I have zero respect for these players and feel that this style is the least creative and takes the least skill to do. Blizzard needs to change the mechanic, it is just sooo broken.

Priest takes no skill...rofl it's one of the hardest and weakest classes in the game! Dropping 1 big minion every turn is so complicated... ramp druid really takes some serious skill xD Have you watched this week's NESL finals? Gaara's ramp vs Amaz's priest? It was so brutally onesided i was disgusted.

I'm pretty sure that Thoughtsteal is rigged so they get something decent. There's no way it's random.

Trust me it's really random. I always get deadly poison when i thoughtsteal a rogue. And timber wolf from hunters. You can get very lucky with it, or very unlucky. Of course nobody is gonna upload a screen shot where he stole blade flurry.

Priest cards are so situational that sometime you only have a pile of crap in your hand and hope for that thoughtsteal to get you something useful. People plays around Flamestrike, Hex, Swipe. You know how many times i've seen people go turn 2 Knife Juggler and turn 3 Harvest Golem? It's their fault not playing around Shadow Madness like they do for other cards.

The real problem is that most people has no clue on how to play priest (or around priest), so when they finally face a decent one they get frustrated.

I will give you another simple example. You play Unbound Elemental turn 5 on empty board for some reason, and you have Lightning Bolt in your hand. You hold on to the bolt or use it on the face to get your minion out of Cabal Shadow Priest range that may hit turn 6?

If you play too safe against Hunters, that is why you lose. They'll sometimes have their God Combo on turn four and five, but more often than not they won't. And they suffer for it if you're playing aggressively.

That can sound perfectly reasonable from a warlock point of view, however playing a curve centered on 1 and 2 mana drops is not possible for other classes. It's fine to punish a midrange deck that overextended (much like Flamestrike does) but drawing 4-5 cards on top of it its just unreasonable.

Cards like Flare and Tracking also reduce your deck size to 24 cards. Out of those 24 you get 3 in the starting hand, plus 1 on the draw, so there's 20 more cards to go trough. How likely it is that in 6-7 turns you aren't gonna get both pieces if you don't already have them?

None of the decks i play is capable of killing someone by turn 6 unless they are afk or disconnected, probably not even then, so this unleash change doesn't really do much for me.

Remember when Sylvanas Windrunner got nerfed by 1 mana? She went from a standard in most decks to a rarity now.

Yeah but spells and minions are different... you can play a minion on curve very often but you don't fireball on turn 4 if you don't need to... and it doesn't have any other contendants for that slot, unlike Sylvanas that was the only decent 5 drop, now there's only Azure Drake and Druid of the Claw.

I don't think it will change anything, you still can't play more then 2 minions. Political nerf, imo. Just to have people shut up.

Cairne is so slow i really wouldnt play it... And tbh i agree with MarlernX, Dwarfs much more utility with Squire, and also BGH. My version is probably more controlly. Rank 10 atm in 1 afternoon (from 17), around 85% winrate. But i have a feeling the climb is gonna slow down alot.

My Legendaries actually are Bloodmage Thalnos, Cairne Bloodhoof, The Black Knight, Ragnaros the Firelord and Leeroy Jenkins.

    EDIT: Just crafted :D

Shaman. Bloodmage is great in it, you can play leeroy windfury as finisher or rag, and someone also play tbk in it.

I find from playing magic for a few years, That Leroy as a single card is perfectly fine. It costs 4 mana. Does 6 damage and as a disadvantage gives your opponent 2 1/1's. Akin to Fireball being a 6 damage for 4. Its how it combo's with other cards that's where it's problem starts

There are some combos that are pretty sick, but they require quite a few junk in hand for a while, reducing your options. Like Leeroy + Windfury + Rockbiter. It's 18 damage with 7 mana, but you need to draw AND save three cards. Your opponent must not have a taunt, or you need a silence so it becomes a 4 card combo. It's pretty situational. Honestly i think i got killed more times from Grommash Hellscream in the last few days then Leeroy.

posted a message on Thinking of adding 2x Ironbark for more late game strength. Good or bad idea?

Imo it's a bad idea because there's nothing else to Bgh, and if hits its game over. Nevermind faceless + big game hunter, then you have to use your own and dont have an alternative. Also, with ramp druid being so popular everyone runs The Black Knight.

While you wait for the second ancient of war, two faceless etc why dont you just go straight up token? It's a deck that can possibly hit legend. Sadly playing control on a budget works a bit better for mage and shaman. I say on a budget because you're missing at least 4k dust to finish a ramp druid, and that's gonna take a while to save up.

Usually mixing aggro and control don't always ends up well, mainly because what you draw isnt in line with your strategy of play all the time. But that's just my opinion man, if you have fun with a hybrid deck then go for it. But it's gonna be hard to receive input from other people because they don't play it.

Uhm i think Stampeding Kodo and Cairne Bloodhoof are the only cards i need to build this deck... What would you sub for those? I guess The Black Knight is not an option since you wont play it on curve like Cairne Bloodhoof... Boulderfist Ogre? I guess i can't really replace Stampeding Kodo since he has a very unique effect to combo with Aldor Peacekeeper... Thing is i don't really like crafting rares, i made a few and all of them dropped from packs sooner or later.

Shield Slam is really vital removal for a warrior,  in combo with Shield Block. The deck has a pretty steep mana curve, and there is not much midrange for on the board. Sen'jin Shieldmasta Chillwind Yeti, something like that...
I never liked Arcanite Reaper outside of arena, so for me that's where I'd start to make a change. With the absence of Shield Slam, 2 Brawl can obviously change how the board looks, but again, it's not that cheap, and still depends on your current luck (last one in comes out on top).

I figured Shield Block was pointless without Shield Slam, so i put in the Armorsmiths that while gaining some health can also deal with some weenies. I don't know if that made any sense.

If i had to run 1 taunt i'd rather run no taunt at all ( The Black Knight being so common thanks to ramp druids), so its either -1 Brawl - 1 Cleave +2 Abomination, or...? Those could provide a card to play on curve other then Arcanite Reaper that i feel i really need to take my opponent low on life.

I could remove the second Cleave for an Upgrade! for even more face damage and combo potential with Wild Pyromancer. With Upgrade! i could try and fit Arathi Weaponsmith somewhere in there, i love that minion it's so much value. It's so tempting to dust Millhouse Manastorm and Lorewalker Cho for the Shield Slams, and my golden Prophet Velen for Alexstrasza, but i'm not a big fan of disenchanting cards.

Yeah i see your point. I play two Holy Smite so i usually have enough cheap spells to board wipe early game (tempted to go the Silence route aswell, for Savannah HighmaneCairne Bloodhoof and other annoying minions.

Tbh vs zoo / murlocs / hunter i'd pain whatever just to proc my pyro, if i can make it to turn 5-6 they just lose. I hate aggro so all of my decks are mainly tailored to make their life miserable.

Far as OP goes, don't know that I would ever stick double Brawl in a deck.  The second one can grab people sure, because even if they know you run double Brawl, it's hard to play around.  But Brawl isn't really weenie removal, it's more "this is my plan for if you have a ton of big minions"

Oh man i love Wild Pyromancer. He would be sick with Frothing Berserker. I can probably drop 1 Cleave to test how pyro goes. Berserkers could go for Spiteful Smith so i have an offensive option turn 3 drop.

Atm i run two Brawl because i dont have Baron Geddon, so my only option would really be an Abomination as temporary replacement for it. I don't know i'm really new at this class.
