Voidcaller
Voidcaller is definitely one of the most powerful wild cards for warlocks. It's a 4-mana 3/4 demon, so you pay 3 mana for the vanilla body and 1 mana for the deathrattle, which reads: "Put a random Demon from your hand into the battlefield". When Voidcaller dies you summon for free either Despicable Dreadlord, Mal'Ganis or Voidlord, which is a great deal with the big demons and can be really annoying for your opponent.
Despicable Dreadlord
Despicable Dreadlord is great when facing aggressive decks such as odd paladin, because it can kill 1-health minions for free and has a nice 4/5 body. It's still good enough in control match-ups.
Mal'Ganis
Mal'Ganis is a strong card that buffs your demons and protects your hero. Summoning him with Voidcaller in the early game can be game-winning and re-summoning him with Bloodreaver Gul'dan is great.
Voidlord
Voidlord is the nightmare of any aggressive deck: a 3/9 taunt demon which summons 3 Voidwalkers, giving you the opportunity to take control of the board. It can be very annoying for control decks, too: it can be buffed by Mal'Ganis and resurrected by both Bloodreaver Gul'dan and N'Zoth, the Corruptor.
Bloodreaver Gul'dan
Bloodreaver Gul'dan resurrects all your demons, so your opponent has to deal with a threatening board (especially if Mal'Ganis was resurrected). However, this card isn't always meant to be a finisher: it provides the best hero power of the game, Siphon Life, the dream of any control deck.

Reno Jackson
Use your health as a resource to draw cards: Life Tap is the strongest basic hero power of the game. Reno Jackson, a card that fully heals your hero, is incredibly strong against aggro decks and even useful in control match-ups.
Kazakus
Kazakus is, in a similar way, strong versus aggro and very useful against control decks. Kazakus is incredibly flexible, but it's not easy to choose the right potion sometimes. When you're facing aggressive decks, if you can pick the 4 damage AoE and the armor (or minions, depending on the situation), it is game winning. A lot of times even the 1-mana cost spell can do the job. Against Jade Druid, instead, you should try to push for tempo with a 5-mana potion in the early game, even though the 10-mana polymorph potion is still useful in the late game. It always depends on the situation: choose wisely.
Brann Bronzebeard
Brann Bronzebeard creates insane value with Kazakus, so try to make this combo in control match-ups, if you don't desperately need a Kazakus Potion. In aggressive match-ups the Antique Healbot combo can be really useful.
Zola the Gorgon
Zola the Gorgon is another value generator that works incredibly well in this deck: since there is only one copy of each card, most of this deck's minions are so strong that it is definitely worth it to get an extra copy of them. In combination with Brann Bronzebeard this card is even stronger and can potentially win you the game.

Mistress of Mixtures
Deathrattles have mostly a defensive function in this deck. Mistress of Mixtures is one of the best 1-mana drops for Renolock, because it combines a pretty good body and heals your hero, which is great against aggro decks and still useful versus control decks, because you're drawing a lot of cards with your hero power in those match-ups.
Deathlord
Deathlord has a strong body with taunt for 3 mana, which gives you time to take control of the situation against an aggressive deck. However, keep in mind that when Deathlord dies you might have to deal with a possible threat coming from your opponent deck. In some match-ups, Deathlord can be used to pull out a combo piece from your opponent's deck, completely ruining his plans.
Sludge Belcher
Sludge Belcher is the best anti-aggro minion of the game. It must be attacked at least twice, because of the Putrid Slime spawned on the battlefield.
N'Zoth, the Corruptor
N'Zoth, the Corruptor can bring back all these sticky minions, forcing your opponent to use a mass removal. It's the third board-flooding tool of this deck and that makes the difference in some situations. Note that this card's defensive function is only effective against minions, whereas Bloodreaver Gul'dan resurrecting Mal'Ganis provides protection from spells, too.

Finally, the deck gives you the possibility to kill your opponent in one turn (OTK) with the following combination of cards:
All you need to do is:
- Discount Bloodbloom and Mecha'thun with Emperor Thaurissan.
- Draw the rest of your deck.
- Play Mecha'thun, then Bloodbloom and finally Cataclysm. Note that you generally need more than 5 HP in order to cast Cataclysm with Bloodbloom.
It's really important to keep in mind that this is not your win condition against aggressive decks! Don't hesitate to use any of the combo pieces in those match-ups. In control match-ups you probably want to achieve the combo, but even if something goes wrong don't panic: remember you have Bloodreaver Gul'dan, N'Zoth, the Corruptor and sometimes Kazakus Potions as alternative win conditions.

- Against aggressive decks, we're going to play control. We're looking for cheap board clears (Defile, Demonwrath, Hellfire), early drops (Kobold Librarian, Mistress of Mixtures, Doomsayer, Deathlord), Darkbomb, Reno Jackson and Kazakus, Voidcaller and Voidlord if they show up simultaneously in the mulligan stage, Giggling Inventor or Sludge Belcher if you already have good early game cards.
- Against control decks, we're going to play combo. We want to draw a lot of cards with our Hero Power. I would keep early drops but definitely not Doomsayer. I would keep Darkbomb, Voidcaller, Mal'Ganis or Voidlord only with Voidcaller, Reno Jackson and Kazakus, Brann Bronzebeard only with Kazakus.
- Against combo decks, we're going to play disruption. We're definitely looking for Demonic Project, Dirty Rat, Zola the Gorgon only with Dirty Rat, Kobold Librarian, Deathlord.

18/09/2018: - Rotten Applebaum, - Sylvanas Windrunner, + Demonic Project, + Demonwrath. I decided to remove Rotten Applebaum in favour of Demonwrath, because the latter is a better option against aggressive decks and I didn't want to cut Sludge Belcher because I value the Putrid Slime more than the 4 health points. Sylvanas Windrunner was removed because not really useful in the current meta. Demonic Project is needed to deal with combo decks.
06/09/2018: - Krul the Unshackled, + Giggling Inventor. I don't think Krul the Unshackled is strong enough anymore, because summoning him along with Mal'Ganis and Voidlord is pretty rare. In most situations you only get one of those two plus a 7/9 demon for free, but this isn't really needed: now that the deck runs the Mecha'thun package, dealing face damage is not that important because you want to finish your opponent with the combo. Krul the Unshackled has bad synergy with Voidcaller and, finally, drawing this card against an aggressive deck is really painful. On the other hand Giggling Inventor is a card that I really wanted to add in this deck, because it's a standalone insane card, similar to Sludge Belcher and Rotten Applebaum. Giggling Inventor has pretty good synergy with Defile and Zola the Gorgon and will definitely improve the aggressive match-ups.
18/08/2018: - Dark Pact, - Power Overwhelming, - Ratcatcher, - Rin, the First Disciple, + Bloodbloom, + Cataclysm, + Emperor Thaurissan, + Mecha'thun. Removed the Rin, the First Disciple package in favour of the new Mecha'thun package, which is definitely easier to achieve and provides an immediate result (your opponent's defeat, literally). Once removed Rin, the First Disciple, I found that Dark Pact, Power Overwhelming and Ratcatcher were the least impactful cards (they have great synergy with Sylvanas Windrunner, but that is all), so I removed them to fit the 4 Mecha'thun combo pieces in the deck.
09/08/2018: - Mortal Coil, - Plated Beetle, + Dark Pact, + Ratcatcher. I decided to replace Mortal Coil with Dark Pact because a ping and a draw are not needed as much as an extra activator for Rin, the First Disciple that can be used as an extra healing source, too. Ratcatcher is an interesting card that can be used to make efficient trades, as a deathrattle activator or both things simultaneously. It takes the place of Plated Beetle.
20/05/2018: - Dark Pact, - Demonwrath, - Loatheb, - Emperor Thaurissan, + Power Overwhelming, + Plated Beetle, + Rotten Applebaum, + Rin, the First Disciple. Since Dark Pact is being nerfed, I've decided to use Power Overwhelming instead, which is very useful to make value trades, to trigger Rin, the First Disciple or Sylvanas Windrunner's deathrattle. Demonwrath is not good enough and it is basically ineffective when playing against a Warlock, so I decided to replace it with Plated Beetle, which is a great tool in aggressive match-ups, thanks to the 2/3 body and the armor gain. I also replaced Loatheb with Rotten Applebaum in order to maximise chances against aggro decks. Rotten Applebaum is in fact a great taunt card with a decent body and some useful healing. Finally, I decided to replace Emperor Thaurissan with Rin, the First Disciple in order to have another win condition against slow control and combo decks.
13/04/2018: - Abyssal Enforcer, + Demonwrath. I'm not removing Abyssal Enforcer because it is not a good card. The issue comes from the excessive number of high-cost cards in the deck, which reduces its consistency against aggressive decks. The inclusion of Demonwrath will definitely improve those match-ups. There are two more reasons that induced me to remove Abyssal Enforcer: first, the recent addition of Lord Godfrey, a minion that does what Abyssal Enforcer does, but better; second, the bad synergy with Voidcaller, Krul the Unshackled and sometimes even Bloodreaver Gul'dan, because you really want to get big demons on the board with these cards, such as Mal'Ganis and Voidlord.
06/04/2018: - Spellbreaker, + Krul the Unshackled. Community feedback induced me to bring back Krul the Unshackled. I removed Spellbreaker because this deck doesn't really need a silence, which can be useful only in specific match-ups.
30/03/2018: - Power Overwhelming, - Shadowflame, - Twilight Drake, - Krul the Unshackled, + Dark Pact, + Mistress of Mixtures, + Spellbreaker, + Lord Godfrey. I've included more anti-aggro cards to deal with decks such as Dude Paladin and Secret Mage. Mistress of Mixtures has a strong impact on the game when facing aggressive decks and Dark Pact provides significant healing, which is great especially against Secret Mages. Spellbreaker can help in several situations and, of course, in Cubelock match-ups. Lord Godfrey is definitely one of the strongest cards ever released for Warlock: it has the ability of clearing most of your opponent's boards, with an effect which is similar but stronger than Defile and, on top of that, it gives you a 4/4 body, thus not giving your opponent the opportunity to immediately develop a threatening board again. Temporarily replaceable with Demonwrath or one of the removed cards.
28/01/2018: - Dark Pact, - Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, - Spiritsinger Umbra, - Possessed Lackey, - Rin, the First Disciple, + Mortal Coil, + Dirty Rat, + Zola the Gorgon, + Twilight Drake, + Loatheb. Sadly recent changes haven't really improved this deck's overall performances, so I decided to cut most of the new cards. Dark Pact, Spiritsinger Umbra and Possessed Lackey are strong cards in the Cubelock archetype, but in Renolock they're not that good because there are a few valuable targets for the effects they provide. With the exclusion of Vulgar Homunculus I decided to cut Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, too, because there are fewer activators and it doesn't look necessary with Antique Healbot and all the other healing sources of this deck. Rin, the First Disciple has helped me to win only two games so far, so I don't think it is worth it to play this card. It's too slow in most match-ups and the tempo loss causes a defeat in most of the cases. I decided to bring Mortal Coil back because this deck really needs tools to stop aggressive decks from rushing you in a few turns: once you reach the late game and heal yourself, you're safe and sound. Zola the Gorgon can help in both aggro and control match-ups, copying key cards such as Kazakus or N'Zoth, the Corruptor that can win you the game. Twilight Drake is back, too, because it's the most efficient minion to play for just 4 mana, considering that with this deck you usually have a lot of cards in your hand. Finally, I decided to include Dirty Rat and Loatheb to have more chances to win against Reno Priest and other combo decks.
19/01/2018: - Mistress of Mixtures, - Vulgar Homunculus, - Twilight Drake, - Lord Jaraxxus, + Dark Pact, + Spiritsinger Umbra, + Possessed Lackey, + Voidlord. These changes should improve this deck's overall winrate, providing more deathrattle and demon synergies. Mistress of Mixtures was removed to include Dark Pact, which provides the same amount of healing, but is definitely faster than Mistress of Mixtures and can be used to trigger deathrattles, thus countering silence and polymorph effects. Lord Jaraxxus was removed because unnecessary in the current metagame and replaced by Voidlord, which has insane synergy with N'Zoth, the Corruptor, Bloodreaver Gul'dan and many other cards of this deck. Twilight Drake and Vulgar Homunculus have not that much synergy with the rest of the deck and thus were removed. Spiritsinger Umbra and Possessed Lackey took their place and have the function, respectively, to trigger deathrattles immediately and to cheat out big demons from the deck.
04/01/2018: - Sunfury Protector, + Rin, the First Disciple. I decided to include Rin, the First Disciple as an alternative win condition against control and combo decks. The absence of Sunfury Protector shouldn't hurt too much, because it hasn't been that necessary in aggro match-ups, which were decided by removals and heals. Moreover, I've always preferred standalone taunts rather than giving the taunt tag to an existing minion on the board, which is really powerful only with Twilight Drake, Lord Jaraxxus and Sylvanas Windrunner. Sunfury Protector is obviously a better choice if your facing only aggressive decks, but keep in mind that Rin, the First Disciple can be really helpful when you're dealing with slow decks and combo decks. Small demons summoned in the process might weaken the power of Bloodreaver Gul'dan, preventing you from summoning a second Mal'Ganis, but the chances of this happening shouldn't be too high because there are not that many demons in this deck.
04/12/2017: - Mortal Coil, - Imp Gang Boss, - Shadow Bolt, + Kobold Librarian, + Vulgar Homunculus, + Lesser Amethyst Spellstone. Since the Kobolds & Catacombs expansion is coming out soon, I've prepared some interesting changes to this deck. First of all, the inclusion of Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, which is an insane Warlock spell: it deals 3, 5 or 7 damage to a minion and restores that much health to your hero. In order to upgrade the spell, you need to play cards that inflict damage to your hero, such as Hellfire and Abyssal Enforcer, which is why I replaced Mortal Coil and Imp Gang Boss with Kobold Librarian and Vulgar Homunculus. To be honest, these replacements were not made solely for the synergy with Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, but also and above all for the value these two cards provide: the first is a 1-mana 2/1 which draws a card and the second a 2-mana 2/4 taunt demon. In both cases, the damage you take is not much compared to the benefits received. Therefore, Shadow Bolt was removed because it had the same function it now has Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, but was weaker; Mortal Coil, great ping which also draws a card, has been replaced by Kobold Librarian, that provides a nice body and has synergy with Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, too; Imp Gang Boss was a really strong early game minion indeed, but we don't want to dilute too much the pool of demons resurrectable by Bloodreaver Gul'dan with 1/1 Imps and Vulgar Homunculus is great in the early game, too.
29/10/2017: - Tar Creeper, - Piloted Shredder, + Sunfury Protector, + Twilight Drake. I decided to replace Piloted Shredder with Twilight Drake, because I think the latter is better for a deck like this. In fact, during the early game we usually tap a lot and get a pretty large hand, so you would get a lot of value from Twilight Drake. I know Piloted Shredder is a sticky minion and you can resurrect it with N'Zoth, the Corruptor, but the random 2-mana cost minion you get from its deathrattle doesn't have a lot of impact and could even lose you the game if that minion were a Doomsayer you didn't want to summon. I also changed Tar Creeper with Sunfury Protector, because there are a lot of cards that would be really strong with taunt, for example Lord Jaraxxus summoned with Krul the Unshackled, Sylvanas Windrunner, or the Twilight Drake just added. Finally, Tar Creeper is only good versus aggressive decks, whereas in control match-ups it's a mediocre card, thus Sunfury Protector's versatility is preferable.
19/08/2017: - Sunfury Protector, - Blastcrystal Potion, + Piloted Shredder, + N'Zoth, the Corruptor. Since the meta finally slowed down and people were having good results with N'Zoth, the Corruptor in this deck, I decided to include it. With the addition of Piloted Shredder, that is one of the stickiest deathrattle minions, it is guaranteed a solid mid game, at the same time empowering the late game value given by N'Zoth, the Corruptor. There are 6 deathrattle minions in this deck, but you can play N'Zoth, the Corruptor when just 3 or 4 of them died, it's still a good deal. Sunfury Protector is great with the Infernals you get from Lord Jaraxxus or the demons you summon with Krul the Unshackled or Bloodreaver Gul'dan, but in a lot of situations you don't take advantage of the taunt this card provides, so it isn't really needed. Against aggro decks, cards that have taunt on their own, AoE removals and heals are way better than Sunfury Protector, simply because they have a faster, immediate effect, whereas Sunfury Protector requires you to have played a minion without taunt to activate the effect it provides, otherwise a 2 mana 2/3 without effects is not a great deal. Blastcrystal Potion is a great removal in the late game, but in the early and mid game the drawback can be fatal, especially because of all the high cost cards included in this deck. Plus, there are a lot of single target removals in the deck, so Blastcrystal Potion isn't needed.
whats the use for Demonic Project? im not really understanding its value. I love the deck though!

You could try Krul the Unshackled.
i seem to be losing a lot against aggro, my problem is that my hand is pretty high cost almost all of the time, so i cant do much. Am i doing something wrong here?
Try the updated version, which is better against aggressive decks and read "the plan", it should help with mulligan.
Why not gnomeferatu and big game hunter ?? also demonic project while druidstone and even shaman heavy meta ???

Because there are only two cards in the deck that deal damage to your hero: Kobold Librarian and Hellfire. That's not consistent enough.

i dont have zola, i have like 2000 dust but i need to craft Godfrey, whats a replacement for zola.
Baleful Banker: the only difference is that the minion goes into your deck and not in your hand, so you can't use it immediately or the following turn, unless you draw it right away. If you don't have Baleful Banker I would use a completely different card, such as Power Overwhelming or Dark Pact.
Edit: just be careful when Brann Bronzebeard is on the board, because if you shuffle two copies of a card into your deck Reno Jackson and Kazakus won't activate their effects.
I want to add mechathun to the deck as a last resort when fighting against other fatigue decks. which cards should I replace for mechathun and emperor, or is this unnecessary? love your deck so far btw

Now the problem is we need to find some space for 4 combo pieces in the decklist. The first card I would remove is Rin, the First Disciple, because there is no point in spending 41 mana to destroy your opponent's deck when you can immediately kill him with the Mecha'thun package, which is easier to achieve. Give me some time to think what are the 3 less impactful cards after Rin, the First Disciple, okay?

Man, I love these changes!
nothing is better than having your opponent confused while you are playing as wasteful as possible. personally, I didn't include cataclysm and bloodbloom. I felt that the deck got too inconsistent so I decided to just switch out Rin and rat catcher with emperor and mechathun. Instead, I used dark pact or power overwhelming to finish the job.
Anyway, thank you for replying and don't be afraid to comment your opinion on this. I might have overlooked something.
I like Bloodbloom and Cataclysm because once you get to fatigue you can pull off the combo right away, you don't need to empty your hand first. Also, once you start emptying your hand you get more vulnerable to a possible Dirty Rat. But it's also true that drawing these combo pieces in the early game sometimes really hurts. Just play the cards you like most ;)
This deck is good in current meta even without krul, using manari skull instead. Just need to be careful with Azari, since you can accidentaly summon him.
The crafting priority is:
I don't really like Kabal Trafficker because it's slow and the random demon you get is usually bad. We don't want Bloodreaver Gul'dan resurrecting bad demons. I would rather play Emperor Thaurissan instead.

Awesome deck, but starting with it at rank 3 definitely did not go well. I need to learn how to play it better vs the meta. But one question: Why Krul? The deck has only 4 other demons which you are likely to play by turn 9. Or am I tapping too much? I tend end up almost full hand vs Druids and priests.
Krul the Unshackled enables pretty good tempo plays with Mal'Ganis and Voidlord, because you're using 9 mana crystals to play two (or three, in the best case scenario) 9-mana demons, so Krul the Unshackled is kind of a 0 mana 7/9 demon.
Anyway, I think this deck is strong enough against aggro and combo decks in this meta, but Big Priest is a bad match-up.
My point exactly...even if I had Krul the Unshackled, I would probably still not play it coz I am playing the other demons along the way. And meeting big priest totally sucks..soo here's what I did and seems to give me better chances vs big priest: replaced Krul the Unshackled with Baron Rivendare. Works like a charm in a surprise combo with Sylvanas Windrunner, or Rotten Applebaum for surprise heal or even against other combo decks with Deathlord.
Ofc, not to even mention Baron Rivendare working with Voidlord or N'Zoth, the Corruptor.
Apart from that..exceptionally cool deck and after i got used to it, it seemed to bounce me back to rank 3..so i'm really looking forward to the next ladder season.

3 June Update: Lately there a A LOT of slower decks that blew me out of the water (mill rogue, kingsbane rogue, lucky shudderwock shamans etc). Replaced Baron Rivendare with Emperor Thaurissan. Especially useful vs rogues to dump my hand and put pressure on them. Same with shamans.
