Statline + effect is right on the verge of good...not sure if this is good enough, but could definitely be the thing that enables "if you played an elemental" style elemental decks to be viable.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Great card for Elemental mage/shaman, but since it is not an elemental minion, when you play this card in turn 4, then you can play neither Servant of Kalimos nor Bonfire Elemental.
I like that we are getting tutor cards, it's hard to justify 2/4 draw a card since those exist already, you only play it if you want to specifically draw a specific set of elementals.
Elemental Shaman and Mage want to put down an Elemental each turn and this most likely breaks the chain. There are better ways to draw cards, at least for Mage.
I usually try to put a lot of elementals in my deck so I do not have to worry about the chain breaking easily. I have little use for an understated card like this. I guess it is useful in priest with Lyra and Quartz Elemental. It can also be used in Mage for Bonfire Elemental and Shaman for Bogshaper for deck thinning.
Gnomish Inventor showed us that 4 mana 2/4 card draw is hard to justify. I don't think it will make a cut, especially considering that it is not elemental itself and elemental decks rely on the non-stop elemental chains.
Actually, back in the day Gnomish Inventor saw play in the original, combo version of Patron Warrior, and it drew any card. With the added restriction of only drawing elementals, I could very well see this being played in a combo deck where you only have one or two elementals that your win condition revolves around.
It would be underwhelming if this pulls you one of your fire flies. That's why I think the card is more powerful not in elemental deck but decks that run few elementals that are if not crucial, let's say more important than average minion. e.g. Gedon /Rag/ Leyline for Jaina, Lyra / radiant elemental for priest, Rag, lightlord for control pala. I think the card is very good.

Is that Validated Doomsayer's older brother?

Join me at Out of Cards!
That seems really good for an elemental minion mage deck.
gnomish inventor powercreep
kisses are a better fate than wisdom
Can see this one being used in Shaman and Mage elemental decks, or in some kind of combo deck relying on a specific elemental
ew his nose :c
Maybe in a combo deck, otherwise definitely not.

Was not expecting that cardart. Oh well, Very interesting
Draw Lyra the sunshard.
Could be a missing piece for a priest dragon soul deck.
Good card for shaman (I think mage has already bunch of good card draw, so they won't run it). Finally some elemental synergy.

great to draw World Shaker, if you need him
Nice way to conveniently fetch Lyra the Sunshard.

specific cantrip good, but elemental decks need to exist for this to be potentially run
Pack filler, but at least an interesting one.
Good for fetching artificer, Gedon, radiant, lyra, or Grumble.
