The only concern I have about this is the inconsistency in drawing it after buffing.
But, if I play it using Rogue's DK hero power, I'll get two of these in my deck, right? And both will come buffed already.
This will be an insane end game tool for midrange to more control oriented Rogue, no doubt about it. Not so sure about Aggro rogue, tho.

Finally, after more than one and a half years, they added the reason for the Blade Flurry nerf. but at least it's a good reason.
In my opinion, the best legendary weapon from KAC. It'll give me/us a reason to run Deadly Poison again, and makes the Lifesteal and Poisonous weapon buffs relevant in the long run as well. The weapon pretty much has to be milled or be destroyed while in the deck to actually be removed from the game. It even stops fatigue at the cost of 3 mana per turn : ) oh so nice.
Extremely overrated
I wonder if Baron Rivendare will cause 2 buffed Kingsbanes to be shuffled into your deck.
Does anyone know how this type of interaction currently works with Baron Rivendare and Malorne?
Baron Rivendare only specifies a minion. So it wouldn't work sadly.
Shuffles 2 copies into your deck for both Kingsbane and Malorne
It's been confirmed that Kingsbane will keep all Enchantments when used with Doomerang, but Rummaging Kobold will only add a base 1/3 Kingsbane to your hand.
I assume theShadow Reflection from Valeera the Hollow will also only give you the base 1/3 Kingsbane based on current knowledge of Shadow Reflection not copying in hand modifications like reduced Mana Cost or Handbuffs.
While I find this a bit disapointing, Valeera the Hollow can still be quite useful for synergy with Kingsbane by duplicating Weapon Enchantment cards like Deadly Poison and if need be, you can play the copied Kingsbane to negate Fatigue damage.
How do I hex a weapon?
Now this...this is a weapon in rouge I can get behind. Can't wait to try this card out, rouge is looking pretty fucking sweet this coming expansion.

Runeforge Haunter - many people are talking about how to buff it but i dont think you guys realized how broken it will be swing with a 5+ attack weapon for 5/6 turns in a row. In fact, you dont want the card to be shuffle in your deck this is just an plus.
Compare now this and Poisoned Blade
I think the biggest you can make this without using any sort of effect duplication or RNG Is a 26/4 with Lifesteal and Poisonous.
2x Deadly Poison = +4 | +4 total
2x Tinker's Sharpsword Oil = +6 | +10 total
2x Southsea Squidface = +4 | +14 total
2x Goblin Auto-Barber = +2 | +16 total
2x Naga Corsair = +2 | +18 total
1x Captain Greenskin = +1/+1 | +19/+1 total
2x Buccaneer and equip = +2 | +21/+1 total
2x Doomerang and equip with both Buccaneers still on the board = +4 | +25/+1 total
1× Envenom Weapon = Poisonous | +25/+1 w/ Poisonous total
1x Leeching Poison = Lifesteal | +25/+1 w/ Poisonous and Lifesteal total
