Descent of Dragons Meta Decks - Post Nerf Meta
The Post Nerf meta is different than before, even if everyone is still trying to figure out how things stand in the aftermath, but it has also not changed much at all: Fast decks still rule the meta.
And by the look of things we will have this meta game only for the coming week or so when the first chapter of the new adventure launches and we start getting weekly changing metas as new cards release.
On to the decks!
The Untouched-ables
These 2 decks, Secret Highlander Hunter and Rez Priest, didn't see meaningful changes by Blizzard, and have remained strong decks.

The Board Flooders
In this fast meta, it's no wonder to see that Token Druid and Zoolock do well. Warlock seems to have mostly shrugged off the nerf to Fiendish Rites and Druid seems to have finally settled on a refined deck list.

The Aggressors
Pirate Warrior is definitely not dead and Face Hunter and Mech Paladin are still around too, even if their popularity has either flagged or never really been there. With very few viable Control decks around, these decks get free reign.

The Awakened Dragons
Rogue and Warrior were down, but not out after the nerfs to their decks. Rogue went Highlander Galakrond instead and Warrior seems to have mostly just carried on with Scion of Ruin being more expensive now.

The Lurker
We have mentioned Handlock before, but their successrate keeps going up and it's time to actually include them here. The decklist is still being refined after people started including the Lackey package, but the core is there now for a very successful deck.

Oh! I totally forgot about that! That's actually a good tip and I'll wait for a bit. Thanks a lot!
Just got from r10 to r5 with Embiggen Druid, easy run!
I still haven't tried the Quest Resurrect Priest. It seems to be pretty cool to play. Is it still worth it to craft the cards?
We are 1 week away from 35 cards being added. If you haven't crafted a deck yet, I'd hold off on crafting anything right now to see how the meta shakes out with the new cards first before commiting dust. :)
i play highlander warrior and im super fine with it ... priest hunter warlock warrior .. all easy match ups

Hearthstone so disappointing
does anyone really craft a deck from scratch though? most people have most of the cards usually, and need to craft maybe a couple to complete it.
stop being so dramatic! lol
Shaman is dead baby, shaman is dead.
Definitely not dead. It's just in that range with Deathrattle Rogue, HIghlander Mage and Pure Paladin, where it has a positive win rate, but it's not quite good enough (anymore) to crack the list of the best decks in the meta.
But, this is a 1 week Meta. Next week we start getting Adventure cards and we will have basically a constantly churning meta for the next month, with cards from the adventure releasing.
And who knows what kind of crazy cards might be among those for Shaman or Mage or Paladin. Sometimes all a deck needs is 1 broken card to shoot to the top of the meta.
What about shaman? Any successful list?

still no mages in sight even after 2 rounds of nerfs ....
Highalnder mage is above 50% according ti hsreplay, it surely has some issues but it’s a solid deck
The problem is that not everyone has the 20k+ dust to play the HL mage.
i know that, but it's the only class for which i have all cards, and i've done that for several years ... through bad and good mages metas, this one has to be the worts ever for mages ...
