I will hold my vote until there are some clarification on Overkill. If it works only when this minion attacks something and Overkills it, it is an average with some potential in a pirate deck. It it works when this minion is attacking or defending and Overkills its attacker/defender, this card could be the strong neutral card mechanism.
If its a trigger based effect like Grim Patronthen it could be an alright card if you are fighting a class without spell removal. With 5 attack, it will be a target for your opponent for sure.
If its counted as a "on your turn" kind of effect, that will definitely drop its viability as your chances to activate the Overkill effect will be lessened substantially.
So apparently, Overkill only works on your turn. With that said, I think this card is slightly playable. Unless you are a priest, anyone and everyone will definitely kill that minion before you can draw any cards and that's if you reach the damage threshold for the Overkill.

Yeah thata what im wondering myself. If my opponent throws his minions into my overkill then its good.

Cool card but maybe not that good?
wow, this seems pretty decent for classes such as paladin and warrior, that oftens overkill minions with truesilver, and fiery war axe.
in a meta that kokron can´t go face on 4, because of tar creeper, it seems a pretty decent replacement for any kind of midrange warrior
Maybe the pirate tag can help doing something, but it seems hard to trigger, this will probably die when it comes into play :/

Right now, it is unclear how it works.
Overkill is a good keyword. Think of them like pseudo-taunts, if you have real taunts, they will be strong. If you don't, they will die first anyways.
