Blizzard didn't nerf it cause it was op. They needed it for defile. You think blizzard cares about balance in wild? That's their garbage dump for cards they don't want to deal with anymore. I mean hall of fame basically solidifies that that fact now.
I would rather see mill rogues stop playing and use the spider solitaire on their computer. as soon as i recognize its mill, usually by turn 3-4, i concede so i don't waste any more of my time.
Same here. Mill Rogue is the HS equivalent of bullying your opponent. It's not about cards against other cards. It's just about some jackass destroying your cards. Blizzard needs to fundamentally change either Cold Light Oracle or Gang Up.
From what I know Blizzard don't like mill - but mill isn't actually very good in Standard (it's okay in Wild) so Blizzard doesn't really give a crap. (they haven't actually changed a single Wild card since they've rotated, and some of them WOULD need to be changed if they wanted to balance it)

I think Vicious report place mill rogue at 35% winrate. I think everybody should be able to live with that. Mill rogue is almost like a free win for most class.
I gotta admit, I used to HATE mill rogue, but ever since the rotation where you know it's only gonna happen with the Brann combo, I actually don't mind fighting it anymore.
I even had a match as a Yogg Miracle Rogue that I lost, but went hilariously, because of the Mill Rogue and I bouncing stupidity back and forth.
Blizzard supports the archetype every once in a while, but have never gave it enough of a push in the standard format to be tier 1 or even 2. That is their official stance on mill. Fun, here is some cards, we don't want to see it at rank one legend or winning tournaments.
I once played a mage mill deck, a tier 4 deck at best. Heavy control warrior post TGT used to be a Tier1 or Tier 2 mill deck
Blizzard stance is that they won't tolerate mill as a meta-dominating strategy, but they are OK with it being playable. Like combo and Exodia. But if it becomes dominating, it will be nerfed, the design team won't go "may I por favor suck your druidic penis for a few more weeks" in favor of mill decks.
I think the new nerfs are more than welcome for mill archetype. Aggro snowballers have been hit hard which provides some time to stabilize, i believe those matchups will be a bit better, not an autolose.

They think mill is the fugazi - they dona like
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
They keep adding infinite deck mechanics so, I think they don't like us :(

Btw, why aren't King Mukla and Dancing Swords not included in the mill decks anymore? King Mukla is excellent to play on an empty board, especially if you have Sap ready, and Dancing Swords are great for the cost and the deathrattle they provide. I feel that a better Mill Rogue archetype can be made than the usual Doomsayer/Deathlord delay, delay, delay combination. Basically, the essentials are Brann Bronzebeard, Valeera the Hollow, Gang Up, Preparation, Vanish, Coldlight Oracle, Shadowstep, something more board contesting could work out using the remaining 10-15 cards. Plague Scientist + Unstable Ghoul or Wild Pyromancer for more proactive board clears and taunting as a substitute for Doomsayer and Deathlord which are quite reactive.
