Non-spell Mage ... :thinking: ... , The card is really good but right now there's no Zoo-ish archetype in the mage arsenal maybe with the next expansions we can see one

 What if Spiteful Summoner casts this? Priests don't even use good removals like Dragonfire Potion or Psychic Scream to not mess with the summon synergy. Why would you use 2 mana in mage?

Tough to evaluate a card like this without knowing if there are any other powerful Mage minions in the set that support this deck style.  

I can already see myself including a single copy in my existing Elemental deck which doesn't run too many spells.  Anything that will get me closer to drawing Frost Lich Jaina is a good thing.

Yeah, yet. This one will be huge in specific decks. Especially in a minion based, where you don't swim in removals

Raven Familiar: 2 mana 2/2 Draw a card
Raven Familiar was played in big spell mage. If you run a lot of Frostbolts, Glyphs and similar - why would you to begin with? Actually, though, it would be a better card in an elemental Mage - why? If you only use the Book of Spectres, 2 Meteor and 2 Flamestrikes, it kind of draws you ~half the time a crd. Probably still wouldn't warrant this.

Shimmering Tempest: Looks like the only 2-drop that seems playable in that deck

Pyros: Together with this one
though dunno if that one would be strong enough

Sorcerer's Apprentice: Basically, if you play 0 spells this card is just a Bloodfen Raptor
WHY would you play 0 spells? To begin with, ever noticed that the Book of Spectres is spell as well? Why would you not include some specific spells either, like Glyph/Meteor/Flamestrike/Blizzard or similar? You would have to have really bad luck to draw 2 spells with the book. Even if you were to draw one, it still is a superior Intellect. Additionally, mindgames - if you drop an Apprentice, which has a good statline, most will scramble to remove it. 

Arcanologist: River Crocolisk
It wouldn't be played in big spell mage, either. You don't want your raven familiar to reveal a lowly 3 mana card.

Kirin Tor Mage: Just a 3 mana 4/3
Eh. Yeah? Your point? Doesn't get often played either. Not even an elemental.

Coldwraith: How are you going to freeze an enemy?
You just listed one option. Also, forgotten Glacial Shard? Apparently.

Doomed Apprentice: Didn't know this card existed till I looked at my collection right now...
Huh. Well, to be fair it is a bad card. Sadly, the value is not enough to offset one mana cost.

Ethereal Arcanist: Secrets LUL
Why do you try to include a secret mage package into an elemental/minion mage? Thats one thing I don't get. You have listed several cards dependant on secrets....

Ghastly Conjurer: Seems like a good card to play in a deck with Book of spectes, since it generates a spell
I agree. It also helpes to protect some specific minions - like Ice Walker. You don't want to see that little one dying. You want to control the hell out of your opponents minions with it.

Leyline Manipulator: Childwind Yeti with an smalll upside
Servant of Kalimos. Firefly. Your above listed Pyros and Shimmering Tempest. Ever noticed, that a lot of elementals tend to put some new cards into your hand? Ever noticed, that the Spellstone could be extremly interesting in elemental Mage - and generates 3 spells that weren't in your hand?

Steam Surger: Should be okay if you play some elementals
Okay? Yeah. A litte bit better than 'okay', if you ask me.

Water Elemental: Same reason above, and it's a decent minion on its own
Ah, another freezer. I don't even understand how you can list 3 ways to freeze something, while still saying that you can't freeze without spells...

Archmage Antonidas: Aha! wait a second...
Yes. Archmage doesn't get played in all Mage decks either, though.

Sindragosa: didn't see competitve play due to the aggresive meta
Should prove a good way to turn the tides. Possible Minion generator, which can be discounted with a Leyline Manipulator and popped with Baron Geddon. Yeah, I do think that this could become a very good card in a minion mage.

Dragoncaller Alanna: Scrap the 'Dragon Caller' part and this is your card
So.... you play that leg in every Mage deck you know?

So overal, Mage doesn't have a lot of minions that would be played without spells, except for Elementals, which is the only tribe that doesn't necesarilly need spells to be playable. But since Elemental mage didn't see play at all in previous Expansions, I doubt it will see play in this one. 

This doesn't need to be run in a no spell deck, as long as this can consistently draw two cards it's good value.

Seems pretty cool, will definitely try this in a low spell elemental mage.

Ohhh I see there learning from yugioh.

Is this supposed to combo with that cauldron? So you become a shaman mage? Lol.

bad part is if it burn book or glyph, the rest is nothing.

 It's not really good, but it's not that bad... It's good for elemental mage or something like that, but if the 3 cards are spells, boii you're dead!

I have no idea what you're talking about anymore or if you're just trolling.  Spiteful Mage will not run this because it's 2-mana.  You build your deck around Spiteful Summoner in order to guarantee a 'highroll.'  Similarly, if you run Book of Specters, you build your deck around it in order to have a high chance/guarantee of drawing 3 cards.  This card doesn't go in a Spiteful deck, nor does it go in a Big Spells Mage deck.

 yeah until a deck rises with this card destroying you. avoid wild in the next expansion, mech mage might be coming back with this card.
