Tidal Wave > down to 7 mana? Maybe a bit too busted but it is way to slow at the moment.
Vashj Prime > down to 6 mana. You want to have more impact on the turn you play her.
shaman player above. btw you must be stupid to think that mana tide will go up from 3 to 4 health or go down from 3 to 2 mana. That card is played now and it would be broken if it was 2 mana or had 4 health.
No it wouldn't be broken, and whoever is playing it right now is the stupid one
Mana Tide draws 2 cards, +1 overload. Shaman needs THAT much of a push.
All Caravans getting a buff is a must, as are some buildaround cards for new archetypes that have potential but cant compete in this meta. Taunt Druid, Hero Power Mage, any non-face Hunter stuff, Deathrattle DH all come to mind.
Ticktakus - 5 mana 8/8 without corruption, just remove 5 cards from your oponent deck
Sorry but I stopped reading there. If you don't realise that already a 5 mana 8/8 is ridiculous plus the OP battlecry on top, I don't think this is worth any further mentioning
I don’t think you realize how scary it is that you don’t realize he is joking......

LOL show me any viable (not some trash homebrew) shaman deck that runs mana tide. It is absolutely garbage right now.
In my opinion buffs predictions are: All caravans (at the start of your turn or +1 health, I hope it's the first) and the rest shaman. Maybe 1/2 for other class.
Ticktakus - 5 mana 8/8 without corruption, just remove 5 cards from your oponent deck
Btw... WTF... It'll will be more okay if it's your own deck. Also, I don't think they'll delete the "corrupt" word, If it's nerfed I think It'll +1 mana or when it's corrupted 5 cards of EACH deck. But I'm not sure they'll nerf tikatus.
Well, I can't say that I predict this to happen, but I'd really like them to buff all the caravans to either be 1/4 (start of turn effect) or change them to be 1/3 (end of turn effect) because it's pretty tough to use them in the current state.
Even a 0/4 (start of turn effect) would be more playable.
Iksar was specifically asked if all caravans would be buffed and he said "No". Maybe they could buff only some but not all, that's off the table.
Maaaany cards need buff, even in wild it would be such interesting game for all cards to be playable.
Never was the case in the entire history of the format, obviously never will be because of how the top decks get insanely better and more refined with every single expansion. And I personally don't even want to imagine what monstrosity would have to come up through buffs to be competitive against the likes of secret mage, handbuff pally and reno priest.
I'm really puzzled at some of these choices. Al'ar? Why on earth would they buff Al'ar? For deathrattle dh? Of all the actually good cards, picking one that's horrible seems questionable to say the least. Also no idea why blood herald would need buffing to 4 mana. Jandice and apexis blast need crap 5 cost minions to not be entirely broken (they're both still extremely good), if anything I hope there'll be more severely understatted 5 cost minions in the miniset/next expansions.
Mortal Coil --> 2 damage. One damage less than Holy Smite but can draw a card, with would be fair trade off (-2 dmg is too much).
Siphon Soul --> 3 mana, but no longer heals you. It's slightly better than Shadow Word: Death, so 3 mana would be fair cost.
Hellfire --> 3 mana and deals damage only to minions. 4 mana for symmetrical effect with face damage is too slow and too dangerous in aggro matchups.
Lakkari Felhound --> Remove battlecry. It's basically Sen'jin Shieldmasta (unplayable card from 2013) with just 3 more health. Class cards can be stronger than neutrals and vanilla 3/8 for 4 mana wouldn't make Warlock broken for sure (especially with all that power creep).
Free Admission --> 2 mana, draw 2 cards (not just minions), without any discounts. Like Arcane Intellect (which everyone knows is bad) for 1 mana less.
Vashj Prime > down to 6 mana. You want to have more impact on the turn you play her.
You can drop that card to 0 mana if you want and it won't make a damn bit of difference because it always gets shuffled to the very bottom of your deck. Every other printed Prime card can get top-decked with regularity but Vashj will ONLY be drawn once you have no more spells in your deck...it's as consistent as gravity.

Wanting to buff good cards instead of horrible ones seems questionable to me, I don't see what's wrong with buffing Al'ar or other cool cards that see nearly zero play.
And if your sole reasoning behind not buffing Blood Herald is to keep Apexis Blast in check then, maybe nerf apexis blast I don't know (jandice is fine at 6), but no card should ever be printed weak on purpose for a justification to bad RNG effects.
Landslide: Now deals 2 damage, then repeats for 2 more if you are Overloaded.
Landslide is like already the best shaman board clear, probably one of the most powerful and well designed board clears in the entire game, that gains double damage from spell damage effects and doesn't clear your own minions, and incentivises to actually play overload cards.
Are you really aware of how insanely powerful your suggested buff is, especially with the introduction of Novice Zapper ? 2 mana Flamestrike at worse, 2 mana full clear anything at best ?
This card is awesome and perfect as it is and I'm more afraid that it will some day get nerfed, like every good shaman card.

Free Admission --> 2 mana, draw 2 cards (not just minions), without any discounts. Like Arcane Intellect (which everyone knows is bad) for 1 mana less.
These are *insane* buffs individually. This would make Warlock SO busted. Arcane Intellect is NOT a bad card. 2 mana, draw 2 is incredibly powerful. 3 mana, deal 3 damage is also broken as hell (the fact that it hits face is a *downside* not an upside, 5 mana deal 3 is the standard). Mortal Coil is more than good enough, the ability to cycle a card and deal damage for 1 mana is a VERY good effect. Card draw is *very powerful*. Siphon Soul would just be a better assassinate when it's already a really strong card, especially with Tamsin. Twisting Nether is one of the strongest cards in control match-ups, and so is brawl. We don't need *more* efficient AoE hard removal. The game is removal-heavy enough as is.
Sen'jin Shieldmastah is not a bad card either, it's just too *fair* to see play. 3 more health is A LOT more health. It completely shuts down aggro decks.
They shouldn't be buffing cards out of the standard too much. Giving a card with a good effect premium stats is the closest they should get, and usually only if it's conditional. And sometimes (stuff like taunt or certain spell/minion effects) were undercosted in the old standard sets, but that's a different situation.
Mana Tide Totem: Goes up to 4 Mana, but in exchange now draws 2 cards at the end of your turn.
Landslide: Now deals 2 damage, then repeats for 2 more if you are Overloaded.
Molten Blast: Down to 2 Mana.
Tidal Wave: Down to 7.
I think a small Tidal Wave buff (Maybe up the damage instead of reducing the cost, tho because it is just a game-winning card versus aggro) makes a lot of sense. As does a Mana Tide buff. (Though probably up it's stats, not increase it's card draw) And I think they could increase the damage of molten blast, but reducing the cost means it'd be better as like... a combo tool, which I don't think is something shaman needs. It already has a lot of burst potential.
That 3/4 for 3 guy that copies secrets, now triggers opponents secrets as well. Good for some secrets, others just fizzle.
This will possibly help in standard and wild tone down decks that rely on secrets.
All the posts get, 'the next watchpost you play gets +1/+1'
This restores these cool cards to playability but means they still will be a bit weak early giving aggro that bit of extra time it needs.
Caravans get tunnel weasel treatment.
Caravans trade back and forth, right? This gives them some extra utility and makes them very playable.
Tickatus: uncorrupted, 'play the opponents highest cost card.' Corrupted do the same for you.
The idea is to keep it an anti combo or control tool, but buff it by taking away the hate. Uncorrupted it functions a lot like a superior dirty rat. Making it strong vs. Combo. Corrupted the idea is to have it play jaraxxus, making it strong vs. Control

They probably are going to waste like half of the buffs on Shaman and it’s still going to be completely useless. Shaman needs a complete rework at this point.

long story short. im playin since 2014 and istopped playin HS mid 2017 i think. and from time to time i was checking hearthpwn because of expansion. before MoDMF expansion i saw tick and thats the cars which bring me back to the game. it was perfect tool for control (reno) warlock. i was mainly warlock player, it started with old handlock. i love long control matchups, defensive playstyle and combo decks. when i saw tick, it was instabuy both preorder bundles, many packs (mostly wildones). i spend several houndreds euros just to get back to the game and tick was card which is the reason. yes, im big p2w player. and yes, i play just for fun few hours per week, i dont have more time for gaming, thats why p2w.
whole disruption mechanic in warlock is amazing for my playstyle and i love it. slow grindy games can be speed up with that card. if blizz wont print that type of card again, im okay with that. in some situations its pretty strong... BUT... its maybe in 1/10 games when you win because of tick. its mostly against priest so who cares right... sometimes oponent instaquit after one important card, but thats wrong deck desing (if its not pure otk deck)...
but for most of the time, burning 5/10 cards its not even important. game is so fast today. tick would be op if it would have some aoe damage or big heal togeather with corrupt... most of time it doesnt matter cause you are dead before you can play it, or you simply outlive fast aggro decks (talking about wild renolock) so burning cards doesnt matter, you win anyway, or you dont have spare turn to play it cause you dont interact with board, you dont heal yourself, you dont taunt...
so yes, to be OP for tick, it would need some kind of buff. i would like to see it but it wont happen. its great cars as is, not op, can win you games but only some specific matchups. just my 2 cents

Shaman doesn't have a draw drought. It has as much card generation as it should. Mana Tide could be better, and that would improve shaman's *deck velocity* (how quickly it cycles through the deck) which *would* be a positive change, but generating extra resources isn't something Shaman needs necessarily.
