Lorcen posted a message on Hearthstone: The Hipocrisy and the Scam!Posted in: General DiscussionYou are literally on the internet right now. If you are buying packs in a card game to look at oversexualized women and semi-violent imagery, you're doing it wrong. Heck, you can, right now, go get the original pics of the unmodified (censored is the wrong word here. If you want to know what censorship really is, do some reading about it) card art.
Take a deep breath and figure out the real reason you're upset. If you fear change, I hear ya, but change happens. If you are frustrated with Hearthstone in general, it might be time to take a break. If this really is because you don't get to see the wiggling ass of the Secretkeeper in your card pool, then please see above.

DEKIX13 posted a message on Need Help Editing List of Top 100 Hearthstone CardsPosted in: General DiscussionQuote from Haussenfuss >>I'd recommend reconsidering how you evaluate the power level of 1-drops - the devs stopped making snow-bally 1-drops after Gadgetzan for a pretty good reason. Snow-bally 1-drops often won the game on turn one - while the game may not have actually ended until turn five or six, the game was often effectively over when pre-nerf Undertaker, Patches, STB, etc, hit the board.
When compiling your list, it might be best to look at the list of card nerfs over the years - Unleash, Buzzard, Leeroy, Soulfire, Gadgetzan, Undertaker, Warsong, Arcane Golem, Leper Gnome, Knife Juggler, Blade Flurry, FoN, Abusive Sergeant, Tuskarr Totemic, Rockbiter Weapon, Spirit Claws, STB, Rogue Quest, post-'buff' NSW, FWA, Patches, Corridor Creeper, Call to Arms, Aviana, Mana Wyrm, FTT are some pretty important ones to consider. I think each of them is pretty clearly more powerful than Ice Block, for example, and you have that card ranked #4 on your list. The Rogue Quest was hard-nerfed twice, and soft-nerfed a number of other times - it currently isn't on your top 40 . . .
I agree on everything he said just note that all the cards that are included on the list of nerfs are not auto picks for the list but should be considered more seriosly

Psy_Kik posted a message on Reddit: Druid is currently 42.30% of decks at rank 1Posted in: Standard FormatI'm sorry but Blizzard's refusal to just flat out remove jade idol is so stupid that I have no sympathy for them, they will deserve the hate that is coming their way when in two/three weeks time it's still druids dominating.
I have no problem with ultimate infestation! I wanted to see ramp druid back near the top. I hoped it also might bring more spicy varieties back like maybe c'thun druid.
What pisses me off is that the new 10 mana-draw your deck OP spell slots so well into jade druid, and that mechanic needs to die in a fire. Never has their a been such a deck that you can pilot like a total goon, doing everything in the wrong order, and still stomp all over opponents - note I am not saying you can't make mistakes with it, but they just aren't especially punishing - the power level is still insane. I think this is why blizzard liked the idea in the first place, dumb the game down so that idiots can play a 'slower' deck and still win. Well, you got what you wanted, now fix it please, it's time for the worst card ever printed in the history of the game to go. Not rotated, I like wild too, just deleted, never to return.

YJHS2000 posted a message on Wild is DeadPosted in: Wild FormatI just played the same opponent FOUR times in a row at rank 5 in wild. Is no one playing this format anymore?
That's actually what I enjoy about Wild, because it makes counter queuing strategies a thing and forces you to play different decks.
In standard most people just grind with one list as they don't have to fear getting countered.I'm playing meme paladin, trying to have fun. Playing the same control warlock 4 times in a row is not fun.

I'm surprised a list like this hasn't been made yet, at least, not as far as I've found.
So, since I love making lists, I made a list of what I consider to be the Top 100 Hearthstone Cards of All Time (post-beta, through Rastakhan's Rumble). I do not have an HSReplay account to get full stats on cards, which would be very useful, so this list is just based on my other research, through forums here and on reddit, and more, and my personal experience of playing since the full launch of the game in 2014.
The current ordering of the cards is mostly irrelevant, except for the top 10, which I have tried to pick myself (but is still open to suggestion)
Suggestions for ordering, which cards I should consider adding, and which cards I should consider removing, are welcome! And, reasons behind those suggestions are also very welcome!
Thank you! I look forward to collaborating with the community on this list!

I'm very curious to see how this interacts with Shifter Zerus. What happens if Zerus becomes a Floop in your hand, then you play another minion? Does Zerus's Floopness mean that he'll transform into whatever you just played? What if you draw Zerus, and play him as is, with Floop in hand? Floop will become Zerus, but then what about next turn? Will his Zerusness mean he transforms into another, new, minion, while maintaining his Zerusness, so that he'll become something different next turn? If you play something, will the original Floopness cause it to transform from the Zerus minion into whatever you played? So many questions!
Also Splintergraft. Will copying a regular Floop on board give you a 10 mana 10/10 Floop, that will transform into whatever you played, but maintain the 10 mana cost and 10/10 stats, or, because of the text of the card, will it become a 3/4, still staying at 10 mana?
So. many. questions.

In wild casual, where literally *any* deck is available, I queued into the same damn person playing a big priest netdeck, THREE times in a row. Turn six of the first game, he get's a 5/5 Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound from a Shadow Essence, which pulls the full-size 10/10 Y'Shaarj from his deck. I concede. Game two, I see their name and deck, and I immediately concede. Game three, I decide, screw it, let's play it out. I had my Reno in hand on turn two (playing even Reno paladin), so I knew I had at least that much to go with. Turn six of this game...exact same thing happened. Shadow Essence into a 5/5 Y'Shaarj, into a 10/10 Y'Shaarj. I concede.
And, the best part: they were spamming "well played" after I hero powered, and saying that the light shall burn me after every time they cleared my board with something.

"tl;dr
P.S. Is this your personal coloring book?"
I'm not sure how to respond to this...?

A Mage's ability to get infinite 0-mana Fireballs, with the opponent having next to zero recourse, is a problem. A Priest being able to cycle 0-mana Power Word: Shields into other spells with Lyra the Sunshard and then obliterate you with an eventual Inner Fire, is a problem.
The root of these issues are, of course, Sorcerer's Apprentice and Radiant Elemental.
My suggestion? Give them both the Summoning Portal treatment, and make it so spells can't cost less than 1, that way, we can avoid *some* of the infinite combo shenanigans that are rightfully blasted for being un-interactive and un-fun.

Shouldn't his wording be updated to say "Whenever this attacks and kills a minion, recruit 2 Murlocs"?
