You can say it's a more expensive +1 sp defile but the key word is other. Meaning it's an easier chained buffed defile that if successful will leave a 4/4 only on your side of the board. Pretty strong.
The question is will it fit in the gaps of existing control warlock lists.
Much worse defile, god both warlock legendaries are such dissapointments, this card is unoriginal, has a horrible statline, costs too much so it's way harder to combo with him than it is with defile, basically when they thought of warlock this xpac they thought "hmm what should we give warlock this xpac, he's very strong right now and has a very unique and original deck, we should give warlock recycled trash!"
