Honestly I prefer the phone, much less clicks generally, just point and drag. with the phone Computer you have to click then click again, feels clunky and unnecessary to me. I rarely if ever misclick, if I do it's just because of card repositioning or I'm going way too fast, and point at the wrong card that has the same mana cost. I can see though how on the computer since you click once to pick up, then click again to drop, for someone used to it the mobile version may somehow feel clunky, but honestly, it's the exact opposite for me... you just aren't used to the interface... there's nothing clunky about it, I think it's actually better and quicker on the phone. Or, you have a slow phone or connection.
The phone works ok, obviously, a computer (notice the word choice, not PC) is better. My biggest issues is how in the hell do you target yourself on the phone?
Did this once or twice. Your fiddling with a card in your hand. You decide not to play it so you drop it back in your hand, which is on top of your portrait. Bad luck and weird clipping issue and you accidentally drop it between cards onto your face. Once or twice in the thousand or so games on my phone.
Right? It only took a couple times for me to learn... minor issue really.
Most of my play is on my phone on the bus to and from work. Connection is slower than on my laptop. When playing action intensive decks this can be a problem, as I can't queue lots of actions up and instead have to wait for the animations.
My only other gripe is sometimes forgetting I have a weapon equipped as the cards hide it.
But coverall I wouldn't be playing hearthstone if it wasn't for the mobile phone version.
I often play on my Huawai p9 lite and I don't experience any problems or fustration - sometimes I do missclick tho. accidently hitting the end turn bottom xD. I mainly play control decks and the only problem with long matches depends on the amount of battery left on the phone for me.
Being able to play on the phone is good in situation where you have to wait for a long period of time (e.g. hospitals where I live) and where you don't have a computer at your disposal.
Just out of curiosity, do you live at hospitals? May I know why, if you don't mind?
I use a desktop and a surface 3. If I had no choice I could play on a phone but it is annoying to me. I like a desktop computer. Just seems more enjoyable because it is more streamlined.
I quit on phone because most schools worldwide restrict Hearthstone on their WiFi.
I am a network admin for a school district. There are a lot of free vpn's for phones. I haven't tried playing it over one but it could be worth a shot.

No I don't live at a hospital, but I used it as an example since it is one of those cases where I would have to wait for a long period of time. I live in Denmark where, unless you are in a critical state, you can wait uptill an hour at the emergency room.

Targetting yourself is indeed pretty clunky, You have to drag the card to the field then back to your face, if that makes sense?
