Beggars can't be choosers, but looters can.
Picky Looter could be good in a midrange strategy where you just want higher-value cards but aren't worried about fatigue, or you can use him to dig for a key card.
"Health is more important than cards. Wait, or are cards more important than health? Dangit, who even cares?" -Mekgineer Thermaplugg
Pretty much a sacrifice card that you can repeat to quickly repair from high damage, at the cost of mana and your other cards. Use it right and your wave of Minions is back where it was before. (Or you can use it as a low-health comeback, but again there are sacrifices you must survive.)
"A Raven Lord in the hand is worth two in the deck."
Anzu holds the potential for a small bonus for a small drawback, or a huge one with an equally huge penalty. The larger the spell played, the more you're overloaded. The lore behind Anzu involves him being captured and restrained, but gaining great power in the process - hence casting a spell, but your mana crystals being locked behind an overload effect. Like Yogg-Saron, if it casts an Overload Spell, you'll have that Overloaded on top of Anzu's, which should help keep it's power in check.
Got it in mind to soon create a set of cards that are meant as tribute to a number of forum users. Here's my creation for our beloved Sherman. Originally, this was going to just kill the opponent outright and cost a lot while using the
Molten Giant
text.
