If you Hex a Murloc... it really isn't much of a change, is it?

Wasn't this 5 mana once?
It's been a year since the mana change to hex, and honestly, it's been pretty nice. And now that control shaman is back on the menu, I can't imagine having this card be any cheaper.
Speaking of the card itself, it's absolutely powerful. Obviously not a card that every shaman deck has in it, but you know playing against a shaman that the threat of hex is always a must. It completely destroys deathrattle decks, and is also fantastic disruption against rez strategies.
An absolutely iconic shaman card, I couldn't imagine the class without it.
And every once in a while giving your opponent a beast is relevant lol
Goodbye, sweet frog
"Priest and Druid too strong in this meta. Let's nerf Warrior and Shaman then!"
- Blizzard, 2k17.
Even at 4 mana, people would still run it since it is as good as Polymorph
"Developers: What other changes did you consider?
Hex is a pretty powerful card, we considered changing this card into Polymorph, but then it is a Mage card and it will lose the class identity, so we didn't."
Did Blizzard forget how much of a garbage class shaman is at it's core? Before Whispers and Karazhan shaman was almost always the weakest class so hurting shaman's basic set means they will have to make even more overpowered expansion cards to make them relevant.
Should be 4 mana like Polymorph like everyone here said.
Ask and ye shall receive.
Card is fucking busted
should be 4 mana, no way it should cost less then Polymorph
It also gives it Taunt, which means the Hex using player would have to trade, or use a spell such as Earth Shock to kill it.
its not a trade since you wont lose any health, its just attack.
Also, you can hex in the end of the turn in order to attack other minions/face.
As a mage I would use a 4 mana Hex instead of a 4 mana Polymorph
I've recently started playing a lot of Reno shaman in a midrange style deck. If I had to choose a card to run as a duplicate, I'd choose this one. It's really an amazing removal as it silences the enemy minion. Plus, it's wonderful against Duplicate or Effigy.
The worst thing about this card is its golden art. I'd love to see the eyes of the frog blink to express all the astonishment of the transformed minion!
Best single target removal in the game, hands down. I'll take this over Polymorph any day.
I don't really play shaman, but every time i read this card and it doesn't say overload it blows my mind.
The best, if not one the best class soulbound cards in game.
