Maybe I’m just an idiot but it seems to me like everyone should stop crying about netdecks and maybe come up with your own deck. I’m a brand new player and I’ve started creating my own decks with the cards I have because it’s cheaper than trying to figure out how to craft 3 legends and 6 epics for some “legend” deck. I just beat a full shadow reaper priest deck with a basic control mage with FLJ. It’s about the way you play your cards not the cards you have. And Druid is not nerfed at all by the patch. I drew innervate on turn 9 and was like “sick now I don’t waste a crystal”. there’s at least 4 other ways to ramp on jade Druid. I’m only rank 19 so maybe I’m just inexperienced. The only difference between a rank 19 highlander priest and a legen rank 1 is that the rank 1 plays his cards better. Sry for the rant
More true words have never been said.
The deck was the same as the rank 1 deck. It doesn’t matter what your rank is. All that matters is that you play your cards right.
Lol, and everyone said Keleseth would NEVER see any play.
The community continues to be as clueless as ever.
Blizz: We're giving pirate warriors an indirect nerf by changing the cost of fiery war axe.
Pirate players: Oh sick that means I can play keleseth
i'll be happy when aggro decks will be totally deleted from this game so basically i will never be happy XD
oh hell no take it back please i don't want to see tunnel troggs anymore
Unpopular opinion: I'd rather lose in 4 minutes by unfair garbage, than losing to infuriating Tunnel troggs and 4 mana 7/7s in 8 turns
Sorry
No one wants to be hated by the fans though...
No loves for paladin from pros. I am still playing him he will definietly stay my favorite class. It's expensive to make this class work in current meta, but at least you can have some fun in standart. Otherwise I am playing reno lock with Malganys in wild.
Am I the only one who thinks that the good meta decks are getting too expensive to craft? I've been playing since Season 1 and have a pretty big collection (it's public, you can check if you don't believe me) but some of these decks will cost me something like 3-5k dust to craft. I remember back in GvG all you needed was a Dr. Boom and a few rares to craft a good deck. It's getting ridiculous...
I know I can, I have the dust to craft any deck I want but it's just bugging me that decks have become so much more expensive than they used to be.
I like the power of the new cards. I guess decks are so expensive because of the yearly rotation but that's a good thing that shakes up the meta a bit :)
Blizzard preaches how important the new fan experience is but has yet to produce any kind of mechanisms for new fans to 'catch up' with the drastically increased card-pool size in standard. Adventures at least allowed everyone to get a handful of relevant legendaries for gold or a single, set price. With three expansions per year now, casual and new players are going to have an extremely difficult time.
It's not impossible to compete, but it's getting more and more difficult. I'm really surprised Blizzard hasn't released some kind of 'buy a deck' option or even some kind of monthly rewards / achievement system for letting players who aren't going to drop the cash to at least catch up over time.
I saw MrYagut yesterday for a few hours playing his Pirate Rogue up to Rank 4 legend and it seems to be one of the stronger aggro decks at the moment. Unfortunately I don't have [card] Prince Keleseth [/card] but maybe it's worth crafting it.
I was hesitating with the Kelemental rogue, etc. But I think Keleseth is a safe craft ATM
