner.
My opponent and I got him on the first try, I played very conservatively and got him down to 40 when he played icehowl which somehow survived a turn and double blessed championed for the kill :D

While some of these are bad regardless, remember that some players haven't actually played the brawl before.

i won on the first try with a random dude, no communication
Git gud.
This brawl is really fun. it was hard at first but it is easy now, it would've been cool if they used one the of the old gods instead like Yogg-Saron

At least you get the pack even if you lose. Don't have to do this shit brawl again.
Vote for Yogg-Saron - Weekly Card Design Competition #37
My partner and I pulled off a Millhouse+Cho combo and dominated despite terrible RNG elsewhere.
Millhouse from me + charge-only-minions-dude from pala with bunch of spells and ez win.like 36 dmg

Amazing brawl, not extremely difficult but not easy too. You can make missplays but can still win.

It's by far the best brawl
