Could you please explain why jade decks are supposed to be bad?
Well there are bad vs aggro warrior so as well as them losing to jade miracle druid so, not sure why someone would play it atm. No deck runs aya so i wouldnt craft it. this is my opinion
Assuming I already have anything else you'd reasonably recommend (because I do, besides really niche shit)...
Should I craft Hobart, Wickerflame, Aya, Kazakus, Baron, or Harrison? (I enjoy the types of decks they all go in equally. I want to win more often. *wink*)

Planning on playing a Jade deck? Aya. Want to play Highlander? Kazakus. Tech vs. Aggro for your warrior deck? Baron. I find Harrison isn't usually a necessity, since you can often replace him with the easier to use Acidic Swamp Ooze. I think Hobart and Wickerflame are difficult to say atm, with the meta being as fluid as it is.

What I can say is from all of those Kazakus is hardest to replace in a deck. (not sure about Wickerflame though)
Kazakus is insane. Pretty much a staple on highlander decks. Could be enough to justify playing Highlander deck when Reno rotates out. Aya is okay but Jade lotus a bit slow for my liking...
Do what you feel like. Wrathion is pretty gimmicky indeed, but if you'll ever want to play a dragon deck once TGT with Chillmaw and Twilight Guardian, then he'll most likely be a staple in any of those just because of the Taunt and atleast one guaranteed draw. TBH, Golden Knuckles looks uglyass, disenchant that stupid monkey!
Can't decide if I want to craft Aya for some Jade decks or Raza for some highlander Dragon Priest fun time. I have all the other supporting cards for either deck types, including Kazakus already whom I opened in a pack. Opinions? Can't make up my mind right now :(
So looks like from MSG the go to legendaries are Patches the Pirate, Aya Blackpaw, Kazakus I got really unlucky in my pack opening 59 packs 1 Legendary Kazakus. And been f2p I still miss tons of cards from legendaries most noticeable are Ragnaros the Firelord, Sylvanas Windrunner, Fandral Staghelm. I have 7000 Dust and want to spend it in such a way that I could make a BO3/BO5 lineup which could carry me trough Ladder play and open tournaments. Decks that I have are Midrange Shaman with Al Akir and no Harrison Jones, DiscoLock, Pirate Warrior with no Patches and Small Time Buckners (probably will craft them when I stop opening packs), Miracle Rogue, FreezeMage, Jade Druid without Fandral and Aya. I also only have 2 BRM wings. I wonder what to do with 7000 dust so I could be competitive.

I'd say Ragnaros the Firelord is definitely a good craft, as for Sylvanas Windrunner I can't help you there, she's been in and out of the meta all the time. I haven't been using her much lately, besides in my N'zoth Warrior deck just because of the Brawl synergy.

I currently have 10k dust, that's enough for 6 legendarys. But I'm waiting it out for the meta to take shape first. Right now it's all wumbo jumbo and nothings certain. Just wait it out until you're sure which deck is superior.

I feel like Hobart may be worth it, he's pretty clutch in the ever-prevalent pirate mirror. And I'm fairly sure that deck has real legs.
Are Kazakus and Aya Blackpaw really that good?
I was a bit skeptical about Kazakus, then I crafted him to try it.
Insane card. Them game winning tempo swings. It's really amazing
Remember playing Control Shaman with Reincarnate shenanigans? No? It was fun, here's a refresher!
I'm VERY close to dusting golden Knuckles and golden Wrathion for Aya Blackpaw and Kazakus...

Aya Blackpaw or Raza the Chained

Aya, sylvannas or kazakus? I havent crafted sylvannas yet cause i don't play much control decks.
Aya Blackpaw definitely has waaay more deck possibilities than Raza the Chained in my opinion so you'll probably like playing around with Aya better.

Since the expansion I have only been free to play, and out of the 10 packs I earned I got bothe white eyes and aya blackpaw. Very nice surprises.

i have all the cards i need for dragon priest but i kinda dont wanna craft him since in 4 months dragons are history in standard

This is not right
1) Aya Blackpaw (jade druid probably one of the best new decks also jake mechanic pretty strong over all)
2) White Eyes or Raza the Chained (depends on what deck you prefer playing, both jade shaman and reno druid kind of the same lvl)
3) The other 3 seem to me like not that good,i woold probably keep the dust and wait for any good deck that uses them to pop up
