That was not joke. In wild you have 3 possible situations:
1. you play brann + tick on t9/10 and your oponent ragequit. you win
2.you play brann + tick on t9/10 and you die.
3. you wont play them at all because you are dead.
That card has amazing battlecry, i really love it. But game is so fast that it doesnt matter most of time.

Vashj Prime > down to 6 mana. You want to have more impact on the turn you play her.

Mana tide totem is underperforming in any shaman deck. If you don't know anything about shaman please post elsewhere about stuff you know

Mana Tide as a 3 mana 0/4 would still be slow, imo. The mana cost is more important here because you can play it earlier and/or you can combine it more easily with Totemic Reflection. 2 mana 0/3 or even 0/2 would be fine.
Tidal Wave is fine at 8 mana. The problem is that Shaman doesn't an efficient early to midgame healing tool. Instead of buffing Tidal Wave, I'd suggest buffing Tidal Surge to 3 mana.
I agree with Zeddy that 5 of these buffs will be the currently useless, never seen Caravan cards..they clearly wanted to introduce something new that they can build upon in later expansions but failed to do so. I think all of them will end up at 1 mana.
Guff Runetotem is incredibly slow at 3 mana, maybe at 2 it'd see some play.
Mana Tide Totem at 2? 3 mana for a delayed draw has always been pathetic but now? Other classes are drawing multiple cards for less mana, omg I just realized how bad this truly is. Give poor Shaman a fighting chance man.

I don't know about the broken part but I'm pretty sure it's only played because there are literally no other options.
Well, I can't say that I predict this to happen, but I'd really like them to buff all the caravans to either be 1/4 (start of turn effect) or change them to be 1/3 (end of turn effect) because it's pretty tough to use them in the current state.
Even a 0/4 (start of turn effect) would be more playable.

I really want Fel Summoner to be cheaper, something like a 5 mana 6/3, so the big demon dh can be playable.

Lady Vashj > 6 mana prime
Earth Revenant> 3 attack
Totem Goliath > 4 mana or no overload, possible attack change
Grand Totem Eysor > buff for ALL totems including hp
Fel Summoner > 5 mana, possible attack change
Kiri, Chosen of Elune> 3 mana 2/2 or 4 mana 3/3
Blood Herald> 4 mana
Alar > 4 mana, possible attack change
Whirling Combatant > 3 mana 2/4 or 2/5
It is a good idea because 5 mana cost means that Fel Summoner could be summoned from Death Speaker Blackthorn
