I'm not 100%, but I'm pretty sure this would be disqualified under the "it doesn't technically have to cost 11+" rule mentioned in the first page of replies
It wont be, the card need to be playable (and not particulary with a cost reduction) but can have a way to be summoned/casted/equipped, that's what i do.
When i made the rules with linkblade91 I especially mentionned that because i wanted to see other ways to summon/cast/equip a card without cost reductions :P
Technically it would not be allowed, if we maintained the "your card needs a reason to cost 11+" addendum that I spoke of with my Xal'atath example on page 1. Shadows and I have been talking about this, and we're going to rescind that "rule": otherwise, you basically cannot make a weapon or spell that lacks a cost-reduction mechanic. You could justify a minion saying "it costs 11 because Evolve synergies", but that doesn't work for a non-minion.
To be frank, one could argue such cards are poorly designed - because they should act like Shifting Scroll with no cost - but we will reverse course in the name of allowing more creative freedom. It'll also better fit with Hieii's proposal for the theme, as seen by their card that puts into practice an example provided to us in the initial conversation.
I apologize to those of you affected by my original post/ruling.
Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
@LittleOgreHearthstone I'd go with the Giant Hammer. The secret doesn't really work as if you play it when it doesn't cost exactly 3, you tell your opponent what you've just played.
@TheProgenitor and @Wailor thanks for your feedback. I'm really bothered by finding another art. The Jailer Demon from WoW fits exactly the idea of capturing poor souls to make itself stronger, but I haven't found any artwork with it. >< I searched for hours but to no avail. I tried to make the screenshot more artsy in Photoshop, but well. I am no illustrator. I'll try with another demon I think, thanks.
Now that they're acceptable, I'm going to revive some of my original ideas (plus I still have Mecha'Zoth):
Mecha'Zoth is still there, the next iteration of a Deathrattle super-synergy card. As the Shudderwock of Deathrattles, there are plenty of ways to go about using him: tack on the hero damage with Goblin Bombs and Leper Gnomes, generate insane value via Zerek's Cloning Gallery, pull off an Auchenai Soulpriest OTK with Corrupted Healbots; whatever you can think of. The more Deathrattles you play the cheaper Mecha'Zoth becomes, and the greater his Deathrattle "explosion" will be.
Xal'atath is a Legendary weapon for the Priest, 'cause...well, Dragon Soul really sucks lol :/ Despite my reservations for Aggro archetypes, I thought it might be cool to push an Aggro Priest. Do you risk a near-death experience in the name of damage?
Vanessa VanCleef would be the first Hero card without a Battlecry, because its been replaced with a disguise/transform effect. She becomes a third copy of a normal minion - or a second copy of a Legendary - with all the theoretical benefits that entails. When it dies, she reveals herself to your opponent and takes your place; because that effect is tied to the Hero card and not the minion, Silence cannot prevent this. Her Hero Power is a nerfed version of Betrayal, providing Rogues with class-appropriate clear potential.

I decided to ditch the Scurvy Giant and the Silver Hand Giant, since we have a good showing of Giants already in the submission thread, with some very unique and solid interactions. Frankly, I wanted to keep building off of my other idea, Solid Investment.
This time, going the Mulchmuncher route instead of the Knight of the Wild route, where it doesn't have to be in your hand to get its cost reduction, hence the upped cost to 30. Thing is, though, Rogue seems like the most obvious, thematic fit, but, in a Grimy Goons kinda way, this card might also work for Warrior or Paladin. And since you need to spend the mana to get the cost reduction, you can't just put this in a deck filled with low cost cards (Aggro Paladin) or just keep cheating your cards out (Recruit Warrior), so it hopefully avoids some of the major problem cases.
Still, though, what class goes best with this card: Rogue, Warrior, or Paladin?

I'd say Rogue is the right call. Also, "this game" is definitely the more appealing mechanic: in-hand requirements suck far more often than they don't. Cards like Bolvar Fordragon, Lesser Onyx Spellstone, and the aforementioned Knight of the Wild all suffer from their requirement.

I know I shouldn't post comments in the submission thread, but the card must cost 11 or more mana to be valid. I really like the idea you got (it would be such a waste of ideas otherwise), but really, in this way it doesn't fit the rules
Oops, seems I got completely dragged away, forgot about that since l was seeing a lot of giants creations.
I'll let mods desire for that, however if it costed 11 mana and opponent would not emote it would been simply unplayable. Thanks for like tho :)

You may edit in an updated version that costs 11 or more; that would be an acceptable "minor edit." If you do not do this, your card will be disqualified.

Hello! I need some opinions on this card, especially with regards to the Mana Cost, and possibly its cost reduction. I can't seem to find a good balance for this card. Appreciate any help!

Unfortunately, your card is inherently flawed in-that it violates a major unspoken rule about Hearthstone cards: it contains more than four lines of text. Team 5's mentality is that any card with five lines of text or more is too complicated for Hearthstone. Fortunately, you should be able to trim down to that requirement after you fix some mistakes ("casted" is not a word haha :P), and reword your sentences to better align with precedent.
"At the start of each of your turns, Discover a spell you cast this game. Costs (1) less for each spell you've cast this game." should hopefully get you where you need to be :)

@allanime01 well, there has been a misanderstood, they are now allowed but i won't submit my previous card if no one use that kind of mechanic to be fair.

I'm coming back with a cost reduction idea then:
But i'm not sure for the wording of this one :s
Not to be mean, but why would this be a card and why would you play it? First of all it would be playable only in a single archetype. And second, sure, you can get it to 0-cost rather easilly i suppose, but why bother? id much rather play Stormforged Axe pretty much every time, even in murloc deck, if i was goin for an early weapon since there would be no requirement :o
@sinti yeah it totally sucks :D I made it as a replacement of other ideas so it wasnt well thinking :/
So i come back with a very last idea^^:
I'm pretty sure the effect is Ok, but i don't know for the name (I mean an axe that unite, is that Union Axe or Axe of Union? :/ )
Axe of Unity would be my call for a name. +2/+1 looks like a weird aura on a weapon. It feels like it should be +2 Attack only, or +1/+1 (full Stormwind Champion).
The 11-cost is based on Logan’s General Order No. 11. So I wonder if the cost is reasonable.
And ask for a better art. Thanks.
This looks like another "Discover an X" card like Journey Below or Secret Plan. And the Legendaries from the past aren't always a guaranteed success, even with 3 shots. You could definitely high roll into Ragnaros, Lightlord, or Loatheb, but just as easily get a Discover set of Patches the Pirate, The Skeleton Knight, Majordomo Executus. At least you don't pull from other classes, so you don't get cards like Acidmaw or Wilfred Fizzlebang. So you'd need 10 or 11 Silver Hand Recruits for this to pay off. Even for Odd Paladin, that can be a big ask, only slightly accelerated in the mirror. Requiring just friendly minions in general might be better.
Just for wording, I think something like "Remember the Fallen" might be a better name, and you need the condition to read "[...] Silver Hand Recruit that died this game" (no actual bolding, just pointing out the missing word). What about this for art?
Hey all! I'm trying to get the text right for the Icebound Behemoth and cold use some help.
(A)'Costs (1) less for each minion summoned by friendly characters FROM ON the battlefield'
Or (B) 'Costs (1) less for each minion summoned FROM ON the battlefield'
Meaning: deathrattles and recurring triggers that summon minions ( Primalfin TotemMecharoo), weapons (Vinecleaver), Secrets (Snake Trap), Hero Powers. (although it seems unfair, the card is prob more efficient in warloc zoo or hunter-secret and deathrattle decks rogue/hunter). EDIT - just realised odd pally ugh... 12/14 mana?
Questions: (1) Are Battlecries technically included? Murloc Tidehunter (2) do you think this should be 1 class only.

Thanks for feedback! And Thanks for the art. The name is related to the cost, and this card is to intensify the Odd Paladin, so it is easy to be reduced to 3 or less.
I like your card, would upvote.
