These stats seem unnecessarily low. Good card though.
This has to be a joke... First, this card has low stats because it has to cost few mana for combo potential. And second, if it had more stats for 3 mana, especially more health, it would be totally f...king insane. Are you serious, bro?
Steal this with espionage, then use it to hit three of your own minions with Cold Blood (twice with Valeera), and Sap three of your opponent's minions...that seems fair.
So - the stats on this card show that Blizzard thinks this card is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Electra. My guess is that we will see a lot of important targeting spells coming from Shaman.
This is an insane card. It seems very versatile as well, similar to Electra Stormsurge. I love it. You could even directly combo this with Electra.
You can use it to buff your own board or completely disrupt your opponents.
There aren't a ton of target spells, but a lot of them are great with this.
Hex is obviously insane. A lot of the time aggressive decks play around hex by distributing buffs evenly, think putting a cold blood on a dire mole instead of a hench clan thug. For seven mana you can drop this and hex three things, and they can't even kill it with their dagger alone.
Tidal surge doesn't see much play and i'm not sure if this card alone will change that but hit 3 minions for 4 and heal 12 is pretty strong.
Avalance doesn't see play but this is really crazy with it. If i'm thinking about this right, it will freeze the targeted minion and deal six damage to it, and also freeze the two beside it, and deal 3 damage to up to four other minions. That's pretty nasty.
Zap, lighting bolt, lava burst, crushing hand, don't seem as nice because you'll take a ton of overload.
Earth shock is sometimes nice. Deal 3 damage silence three minions for 4 mana isn't always useful, but when it is it can be huge. It's a good answer to a pally using fungalmancer.
And then there is buffing your own board. Earthen might and unstable evolution could do some crazy things. Obviously there will be new synergy with this printed
Really? It only targets them. It’s not cast multiple times!
Hmm. I don't think that you are right, because the damage of the spell is bound to the secondary effect. I definitely understand why you are trying to say - that the spell is one, but it has only 3 targets - so imho the same could be said about Hex. How would a transformation spell have a main target and 2 "lesser" ones all of the sudden? Since you can't "divide" the effect, it's logical to assume that you will instead cast extra spells on the two new targets. If you sucessfully transformed 3 minions into frogs, you should successfully deal 4 damage to 3 different minions and you should summon 3 different jades. Like I said, the damage is bound to the token summoning effect.
[edit] You may argue, that it's not stated so in the card text, but let me remind you that there are many inconsistences in many other cards' descriptions. For Blizzard cards, which summon an actual copy of a certain minion and others, which summon only a copy of its original version, are the same thing and they word them the same way.
[edit 2] Unless the devs design this legendary so, that it observes the 2 lesser targets as being part of the main one. In this case, if the spell doesn't recognize the adjacent minions as two different targets, then yeah, you are totally right. Jade Lightning will summon only 1 token in this case. But then again, why would the damaging part be multiplied, but the secondary effect be left out? It depends on how the devs code the card.
All in all, I think the card will summon 2 extra jades.

Yeah well in a sense it's pretty much a Triple your spells Electra. I mean give three minions Windfury or deal 4 damage to three minions and heal for 12 with Tidal Surge and last but not least Avalanche which honestly is a garbage card but maybe someone enjoys the Freeze Shaman archetype and gets to do some fun stuff with this.

Unlike Bloodlust, the combo pieces will also be good by themselves and could be used to clear enemy board with Lightning Bolts in emergency situations.
Electra, Zentimo, Rockbiter, and Windfury = 36 damage with three totems on board. If you have three minions with their own power, it's even more. These conditions are pretty mild for an OTK.

That's a good point - I guess it is potentially 3 casts instead of 2. I just think Electra is simply a very fair card. The stats on this one seem to suggest that they think that the increased casts is unfair.

I'm really happy to see more board positioning cards in hearthstone.
Really cool, really strong
probably the best card revealed today. This can do disgusting stuff with many different spells. And that triple hex... goodbye Hadronox
For when you really want to screw over Taunt Druid!
Also, loving the new board placement matters cards!

3 Hex in the same turn is pretty disgusting. Still no point in playing for the board against shaman, I'll just otk them.
Like Electra, this can go into any shaman deck. cool!
Unpopular opinion: Rogue is OP
Only 1 Jade. It targets adjacent minions and don't cast several times.

The spell summons a Jade golem, if you have 2 adjacent minions, it should be summon 2 more jades aswell, it seems as a multi cast, but we have to see

Everyone thinks about Hex (which will be good) and Unstable Evolution (which is a stretch) but really this card will enable Token Shaman. With Electra Stormsurge and Zentimo the deck will be able to consistently double/triple cast Rockbiter Weapon and Earthen Might.
Unlike Bloodlust, the combo pieces will also be good by themselves and could be used to clear enemy board with Lightning Bolts in emergency situations.
Love It !
This is probably the best card of the set, and easily the strongest legendary shaman ever had.
