Okay, so i already commented here earlier, but i also got another question in my mind now. How would the library work in arena? Is it completely absent (subsequently all cards that interact with your Library are removed as well from drafting) and there are no cards there or do you draft cards separately for it as well. If you do draft cards for it, would that happen before or after the drafting of the actual deck? Personally i think this should just be removed from arena alltogether. It might be too common to end up with no cards interacting with your library.
Also about my previous question, i think you shouldn't be allowed to have more than 2 (or 1 in case of legendaries) across your library and deck. Otherwise you can easily have like three Ragnaroses or something like that with Dalaran Student.
Anyway, i'm also gonna give feedback on the actual cards this time around instead of annoying you with my questions lol.
Dalaran Student: It's a pretty powerful card i think, if you make your library have a bunch of fairly situational cards, maybe mixed in with one or two cards that are great on their own so the Student has value even if your tech cards aren't useful.
Gnomish Powerholder: I don't think this'll see any play. Mainly because its a 3 mana minion. Spell damage minions are much more useful at 2 mana from my experience. Much easier to combo at 2 mana and in Shaman you can follow up turn 1 Spirit Claws with a Bloodmage Thalnos or Kobold Geomancer. Thats why i think it wouldn't really see much, if any, play despite being a pretty solid minion on paper.
Powerful Antimage: Doesn't seem all that powerful. Its big problem is that it relies on your opponent doing certain things for it to be any use. Its a dead card against some decks. Would see absolutely no play.
Artifact Seeker: Seems extremely powerful for control decks. Obviously a shitty thing to play on-curve unless you get lucky and draw a giant mech very soon. Would be pretty great in fatique decks since it adds a card to the deck. You can practically choose which mech it gives you too, by only putting one mech to your library. Something like Sneed's Old Shredder or just The Curator are solid options. Might be too good.
Einvor the Old: Well, this is basically a better Prince Malchezaar, atleast by its effect. The body is shit. Not much to say about this.
Lifetwist Tester and Maiden of Symmetry: Interesting idea, and certainly reminds me a bit of Faeria. If i get bored, i think i'll try to make a deck for these fellas.
Master of Extinction: Well, this seems to suffer from the same problem Powerful Antimage does. It's shit unless your opponent does a certain thing. Don't think it'd see any play. Maybe in a tournament it could actually be used by someone as a counter to something most players are playing? Don't know what that card could possibly be, since this doesn't for example counter a Sylvanas very well. So yeah, overall looks very weak.
Actually thought about arena. Removing the Library cards from the drafting pool is of course an easy option of solving the problem, but my idea is this: If you picked a card that interacts with Libraries, when you are done with drafting your deck, you get to draft a 5-card Library using the usuall drafting rules.
Thank you very much for reviewing my cards :) Not all the cards I made were meant to be meta picks, but I agree that cards like Powerful Antimage should be buffed (I am thinking about a 5/5).

I'm surprised Blizzard hasn't tried to hire you yet man, these cards (and mechanics) are awesome! Your cards create a level of strategy that hasn't been in Hearthstone before! Honestly, I have no complaints on these cards, so take all of my upvotes!
making a difrent deck might be a bit hard, I think cards should add stuff to your library instead something like: battle cry: add a copy of a friendly minion to your library.
Scrying Magus seems pretty interesting, since it can kind of give you an idea of your opponent's cards. Kirin Tor Whitemane would be a great addition to more controllish hunter decks, which I love to see. Lightsword Knight's design is really cool, possibly making spell damage minions more valuable. Artificial Skies is also a really cool card, allowing better use of combos and working well with Aviana. Glamour is a really cool idea for card draw for especially Hunter, since it's a beast and Hunter lacks card draw. Lonely reseacher is an excellent 1-drop for highlander decks, especially since Reno is leaving standard. Twilight spellcaster is a decent card, especially in combination with Lightsword Knight. Stoneskin Elk is a really creative card in my opinion, and it's great that it has decent stats even without the effect. I love the concept of Backshelf Tormentor, really cool but not too strong of a card. Aeshma the Guardian seems like a really cool Library-synergistic card. It's really nice to see that some people are this creative and dedicated :)
Dark Apprentice is a really cool card. I just love it, it synergizes perfectly with things like Pit Lord and can also counter your opponent's battlecries! Back to nature is really cool because even if the opponent doesn't have weapons, they could have a mech. You could even combo it with Boom Bots! I think Silena could be a 4/5, because her battlecry helps both players, although maybe not with all the spell damage synergistic cards. Dragonborn Dreamer and Sand Golem also don't seem too bad.

The Owl and the Bookshelf arranger (especially) are awesome!
Remember playing Control Shaman with Reincarnate shenanigans? No? It was fun, here's a refresher!
I love Angel of Study, would fit well in my divine shield Paladin deck and seems pretty balanced.
