Update: The quest to obtain Old Murk-Eye is no longer available with the introduction of Standard format as he cannot be played in Standard. The only way to obtain this card is through the crafting system now. Information below has been kept to be historically accurate.
Historical Info
Old Murk-Eye was a reward from the quest Mrglglglgl!, which requires you to unlock all of the Murlocs in the Basic and Expert card sets. There is a Golden version of the card that is also available through a different quest, Golden Mrglglglglgl!, which requires you to collect all the Golden Murlocs in the Basic and Classic card sets.
You only need to have one of each Murloc for quest completion and not two. Below is a list of the Murlocs required for both achievements, and how you can obtain them.

Maybe Old Murk Eye will be undustable because he is a free card just like the ones on the basic set. You will be able to dust Naxxramas cards because you paid 700 gold for it.
Anyway, Warleader is a must have in any murloc deck, so I think it's safe to try.
Goodbye Old Murk-Eye.
So cool to have cards like this as achievement awards. If only there was some sort of OP spell to make use of it
Or perhaps, anyfin can happen.
Play this against Giantfin for a funny interaction.
I see that you only need classic murlocs to get him... I was wondering if I'd lose him if they added more.
Awesome card, for sure. Has won me many games.
I'm not sure why people gave Volardelis thumbs down. He's telling the truth because I went searching online to see if getting a second one from playing your first game as a Paladin murloc deck was a bug or not, which is how I ended up here. Basically I got the first one awarded after crafting the epic murloc which was last one I needed, then I went to make a Murloc Paladin deck using new League of Explorer cards, and after winning my first game I get awarded a second Old Murk-Eyes.
It's a visual bug. It disappears when you restart the game.
Definitely feels good to unlock.
Feels awesome to play.
Makes the player feel like a MoFo Boss when Murloc Knight makes one of these, or both Murloc Knights make one each.
So i got this card after getting all the vanilla murlocs, then i got another one after playing a game with my murloc paladin deck. so i got 2 and i can't de one cause its soulbound. gg blizz gg
Can you dust this card when you get it or is that not an option?
i'm missing tidecaller and war raid murloc to get him. in no rush, unless of course i manage to get neptulon from a card pack. then it would make sense to rush getting the murlocs for shaman build.
I AM MORE THAN A FISH!
I AM MORE THAN A MAN!
I AM KING OF THE SEA!
BUT IM NOT AQUAMAN!
I'AM MURLOC!
YOU DISGRACE!
YOU FORGOT THE '' DEATH WILL RISE FROM THE TIDES!'' PART!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooo..................
Mrghllghghllghg!
If you are wondering - can Neptulon give you this murloc, the answer is "Yes".
