Nope, I don't have Zola the Gorgon. Some builds run it with the intent to copy minions like Elise the Trailblazer and Direhorn Hatchling for more late-game value. I went with the rush package for more board-clearing potential since all I'm facing these days are aggro/swarm decks (I don't have Darius Crowley though--two Rabid Worgens and Zilliax seem to be enough).
Top 10 Most Wanted Cards: 1. Stargazer Luna 2. Luna's Pocket Galaxy 3. Flobbidinous Floop 4. Supercollider x1 5. Harrison Jones 6. Augmented Elekk x2 7. Astromancer x1 8. Baleful Banker x2 9. Seaforium Bomber x2 (really want to see a deck starring this, but hard to see effective when it's either aggro aggro or armor up druids and warriors) 10. The Black Knight Missing the Cut: Prophet Velen, Cairne Bloodhoof, Rotface
If a deck calls for Zilliax I just sub Leeroy Jenkins, bc, unlike Zilliax, Leeroy has charge and wins games. However, I find that the Soularium often wins and turns the tide of games. I am pretty happy that I crafted The Soularium.
It's not rush that makes Zilliax good, it's his super-buff capability. Leeroy doesn't give you that. You can play Zilliax on top of Beryllium Nullifier and it will instantly create a wall the opponent has to sacrifice their entire board into or silence. You can play him on top of Robosaur on the same turn you hatch the egg to attack twice with 1 minion, not to mention the huge amount of lifesteal you get in those cases. It's basically all of this in one card:
Remove opponent's minion without taking damage
Create a super-taunt that opponent has to sacrifice their entire board into
Heal for 1/3 of your health or more

WhizuBangu
I'm Nate and I enjoy writing. I got kicked off of my school newspaper so I figured I'd bring my passion to my favorite game.
Necrium Vile x2
Supercollider x1 (I opened 1 first day)
Supercollider is a superb card if you are a fan of warrior at all.
Thinking of crafting some missing death knights; Boom and/or Jaina are what I might do soon.
Had to make Mossy Horror with all the Giggling Inventor and Spreading Plague going around.
Also made a golden Whizbang so I don't have to worry about deckbuilding or getting 500 wins for a gold hero.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
Had to craft Supercollider, Giggling Inventor, Dyn-o-matic, and Gluttonous Ooze because I wanted to play Odd Warrior. It's all worth it as I have a 62% win rate with the deck in 65 matches. Supercollider is a blessing for any Control Warrior deck, I love it.
I'm debating whether to craft some important epics that I don't have yet (Faceless Manipulator, Level Up!, Twisting Nether) vs. some build-around or win-more legendaries like Alexstrasza, Ysera, Countess Ashmore, Elise the Trailblazer or Darius Crowley. I kinda want to try Odd Mech Paladin (even though I hate the archetype) or Control Priest.
Crafted Gold Dr Boom.
Golden Hero Collections thus far; -
Europe: Druid, Hunter, Paladin, Mage, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, Warrior (9/9)
Americas: Druid, Mage, Paladin Shaman (4/9)
Everywhere else: Workin on it.. (0/9)
Do you run Zola?

I'm kind of obsessed with Rogue, so I made a golden Myra Rotspring and Myra's Unstable Element, I'm less fond of Element tho =/
so far all i've crafted from BDP is 1x Reckless Experimenter for Mecha'thun Priest and Zilliax. also crafted a golden Azalina Soulthief.
the other cards i'm still strongly considering crafting are Flobbidinous Floop, Electra Stormsurge, Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, a 2nd Academic Espionage, Augmented Elekk x2. a couple other legendaries or 2nd copies of epics getting slight consideration as well, but considerably less than the above
"Sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes the bear turns into a cat and eats you." - Anonymous Druid
Since priest has fallen, I've had to look at mage, warrior and hunter (yeah, who would believe it a year ago) for my control deck needs.
I'm close to being able to play Malygos druid, but the dickishness of the deck annoys me. At least Raza Priest gave you a sporting chance.
Crafts on Day 1 of Boomsday (over 5k from dust on opening day):
Dr. Boom, Mad Genius (legit) (Day 1 craft)
Malygos (flipped from dusting a gold The Beast) (pretty much word was Malygos was going to star in a number of OTK decks)
Omega Agent x2 (found it useful in a wild warlock outing, but should've crafted just one)
Omega Mind x1 for a Malygos shaman deck that just didn't work vs. the aggro
Spectral Cutlass x2 as I received Academic Espionage and thought ahead. Like Omega Agent, it hasn't come to be.
SEVERAL DAYS LATER
Reckless Experimenter (the Hearthstone pack gods gave me everything else for Mecha'thun Priest)
TWO WEEKS LATER (after I received a legendary 36 packs after my last, which was the craptastic Zerek, Master Cloner):
The Boomship
Boommaster Flark
Ysera (cashed in some unused wild legendaries)

Zilliax is a safe craft.
