Just wondering, how do you make the cards, is there a specific website I need to use, or something else I need to do. First time doing this, so help would be appreciated.

Feedback for feedback. Which is best? Tried to get the "spirit" of the boss without just making their hero power an effect.
Brimstone Warden: Really balanced, though I don't know how useful that would be since it's a taunt that can't be used for it's role for three turns. When we play taunts, we want them to taunt. They can't do that if they're dormant. It's a pass for me on this one.
Elder Brandlemar: Uhh...spells need colons. Like this 'Bear Trap.' Also, I think he'd be better if he played a random Hunter secret, for Hunter has amazing secrets.
Kraxx: Stat wise I'd rather play Illidan over this, and it's cardtext is kinda unfun, blocking Deathrattles.
Gnosh's ability interprets his Swallow Whole ability in a balanced way. Whenever he attacks a minion with lower Attack than he has, he takes no damage (flavor-wise, he swallows it whole). Bink the Burglar is supposed to represent how he's not a very good burglar, and as the first boss, he's easily killed. He can steal a Coin from your opponent (note that this doesn't go into your hand, it just disappears), but they get it back by killing him. Fungalmancer Flurgl's ability is a pretty direct interpretation of his Fungal Infection hero power. He summons an easily killable mushroom at the end of your turn. If it stays on the board, it buffs all your minions at the start of your turn. This can snowball if you manage to keep these up, although that would probably be a tall order considering Hogger isn't that good.

I like Brimstone Warden a lot, but I think 3 turns is too punishing. That's enough time to just lose the game. I think 2 turns would be enough, without changing any of the stats.
I currently have two ideas: one "safe" idea and one a little more "out there".
Elder Jari is my "safe" idea: each time you would gain Armor from a minion or spell, Elder Jari will add 5 additional Armor as a bonus. Kind of like Tower Shield +10 in that regard.
Fisher-loc Tad is a condensed version of his fight, and the secret reward you can obtain from it: if you survive 10 rounds against Tad and he never takes damage, you'll be given a unique Treasure (Tad's Pole). In minion-form, he would excel as a cheap Murloc for Murloc decks. Your opponent has to balance the chance to get the Pole versus the free damage he'll inflict if let alone. As each turn ends for either player, the number on the card will go down. Cogito told me it should include the turn he was played, so it says 5 instead of 4.
If you're a savvy Warlock player, you could Treachery Tad just as the timer is about to go off, to steal Tad's Pole for yourself ;P

Alright I'm not doing my previous A. F. Kay idea as another user came up with something better and cooler that I really like. So instead, I got a much cooler idea of my own.
So there's Candlebeard and Pathmaker Hamm like I had earlier, but I have the most creative idea here yet.
This time, I combined TWO Dungeon Run bosses. The extremely rare Treasure Vault, and Vustrasz. For this, I made a Pally quest about equipping weapons, since this is a weapon themed expansion, and he did get a cool legendary weapon that makes this quest possible. Note: Muster for Battle counts towards the quest, since it equips a weapon. Your reward? Vustrasz, who isn't too pleased with all this treasure looting. What does he do? Ploymorphs all enemy minions into Marin the Fox's Master Chest. Even if you don't bust the boxes, just removing those enemies is very useful.
Gnosh's ability interprets his Swallow Whole ability in a balanced way. Whenever he attacks a minion with lower Attack than he has, he takes no damage (flavor-wise, he swallows it whole). From all these, I'd go for either Bink or Gnosh. I prefer Bink tbh; a minion stealing a card is a pretty cool mechanic. In fact, as it is not that powerful, maybe it could steal some other types of cards (though that'd be a bit op in Rogue). Gnosh is cool too, but I've seen it before. Flurgl is okay; it really doesn't seem that interesting to me.

I like the idea of Eldar Jari, although it might be a bit broken with Branching Paths.

Alright I really like Knosh, amazing flavor and balanced.

Brimstone Warden looks pretty neat and balanced, could probably be 2 turns though, as a Taunt, you would want it instantly and not later, with also beign a vanilla-minion on turn 4 + another thing, 2 turns feels a lot better to play with and against.
Not sure how to feel with Elder Brandlemar, I mean, I get the flavour, he's a Bear, but he's kinda uninspiring to be honest, could go for the other two cards.
Kraxx feels good, and I like the effect, but I guess not many people are going to like it because of the Deathrattle part, I dunno how to change it though.
You should definitely submit Brimstone Warden, it looks like a very solid card.
Feedback for feedback. Which is best? Tried to get the "spirit" of the boss without just making their hero power an effect.
If we're talking about the best one, I find Brimstone Warden being the most interesting. When you mean three turns, though, do you mean after three of your turns; or a combination of your and your opponent's turn? If it becomes a bit complicated you could also try playing around with Mana Crystals too.
Kraxx is not too bad either. It's a nice Cubelock counter (in Priest). Neat, though I don't like it as much as Warden.
Elder Brandlemar kinda reminds me too much to Professor Putricide. Also, I'm not sure if Standard cards should summon Wild cards. I know there was Ball of Spiders, but they've not released a card that does something like that since rotation became a thing.
I currently have two ideas: one "safe" idea and one a little more "out there".

I find Tad a tad complicated. I'd go for Jari, it's effect is simpler. Maybe you could make it affect all your powers (spells and HP included), though I guess it'd be too powerful even if you lowered the amount of Armor you'd gain from this card.
I like the idea of Eldar Jari, although it might be a bit broken with Branching Paths.
Well, compared to Iron Hide, Elder Jari will help make Branching Paths's Armor option actually efficient lol :^)
As for your cards, personally I find them a little on-the-nose. Of the three, though, I like Graves the most because it's the one that encourages players to treat their classes differently in regards to the current Hearthstone meta. Seriona is a no-brainer add to Dragon Priest without needing much additional reason. Lyris is too expensive and slow, in my opinion, as she has no immediate impact unless you spam cheap spells with excess mana on turn 10. Graves, however, encourages trading and board presence. Given the Priest has been rather combo-gimmick focused lately, a more traditional battle-Priest setup is practically refreshing.

Frostfur: Support for a Control-ish Freeze Shaman.
Fungalmaster Flurgl: A little but of random fun. They evolve into minions that cost (2) more since you then lose all synergy. If it seems too powerful I can always change it to just (1).
Elder Jari: A nice tool for Control Druid. At first, I wanted it to Double your current Armor, but that seemed too typical. So, I changed it to a spell-synergy control Druid minion.
Frostfur isn't exactly an interesting boss, but the effect here is interesting. Funny interaction with Volcano and the other fire-based shaman spells.
Not exactly sure how Fungalmancer Flurgl is supposed to work..? If you have a 1-cost minion, is it then a 3-cost that costs 1? It's a bit convoluted
Elder Jari is good, but it might be that she's too good, especially as Druid has some relatively high cost spells these days (UI). Tank druid overload is quite possible here.
This is an interesting theme. Some cool ideas can come out of this. Here are my first 3:
Lyris is just a bit too silly (wild cards aside), but I like the flavor of Seriona, especially the italics for some reason? The boss doesn't care that it reduces your minions to 0 attack, but this can be good without it; however it is slightly understatted. If it were a 5 mana card I think it would be just right. Graves is too vanilla imo.
My Ideas:
So far I'm trying to go for the more strange bosses—— the ones particularly that don't do much. Lava-Filled Chamber is a dormant minion, and acts as anti-aggro. Probably broken at this cost, but it's tough to evaluate. It is essentially 20 guaranteed damage to your opponent's board as long as you don't have any minions. It's soft-countered by recruit, though. There would be a counter on it like The Darkness.
A. F. Kay is probably not good enough as it is? She's kind of like Temporus but potentially worse, so I might drop her stats down to a 4/6 and make her cost 5.
Treasure Vault is my go at a fun mutually beneficial treasure card which also synergizes with all sorts of buff cards (this is probably too abusable at its current health, might make it 6 hp).
Gnosh is the more tempo-oriented Doomsayer in the essence is that it force your opponent to either kill it or skip their next turn. You can keep it on the field if you want to, but the exchange is one of your own minion and not dealing damage to your opponent.

Treasure vault OTK priest. Anyways I like the vault, the magma chamber just feels kind of boring to me (and I can’t give an unbiased opinion on A.F.Kay

Yeah, Elder Jari originally included any + all Armor effects, but the Hero Power is too readily available. If I lowered the bonus Armor gain to balance against it, it'll basically be too low to warrant mention, you know?
As for your cards, I like Elder Jari the most (represent!). I think Fungalmancer Flurgl is too off-track. Evolve is not Flurgl's thing at all; you basically stole it from Blackseed. I think Frostfur is fine, but it's mostly unnecessary: you don't often use a Shaman's attack spells - especially those with Overload - unless you plan on killing someone outright. I'm just not super sold on it I guess...and I love Freeze *shrugs*
That said, despite being my favorite, Elder Jari is probably too strong lol. Maybe make it more static, such as the number of spells; like Sindragosa's Unchained Magic but in reverse.

Love the idea for the Warden, a powerful card that rewards you in later turns! I think Brandlemar is a bit too powerful as its a beast with vanilla stats and a powerful end of turn effect. Maybe reduce health to 5? Wording with Kraxx is a bit iffy, I would say "Silence and destroy all minions with 2 or less Health." Can't think of a situation where silencing them and destroying > simply ignoring death rattle but I may be wrong.

This can snowball if you manage to keep these up, although that would probably be a tall order considering Hogger isn't that good.
