it's one week after release ... I wanted to play new decks, try to have fun but in 2 days i played around 50 games and 30 was token druids, 15 was zoo and rest was some "wirdos" playing fun decks
token druid have full board of 3/3 that summon 2/2 thats gonna be upgraded to 5/2 zoo have unlimited minions and 8/8 turn 4 every game
please tell me how to have fun playing Hearthstone
last few days playin big paladin + control warlock
both decks have 1 or 2 aoe, after turn 5 is game over. doomsayer can be easly kill by full board or will clear 2-3 minions. turn 8? can dream about that.
The meta still needs time. It’s normal that zoo and other Aggro lists are the first ones to be figured out. Both zoo and token Druid are strong but not unbeatable.
MCT is a good choice as suggested above. Any AoE and taunts help too. IMO there’s a bunch of stuff that is t being used or considered right now. Belligerent gnome for example is a great early game anti Aggro tool and never sees play.
The new epic Batterhead or something can clean up boards of small cheap minions easily (although it is a bit slow) but again, never sees play. Then there’s the new 7 mana taunt with death rattle deal three damage to all minions. Doesn’t see play. Try playing with this stuff to see if it helps or at least to see if they’re any good. Just because you haven’t seen anyone playing them doesn’t mean you can’t try them and see how they work.
try And solve the puzzle yourself. It could well be that your ‘fun’ deck (fun by whose definition?) isn’t any good and you should find something else to play
Play token druid yourself or lose every game to it! I've seen some really stupid comments about it like: "Get this and that card in to counter it, noob" Yeah, gj! Now I got a 2 out of 30 chance to counter 1 turn from it before it fills the board again next turn. Amazing!
Blizzard is an absolut retard when it comes to balance in every of their games in every update or expansion.
That would be my tier list after playing a lot this expansion:
God Tier: Token Druid SSS: nothing SS: nothing S:zoo, tempo rogue, mech hunter A: Res Druid , bomb warri, silence priest
I have been doing pretty well against them with a control priest that I tested yesterday. Weird I know a everyone thinks priest is dead, but its not :D
You may not like this answer. But if you desperately want to beat a deck. The best way is to play it for a bunch of games your self. Most importantly you want to learn how the deck loses. If you know how the deck can lose, you will have a much better undersanding of the deck’s weakness and you will have a much easier time playing against it.
I have teched Mossy Horror into my control warrior, and while it helps a bit, it still is not enough. The new versions of token druid can generate a board at least six-eight times, often out of nothing and following your board clear. It is clearly broken, when even the most broken control tools in standard have no chance of stopping it. But yeah, time to play zoo!
I do not get the people saying that token Druid beats Warrior. I started out playing control Lock. Got creamed every game by token Druid. Started playing token Druid and got creamed by every control Warrior. If the Warrior player knows how to play a control versus aggro matchup it is a good matchup. By the way Loot Hoarder is a dumb choice in Warrior. Should be Acolyte. Acolyte plus Warpath or Dyn-O-Matic is awesome.

The warriors you played against must've drawn good. I think it's like a 50 - 50 matchup.
Yeah, I probably should have stated it differently. Not so much knowing how to play control versus aggro, but having the deck built to face aggro. These were more like midrange control Warrior decks. Get on the board early, and fight for the board. If things get out of hand use Warpath, Dyn-o-Matic, or Brawl to get control back. Probably does not have all the greedy late game cards to face other control decks, but does good against aggro.
Please tell me ...

What is your fun deck, just curious.
What sort of class you playing? Teching in some doomsayers might be enough
I also had problem even with my control shaman, but when add 2x Mind Control Tech my problem disappeared :-)

Missing lethal since June 2015.
Have you tried Wild Pyromancers? How does your Big Paladin look like, I'm interested to see it (and on what rank are you playing it?)
You can't stop the signal.
You dont!

I had the same problem, I gave the wall priest a chance and incredibly I won all the matches against Druid, rogue, Hunter and zoolock. Try it.
That's whats up. Pyromancer is amazing against aggro. Also, play Warrior. Warrior is in an awesome place right now.
play some kind of control deck.
are they good with shudderwok?

Kaczi time to turtle up and try some ultimate control warrior(greedless with elys instead of big greed)
Basically this deck is a big pile of removals and a bit of draw / value generation
It has like 90% WR against token/zoo
I see to ways:
Play a strong aggro deck, like Mech Hunter, and just outpace them.
or play control warrior.
My brother and I both got legend - and he climbed to 316 with it. Check out our guide!
