Too bad the secrets differ by cost between the classes. Would be quite powerful if the opponent had no clue which class the secret comes from, but this way it's just maybe a little bit too random. Still, nice card advantage, nothing to complain. Good card.
Edit: just realized it's most likely going to always be a Paladin secret, right? Hm.
It's alright, it's certainly not meta-defining. Paladin secrets are, generally speaking. pretty terrible. It's still a 2 mana 2/2 draw a card (without actually thinning your deck) which is obviously good just not extraordinary I think.
Now the question. Can the Shaman quest reward Megafin put this card in your hand and if so, what happens if you play it? Will you discover a secret from any class, or just Paladin?
a 2 mana 2/2 isn't great but it's better than tapping the hero power. Other than that another way to think about it is a 3 mana 2/2 "play a paladin secret" I suppose the real question is how good is that paladin secret going to have to be. I mean if you get a lot of kodo riders then in theory the hydrologist is just never going to truly die. On the other hand there are things like eye for an eye and what not which are just terrible.
So the real question is will you on average get a decent enough paladin secret to make up for 3-4 stats potentially? Well it being a murloc helps since murloc synergy, but we still have yet to see the paladin secret or two this expansion so maybe we'll get some amazing secrets with "Who Am I" rotating out.

Discovered cards are always cards your class can normally play unless the text indicates otherwise.
So you're only getting Paladin secrets outta this guy. But that's fine, because it's super easy to play a 1-mana spell.

Meta Defining
FOR THE HORDE!
I like it. :)
2 mana 2-2 draw a card. Not bad. Also it doesn't say paladin secret, it can be any secret. But knowing blizzard they wont let this.

I'm assuming the secrets we can discover are paladin secrets only? I think the card would be much better if it can discover another class' secret.

Really good card, the Secret being discovered is a nice bonus since it's harder to play around discovered Secrets.
Value Murloc incoming.
I wonder if we will be getting more secrets.
Discover a Potion of Polymorph, pretty nice card.
