I beat him with freeze giants mage. It's really random and stupid this fight. Basically you want to drop two giants and then draw Alex to put him to 15 and kill him with your giants in one swing. Use freeze spells to delay his attacking of you.
His spells he gives you are largely irrelevant if all you have in play are giants as he can't really kill them too well. So all the bonuses he gets from his cards are useless fairly fast and it's almost pointless to try and stop him. Just discard the one that burns you for 3 and hope you cheese him out before you lose.
This is the best I could do, if anyone figures out a deck that has a 50% against him, kudos.
I beat heroic Chromag with a pretty standard Divine Spirit, Inner Fire priest. I originally tried with a 'discard' warlock, putting in all the cards that discard such as Soulfire, Succubus and Doomguard but it sucked. After about 10 losses I made the priest deck and beat him in about 3 tries.
I still cannot beat this guy. Ive tried the Priest that works for everyone else, but I never get anywhere with it. For it, you must have to have perfect cards every single draw, and Chromaggus play badly every single turn.
What other builds from other classes are working? I think this one is incredibly unfair.

I managed to beat it with warlock andDemonheart+mistress of pain combo. I put two succubus and Soulfire in the deck to discard the cards early. You should prioritize which afflictions are the most troublesome at the moment.

If you look closely, you can see this is a signature and not a comment. Why are you reading? Stop reading this. Did you read this too? Dang you must like reading.
There are better versions but this is what I used to beat it. If you have doomguards they are obviously better. I used summoning portal to help keep the cost of my minions down while I tap and to make it focus it when I'm desperate.

I'd have to see a decklist for it. This is just such bullshit. I mean Chromaggus has the perfect answer EVERY SINGLE TIME... all the time. I have never played a more unfair game.
I may have to say I won't be beating this guy on Heroic. I just don't understand what to do.
Regardless of which deck you run, you basically need two strategies. One for controlling the board and one for dealing with the Aspect Corruptions.
I chose Rogue because Preparation makes it easy to ditch an Aspect without impacting my curve. Also since Rogue has an en effective mill strategy, I prioritized ditching Blue and Bronze (the aspects which make Chromaggus' cards cheaper) while keeping Black (the aspect that causes Chromaggus' hand to stay full). I suspect Druid could do something similar with a mixed Ramp/Mill deck, but I haven't tried it.
A lot of folks chose Mage because the Sorcerer's Apprentice has a persistent ability that makes all the aspects easier to ditch (and each can be turned into a Fireball if you run an Archmage Antonidas).
I suspect that Priest and Warlock chose the Bronze aspect as the one to hold on to. By giving Chromaggus a 3-mana discount on minions they guarantee that Lightbomb or Power Overwhelming +Shadowflame get some massive wipes. If playing this way, Black is the corrupted aspect you cannot let sit in your hand (as the whole point is to shrink Chromaggus' hand to the point where he cannot play effectively).
BTW, Priest players, does Auchenai Soulpriest turn the Green Aspect into a recurring 6-damage attack spell?
I have no clue how the other 4 classes would handle this fight, since they don't really have any tricks that help them deal with or take advantage of Chromaggus' ability. EDIT: Although I guess, warrior could use Brawl for the same crowd control strategy as Priest and Warlock.
It doesn't actually matter what deck you run for this boss because of the Kel'Thuzad bug....Only thing you do is have lots of taunts and healing and stall the game until you get Kel'Thuzad out and then he stops attacking with all minions and you win the game...But he will still use spell removal so Priest is actually best so you can buff and heal him so he can't die.
Simply put, how?

tiny bit...
Decklist please?

I'll write up my deck shortly, but I used a murloc/mill deck.
EDIT: Here's the decklist.
Im not getting anywhere with it.
I do have a decklist that seems to be working with great levels of success with most people.
The Heroic bosses now are really all about getting good RNG now. I'm having much more trouble with Heroic Nefarius.

What was your decklist?
What is your decklist for this?
This is the Warlock deck I used to beat Chrommagus if I remember correctly.
2x Soulfire
2x Voidwalker
2x zombiechow
Demonfire
Mistress of pain
2xsuccubus
Mind Control Tech
2x Scarlet Crusader
Defender of Argus
2x Piloted Shredder
2x Summoning Portal
2x Voidcaller
Demonheart
2x Azure Drakes
2x Floating Watcher
Maexxna (she does amazing work in this fight, especielly if you can get the taunt on her)
Sylvanes windrunner
Dr. Boom
Chrommagus
Kel'Thuzad

What did your taunt deck look like? I'd like to see it. Im for anything to beat this bullshit.
@theblackabbot I got him in two games with a deck I slapped together that exploits the AI bug, hopefully it works for you:
