Welcome to value town, population: you! Seriously, this is the type of card that I both love and hate, since it offers so many possibilities, but also has the potential to be completely broken.
I mean if you want to play a lot of cheap giants just play Naga Sea Witch. (And really what is a better combo than that?)
Seems like unplayable trash that just isn’t enough to justify in anything. Not enough use in standard and sea witch out classes it in wild.
nagalock will definitley run this alongside sea witch. it's another wincon for when your witches are in the bottom 3rd of the deck. i just pray this means the naga nerf is coming.
This card would be a fun in a zoo deck. I'd like to try making 'Witchwood themed' warlock deck with Glinda Crowskin, depending on what the unrevealed cards are going to be.
Everyone is thinking all kinds of comboes for this card, but in my view this fits best in a zoo deck. Tons of cheap minions to take use of the effect and usually you have board control, so against many classes it's very likely to survive... which is basically gg. Alternatively they use their turn to remove this and leave the rest of your board untouched, which is very good for you as well.
Does Zoo really want to play a 6 mana 3/7 do nothing?
I might play this in zoo and slam it turn 6. If I have board, it means my opponent cant spend mana to clear my board because I will fill it up with 1 or 2 cards. If I don't have board, at least it applies a lot of pressure and it is not too easy to kill at 7 health.
Well, to get the full nasty effect of her, you really need to stick her for at least 1 turn. At least Warlocks don't have any really good taunt minions to protect her with ....
Wait .... Void...what? Oh, crap.

I wanna glide down, over Mulholland I wanna write her, name in the sky I wanna free fall, out into nothin' Gonna leave this, world for awhile
I am going to be really pissed off if cards like this and Witchwood Apple create a Giant's meta. That shit is not fun to play against and I am having bad thoughts and feelings about this in wild mode which is supposed to be a sanctuary from the standard monotony .
I haven't heard an idea better than Gnomeferatu, and I'm not sure you want to be doing that instead of Cubes and Doomguards. Maybe Zoo...but she feels win more there.
I fail to see how you can use it with summoning portal. 6 mana + 4 mana = already 10 mana. For it to be combo both of them need to survive until next turn. They will most likely get destroyed and you would have wasted 2 cards and 10 mana for little gain.
Being a legendary, it is a 1 of; hence it can only complement a good deck and can not be built around it (unless it is brokenly game winning like razakus/shadowreaper, and your deck is full of cycle). Unless warlock recieves further shenanigans with arcane giants, you will not be able to make a great deck with arcane giants and Glinda Crowskin. Just filling your board with giants, is not enough because they may get cleared.
A possible interaction you can think of is, to run this in the current cubelock or controllock, to combo it with mixtures or kobold librarians. It effectively serves the purpose of the deck, which is to stall/draw. But if glinda gets to survive for even 1 turn, you get to do crazy shit next turn. Hence, it is a serious threat your opponent must silence/destroy immediately; making them more likely to use that resource wasted on something else. I'm not saying this utilisation is great, but this is the way to evaluate this card based on what we know. (And yes I am aware mistress rotates out.)

If you manage to have her safe behind a Voidlord Gnomeferatu (mill) and Leper Gnomes / Knife Jugglers (face damage) are the easiest way to win with it without having to rely on portals.
But compared to todays Cubelock, I am afraid It won't be as good. Rebuke do hurt Cubelock really bad though so it might not be as good as now then. We will see with the rest of the set.
Trash imo.

Very nice, tho it reminds me of Umbra in a way. I thought it will be op, it turned out meh.
wow blizzard still making lock op..

Giant Warlock in Wild just got more annoying

Rest in peace wild though, not only with Naga but with unnerfed Molten Giants
At worst, I'm going to play this as an 8 man 7/9 that gets me two cards with Kobold Librarian if my life can sustain it. That's still a fine play.
Buff on giantlock on wild..... 3 cards, fill the board with 8/8s
Glinda Crowskin + Bloodbloom+ 5 or more mana spell = Arcane Tyrant x 6
I read this combo somewhere, seems interesting. lol
I'm also wondering the implications of how much stronger this "may" make the giants warlock deck in wild.
Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
