I think shatter is a bit better than purify. You definitely would not put it in your deck, but Control Mage(Frost Nova, Blizzard, Frostbolt) getting Shatter out of Babbling Book or Cabalists Tome is pretty good.
No more Elise, Reno, Brann, Ethereal Conjurer, Jeweled Scarab, Elemental Destruction :'(
And I'm pretty scared about Priest in Wild. With Entomb gone in Standard, Blizzard will release OP Anti-Aggro tool or a new crazy Control card. Imagine Priest with Lightbomb, Entomb, Zombie Chow, Deathlord and new cards after the rotation hits. I hope Blizzard has some interest in balancing Wild (or at least not letting it get out of control).
No, they don't. They stated many times that some cards are ok, because they will rotate out and that's why they nerf only classic cards. So this clearly implies wild is MEANT to be completely out of control. Doesn't matter as op something is as long as it is in wild. This is reality, stated by them themselves.
Ok good to know, thanks. But I don't think they want a whole gamemode to be dominated by 1 super-op deck.. even if it is "only" Wild.

Sorry, if I misunderstood you kkbubble, but I have all three tribes is my decklists, so your statement regarding my decklists was wrong. Or was there something in your statement that I didn't see? :)
EDIT (referring to post below): Ok, no problem, just wondering.
I got 2 lists I want to try out. An aggro list and a midrange list. If both fail to work, I atleast will have a lot of fun with the midrange version trying to pull of it's combos.
I honestly don't get how people get confused over things like this. You cast 1 Wrath, so you get +1 Spell Damage. You combine both modes of your Wrath into one spell. Like, I really don't understand how anyone could interpret that in a way that it would give you +2 damage with only +1 spell damage on board. I don't understand that thought process.
Maybe because of Blizzards inconsistency with cards and their rules. And other choose one effects, like Wisps of the Old Gods, are triggered depending on which effect comes first on the card text. (1.: Summon 7 Wisps 2.: Buff all Minions)
This is why I expected Wrath to do 6 instead of 5 damage, but the "It's only one card" explanation makes sense, so thanks for explaining (sry too lazy to scroll up and look up who explained it)
(...) My main concern on it would be card draw, but it would have to be tested first obviously^^
I have the same problem with all C'Thun decks i try to build (except for Warlock C'Thun decks of course). You need to fill up your deck with so many "useless" cards, that "only" buff C'Thun, often resulting in a lack of card draw and/or removal (maybe I'm just to dumb to build these decks good enough) .
Also for someone like me, who likes fun decks with crazy and uncompetitive Combos, these decks seem kinda boring to me. Maybe I'm mistaken, can't really tell right now.
What I'm gonna play, after i finished my quests for the free packs in Standard, is a Fatigue C'Thun Warrior. I also made one with more C'Thun-buff minions, which is probably better than this one, but I really like the flavor of this one. C'Thun will be at approximately 16 Attack, not too strong, but should be good enough. Coldlight Oracle solved my card draw problem, helps me fatigue my opponent and increases the chance of him drawing the mine/s from Iron Juggernaut. I guess Youthful Brewmaster should be used to bounce Brann Bronzebeard back to your hand after you've played him together with a minion, so you keep the possibility to use him with Ancient Shieldbearer, Coldlight Oracle or Twin Emperor Vek'lor depending on what you need. Should be doable because just 2 of the cards need to be hit by Emperor Thaurissan (3+7+2).
Damn, I'm pretty excited to try out this deck and all the new cards from the Old Gods Set. I hope Control decks will work in Wild and won't be destroyed by Secret Pally and Shaman with Evolve.

Because there are too many awesome and unique cards are in Wild's cardpool, which alone create unique strategies and deck archetypes like Duplicate, Void Caller, Deathlord, Echo of Medivh, Feign Death, Mal'Ganis, Iron Juggernaut, Toshley, Hobgoblin..
I just CAN'T play without those cards even if they are bad, because at the same time they are really fun.. and that's what i like about Wild.
And to be honest I don't understand why anyone would prefer Standard over Wild (don't want to insult anyone, just my opinion..), especially as soon as Reno Jackson, Elise Starseeker, Grim Patron, Summoning Stone, Jeweled Scarab, Ethereal Conjurer etc. rotate out of Standard.

Good card, but sadly ruins Elekk Battlecry

yeah, but you can only choose 1 to put in your deck, so it remains (kind of) balanced

You can choose 1 card of whatever class and put up to two copies of it into your deck. (don't know how that could be implemented though)

Harrison and Cabal don't work with Brann. The second part of the battlecry does nothing because the minion/weapon doesn't exist anymore.
