I feel like this deck has some potential but still it seems so draw dependent and lacking something.
Let's discuss how to build this. And please refrain from posting comments like 'corrupted healbot is teh suxx0r'
I totally respect your opinion but I must say that I disagree with the statement regarding Cairne Bloodhoof and a second Forbidden Healing being musts. Actually I believe having both Cairne Bloodhoof and Slyvanas in this deck at the same time is overrated and one Forbidden healing is enough combined with all the other healing tools at your disposal. I've been playing alot with N'Zoth Paladin recently and honestly I find Twilight Summoner to be an insane addition to this deck since you can play it after a Doomsayer turn and have a huge board swing. I'm not saying Cairne is a bad card to have in the deck, it's insane in some match ups but honestly those match ups are the long ones and this deck is a beast in long matches with or without it. What this deck lacked was some early drops which I solved with Loot Hoarder and Selfless Hero, paladin already has the best midrange board control with weapons, Aldor and Ulduman and equality solves almost every board control issues along with all the strong minions you run in this deck. A second forbidden healing only delays actually crusial draws from my personal experience. Also I don't run taunts in this deck but I guess one Twilight Summoner could be changed for an Infested Tauren if need be. Good luck with your own deck, hope I helped a bit.
I think maybe you might be right about being able to use truesilver and ashbringer to control the board more easily with more health at your disposal, but I'm not sure a second copy is going to make that difference. It's possible.
Against freeze mage I kind of doubt that it will matter. Not because it wouldn't be important to be able to heal after alex but because a good freeze mage player wouldn't play the matchup that way. The correct way to play freeze mage against this deck would be to go for an OTK from ~22-30. Playing an offensive alex against this deck would most of the time be pure desperation. Played correctly, I actually think freeze mage is favoured. Against rogue, especially miracle, it's likely that it could be relevant though.
There are of courese times where you wish that forbidden healing was something else. A heal, to face or otherwise, isn't always relevant. Ending up with two in your hand might very well lose you a game.
As I said, I'm not sure. It's not at all clear cut to me. I guess we'll have to play it for a while before any final judgement can be made.
I really like Eadric the Pure in this deck. He really shines on slowing down things when you don't have an equality combo or even just to Deny a big threat like C'Thun which is often the endgame card for some decks. Stampeding Kodos has been good so far for me. Aldors/doomsayers and humility takes care of early minions following truesilver/kodo, equality combos into threats and heals. This is def the Control Deck to go. I haven't lost to a Control Warrior yet. I've been using Acolyte of pain but not too convinced on it yet :) Priest is probably worst match up
Bro N'Zoth pally is easy. I think something that a lot of people misunderstand about N'Zoth is that you need a ton of deathrattle cards to ensure value. Here's the thing, though. Consider playing N'Zoth on turn 10 and bringing back only Sylvanas. That, in retrospect, is a 4 mana 5-7 (because sylvanas is 6 mana). Anything more? That is just icing on the cake. Here is my list that I'm ranking up quickly with...
Ideally we should aim to make the deck faster not slower.
Getting to turn 9 is the problem. Winning after turn 9 is not.
Also I think that with the paladin hero power, the class by design can raise their power level in a stalemate. Meaning that it's harder to fit late game bombs like ysera than in other classes.
Regarding Corrupted Healbot, I am also conflicted about its place in the deck. The one match-up it really shines in is against C'Thun Druid. Anywhere else, it tends to soak up some minion damage, or some cheap removal. But the OP is right about the lack of strong turn 5 plays before the heavy-hitting deathrattles (Cairne and Sylvanas). For taunts, I'd rather have Psych-o-Tron than Infested Tauren, since the four-mana slot is generally pretty crowded with higher value cards than a weak 2/3 body.
You dont need deathrattles if you already have Tirion, Sylvanas and Carine. Bringing back 2/3 + N'Zoth is enough to win the late game.
This. I said this earlier, and I completely agree with this guy. However, I don't think Cairne is necessarily needed, I think going in the route with dragons makes the deck stay alive until those late turns when you start winning the game (why I have Deathwing, Dragonlord and Chillmaw in my deck. Honestly, bringing back JUST deathwing or JUST tirion wins games.
Tuskarr Jouster is certainly worth considering; however, most of the popular decks curve out as high as N'Zoth paladin does (C'Thun being the obvious offender, as well as other N'Zoth paladins, as the deck becomes more popular). Even zoolock uses Sea Giant, which skews the success of jousts. For reliable healing, Forbidden healing is the best option, hands down. It seems, then, the 5 mana slot is a flex spot.
The discussion is great but I think you are missing the obvious. Look at the evolution of the "old" murloc paly's for inspiration. The obvious is that the biggest losses came in the form of a weakened early game (shielded minibot) and minion healing (healbot). Let's not forget Earthen Ring Farseer to help.
Sorry, damn near impossible to make links on phone
Here is what I'm using, 2x open slots are the infested tauren.. the only nzoth minions you need to come back are healbot, Sylv, tyrion. The infested Tauren deal with aggro pretty nicely and offer a slight taunt when you nzoth.
Healbot is amazing, you aren't pushing for dmg till late game anyways. I've had ppl concede at 30 hp. Honestly the heal is incentive ylfor your opponent to kill it. Which encourages them to waste removal on it.
I think the infested Tauren are really bad, not worth a card. Does not really help against anydecks because 2 dmg is tooo low. I also realize that in a N'zoth deck you don't actually need that many deathrattles. A revived Tirion is mostly enough against most decks (not control). Else i think Tirion, Sylvanas and N'zoth are core. With the rest of the cards you can choose freely (faster or more Control deck)
I am running just about the same deck my self (w/o Twilight Summoner swapped by Tuskarr Jouster) Since i dont have the LoE expansion I was wondering what you would suggest for the Keeper of Uldaman. Thanks.
Rallying blade is really bad in this control deck.. no synergy or combo.. wasted at 3 mana imo. And cult pothecary is overkill with all the heal you got.
No, it's not actually, it's perfectly fine. It deals with early threats against against zoo, tempo mage, shaman etc. Argent Lance would be fine also if it could deal with Mana Wyrm, Tunnel Trogg etc. It's however a one-of, if anything. You can't play two. It does have synergy with Keeper of Uldaman btw.

Pog to the Champ to the one-two-Kappa.

The best 5 mana card for this deck is Tuskarr Jouster. You win an overwhelming amount of jousts AND is a really nice body.

Jaraxxus seems to be the best card ever against this deck
Control freak

You should try the new weapon in combination of Keeper of Uldaman. Gives a ton of removal in the early and later stages of the game.

hm.. then you need a good 4 drop. Try the Sen'jin Shieldmasta :) or the new Cyclopian Horror
I think a class which lacks in single target removal spells should be happy when a good weapon is released. I had great results with the new blade.
just try it for yourself.
doomsayers yes but wildpyros are in the list
