The reason countess ashmore didnt see play isn't because the card is not strong. Its because the card pulled from countess weren't good enough to see play in the meta. Melon is on a completely different power level because it specifically draws the malygos win condition. By itself its not incredibly powerful but it adds consistency to an already broken powerful deck. The biggest problem card is obviously biology project but in combination with floop and melon it becomes a stupid broken trifecta.
I'm disappointed that everyone is salivating over a 4 mana card that does nothing to the board. Sure, it would be good in WW, but I guarantee if it came out with any other expansion no one would think it was good. WW is simply the greediest meta weve had.
This expansion is going to be hard for us control players without proper anti combo tech.

Control isnt Shudderwock , MalyDruid, or other decks that rely on a DK to win them the game. Lets see how good idk, Control Warrior or Paladin will be...
Alright, let me just point out that this card is either a tutor for whatever wincondition you want it to be, or a draw all lategame at once and + like crazy card.
Also, to those who say this does nothing in fringe cases, let me ask you this: at least one of each Nourish and Ultimate Infestation are unplayable due to too much carddraw half of the time. Do druids care? No, of course they don't, as long as they get to their combo, whatever it is they win anyway.
Now imagine for a second that you could tutor the key pieces of your combo directly. Would you care that you just spent 4 mana to draw your GODDAMN WINCONDITION? Of course not.
And for those who say that aggro or midrange can keep druid in check: Spreading Plague, Branching Paths, Naturalize and Greater Jasper Spellstone say hi. Druids have everything, from ramp (the most broken mechanic in any tempo based game, no matter how you slice it) to insane efficiency in both single target removal (1 mana deal 6, 1 mana remove anything), to answers to wide boards (unleash the scarabs), to carddraw (branching paths, nourish, ultimate bullshit, now this) to lifegain (4 mana gain 12, deathknight gains 3 a turn, 3 mana gain 5-8 while replacing itself), and all the while having flexibilty in most of their cards.
Do you want a Darkbomb or a Shiv? Do you want an Arcane Intellect, a Savage Roar, or a Greater Healing Potion in armor? Do you want to ramp ahead in the early game or refill? Do you want to mill your opponent, kill your deathrattles, or remove all the hope your opponent had of beating you before you start your bullshit?
No matter how you slice it, druid is on par with, if not superior than anything most classes can do, and has answers to any plan you might have of beating them. You have to specifically target them, and break THEIR wincondition if you want to win. Otherwise you are at the mercy of them not opening well.
So anything that improves what druids are doing already should be taken with extreme caution.

The random aspect of the game don't exist anymore for druids, don't matter the order the class draw your cards, what he draw will give ramp/draw/armor and with this new card the 5% to 10% of chance the win condition are in the final cards will be eliminated.
This is not a card game anymore, it is a script never will fail, and with the exception of one single warlock class card there is nothing the other players can do to mess with the script.
Yeah it's getting ridiculous now. I mean... I *like* Maly Druid. I like that it exists, but I also like that it takes actual skill to pilot. Now, every man and his dog will be playing Maly Druid, Big Druid, or both. It doesn't take a lot of skill when you have three different ways to draw and/or copy Malygos.

In standard, every type of Big Druid relies on recruit which this card completely counteracts. Wild is a different story

Basic card? Go for Wild Growth. Just like what you did to Rockbiter Weapon.
Nerf collectible card? Go for Ultimate Infestation. It's always being auto-included as Tuskarr Totemic.
