Imma use Galakrond, the Nightmare and two Dragon's Hoard in my Rogue deck.
Yeah, don't ask.
I have once found Dark Pharaoh Tekahn from Dragon's Hoard, i was so happy. And yes, i was playing Galakrond, the Nightmare in that deck too
Just curious...
Is this a reliable Ranked PvP deck? Or is it just good in Brawliseum and Road To Legend? I don't have much experience in playing Zoo/Lackey decks but I have a Golden Dark Pharaoh Tekahn and I'm having trouble deciding whether to disenchant into dust or not...
I have been testing this card on a Zoolock (with Barista Lynchen and two pandas to maximize lackey generation) and, while his effect is very powerful on paper, you most likely won't draw him in time in order to make good use of it. I won most matches without even drawing him. EVIL Recruiter is busted though!
It's possible to fit this card in midrange and slower Warlocks, but those decks are struggling a lot right now. He also suffers from "Lady in White Syndrome". A build around card with a theoretically powerful effect that needs to be played as early as possible, but without any ways of tutoring out of the deck.
TL,DR: Zoo doesn't need this guy and even in slower warlocks (which are in a bad spot), you still need to draw him. Playable but not needed anywhere.
Got a golden one, dust?
Warlock Lackey generation:
4x from two EVIL Genius
2x from two EVIL Cable Rat
2x from Sinister Deal
So there's a grand total of 8 Lackeys available in a typical zoolock deck, however, keep in mind EVIL Recruiter is usually also played in such deck, meaning that, in the best case scenario, you can have 6-8 buffed up Lackeys, but realistically, should look forward to 2-4 atmost.
Sounds great, but did anybody bother to check the amount of lackeys a warlock can generate?
So far i've only seen 2 in the previous set and none in this expansion.
So for now a warlock would be able to summon at best 6 of them...
Not being able to use them lackeys untill you manage to play this card will likely lose you the game.
Unless more lackey generation is revealed, i don't see this card do anything but losing you games.
warlock has no lackeys?
What?
Wait what? Holy crap this is good. Just read it again. Yeah this is insane.
Go go Aggro Lock!
Yeah but this is like an agro extender. If you run out of steam early this with Glinda Crowskin will be a good mid to late game win condition
