Rogue is hardly a class that can have anti-tempo plays... I am skeptical about the viability. It depends on whether rogue gets strong battlecries and/or combos.
This.
Rogue don't have survavility or mass removal, the only thing rogue can fight is the tempo game, one anti-tempo play for rogue is fatal in 80% of the games.
I like the design of the card, both in art and its effect. The card's power really depends on the rest of the set. If Rogue gets some AoE damage minions, this could be interesting.
This has a lot of potential. 3-health on a stealthed minion is huge. You can set up a lot of powerful combos on the next turn, but 4-mana is a low enough cost to use it the same turn.
4-damage Si:7. Twice as big VanCleef?
Works with Strider, Minstrel and probably a few other cards I'm not thinking of right now. Hell you could even use it with Myra Rotspring for potentially ridiculous value.
Too bad it doesn't work with Spells.
also, for those who are going to say "4-mana 0/3, lul" remember that ROgue has access to a lot of mana cheating and can usually survive doing nothign for a turn if there is a huge temposwing in sight on the next one.
Even at 3 mana I don't think this card would see play right now. Strider is like the only card you would want to combo with this and even then you could just run a 3 mana 3/4 elephant. There might be some other support coming, but as of right now, kingsbane is the only archetype that considers this in standard. yay... more kingsbane... *barf*
What's interesting is that all the spirit cards are 4 mana, 0/3 stats. That's incredibly weak stats for the mana cost, meaning they all will have some seriously strong effects.
Those comparing this card unfavorably to Brann Bronzebeard need to remember than Brann literally only lived the turn you played it. The fact that this usually will survive a turn means it is probably better. Nobody cared about the 2/4 body on Brann. Add to the fact that this works with combos, and to me it's a better Brann.
It does have some great synergy with Fungalmancer because it does have Stealth, now this card is better than Bran because it does affect Combo effects too (minion based). A bit funny with Elven Minstrel drawing 4 Cards.
Can be good with a turn 5 Myra play maybe, interesting use with Lifedrinker annd well i am really thinking hard with Ancient Mage for +4 Spell Damage and a bunch of cheap spells to face from Razorpetal Lasher, if the card survives a turn its like using 5 mana for +4 spell damage and 2 cards.
You can hide it very well with a Chain Gang Battlecry, this card has potential.
This is so broken in Wild with shadowcaster. Infinite 1/1 with stealth and all your combo and battlecrys trigger now 2 times for the rest oof your game. This could be a top tier deck in wild maybe
So 9 dmg 9 mana combo ?. Cold blod and Leroy which is 6 mana deal 9 dmg. Crazed chemist and that Haha pirate 2/1 deals 6 dmg already and they are less stable. If this card ever picks off u will see a bunch of Void(swich hp/atk minions) in deck
Also Spirit of the Shark only affects "minions" battlecries and combos. Combo spells are unaffected =D

This card will lead to some ridiculous burst-damage turns. Spirit Rogue will be a thing.
Edit: Dammit, minions only... I was dreaming of huge Cold Blood swings. Oh well...
This.

For 3 manas this will be a big MAYBE..., for 4 manas is just garbage like all class rogue cards.
Should be a totem tribe. You know, for flavor.
Then I can finally use the 4 copies of Totemic Might I'll inevitably get from burgle effects.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.

38 damage combo over 2 turns is possible:
Spirit of the Shark (4 mana)
Worgen Infiltrator (total 2 damage 5 mana)
Fungalmancer (total 10 damage 10 mana, make board resistant to board clears)
Shadowstep Fungalmancer
End Turn
discounted Fungalmancer (total 18 damage 3 mana)
Crazed Chemist (total 26 damage 8 mana)
Abusive Sergeant (total 30 damage 9 mana)
Abusive Sergeant (total 34 damage 10 mana)
Shadowstep and replay Abusive Sergeant (total 38 damage 10 mana)
instead of doing that if you expect taunts you can Shadowstep the Crazed Chemist earlier in the game so that you can Sap as well on turn 2.

Ah yes good ol Brann. Always doubling those Combo cards
Brann isn't in standard and this can also trigger combos. Also you literally never play Brann for the stats, it's pretty much always for a combo/otk

It will be played as much as Drakkari Enchanter
