    2) Message turns out to be shit..Don't care if it is fantasy, action, thriller, german bdsm porn, a message must exist..Right now the only message this show sends is "you cannot escape your past" and thats a shitty message to send.. Seriously, her father was mad so she has to be mad, just lazy, lame and cliché..

This is the part that personally bothers me the most: the nihilist message we're being given. Maybe people (like myself) shouldn't have expected a happy ending, and maybe this was GRRM's ultimate point all along, but I really did not need 8+ years of story to end with "nothing matters, you can't escape your past or overcome your deficiencies, everyone is fucked." Real life is cynical enough as it is.

I'll paraphrase an article I read: "the showrunners said that this final season would be 'bittersweet', but they pushed too much 'bitter' and not enough 'sweet'."

To me, one thing that could really make this ending is Queen Sansa. For all the lack of growth/reversion we've seen (Jamie, Brienne, Dany, Cersi), Sansa going from being the dumbest Stark and dumbest main character in the first few seasons, to becoming the most cunning and prescient character(super-saiyan Bran not included) has been a real bright spot (your "sweet" so to speak"). After all the horror she's endured, seeing her end up on top would be nice. It would also pacify all those saying that show treats women poorly after Dany became a crazy-pants that's surely going to die. Though I can't imagine the books ending with Queen Sansa, her character in the books is dumb beyond repair.

At the very least, there should be some surprise ending rather than "the heroic and good male chosen one becomes the king."  He's acts just like Ned and Robb Stark, but I bet he won't suffer their fates.

We all know that he's going to kill Danearys and become king, although he'll feel very bad about it, I'm sure.  A very bad ending to a story that was supposedly about upending the conventions of fantasy.

I don't think so. I think he'll kill Dany (his Queen) and then take the black rather than become king.

I think Jon's pretty much done with the Night's Watch after they murdered him ;P  Don't see him going back to that.  Maybe he'll travel north of the wall and join the wildlings though.

Nerfs more frequently are a good thing, it keeps things fresh in a game that otherwise grows stagnant very quickly.

And it doesn't require much intelligence to realize that rogue is overpowered.  There's no need to wait and collect more evidence, it was clear from the start that rogue will require some tuning.

Is HBO just going to cut the azor ahai prophecy?  Cause Arya doesn't really fit, and I think they're just going to pretend like the prophecy never existed and hope the average viewer doesn't notice.

Other than that I don't have a huge gripe with ep 3, but this detail bothered me.  Hopefully they will fix it in the coming episodes, but I'm not too optimistic.

I wouldn't call token druid trash, they are still hard to beat even when you tech against them, and people are starting to tech less against them now.

But yes, Blizzard should give druid some love, just with a different archetype.

I fully switched to Brave browser on Android now and have not had any issues since.

It automatically blocks the ads without any further setup.

Really like it so far, it highly resembles Chrome.  The only feature I didn't like was the bottom toolbar but this can be disabled in settings now.

Mage has about the same amount if not more removal, why only complain about Warrior? I don't even know how you think removal is a bad thing.

Not really true, lol.  Once Warrior plays Dr. Boom, every one of their cards becomes removal.

No one is running silence, hardly anyone is running taunts, and only a few decks are running Oozes to tech against Rogues.

Most decks running mechs are playing taunts.
Conjurer mage is running a lot of taunts.
Rogue doesn't need to run Silence because Sap is better.

Running taunts (which really don't help too much in my case - taunt availability/quality is low and rogue will chew them up).

But also running 2x, sometimes 3x, weapon removal if that is telling.

    Quote from JoeSense >>

I do not get the people saying that token Druid beats Warrior. I started out playing control Lock. Got creamed every game by token Druid. Started playing token Druid and got creamed by every control Warrior. If the Warrior player knows how to play a control versus aggro matchup it is a good matchup. By the way Loot Hoarder is a dumb choice in Warrior. Should be Acolyte. Acolyte plus Warpath or Dyn-O-Matic is awesome.

     The warriors you played against must've drawn good.  I think it's like a 50 - 50 matchup.

posted a message on Why are people defending Token Druid?

Because it's based on actual data and less subjective.

But if you think about it, warrior mainly has just 4 board clears, which is not a lot compared to how often token druid can refill the board.  So of course it logically makes sense that warrior is going to struggle to draw all their board clears fast enough to not get killed in the early game.  Warrior is not highly unfavored but token druid still has the edge.

It is pretty sad that druid has come to this, and a nerf would devastate the class.  It used to be my favorite class but now it's a just awful.  Blizzard has done a terrible job with this class design.

Hi, my name is Bomb Warrior. Everyone hated me when I was in the meta for 5 days. Now this is my friend, Token Druid. Token Druid is a stupid aggro deck, like me. Everyone hates us because we SMOrc. Token Druid would like to talk to you:

"Hi. You asked me if there are enough board clears/removal. I have been fucked to many times by warrior with Warpath, Brawl, Omega Devastator, Execute, Dr. Boom's hero powers, and Dyn-o-matic. You hate me. Sure I'm fine with that. I bet you hated Odd Paladin, Undertaker Hunter, Pre-nerf Quest Rogue, Spell Hunter, OTK Priest, and pretty much every deck with <50% winrate. I would say go to the salt thread but I'm not one of those people."

Deal with it mate. Or just play any control deck.

HSReplay says token druid is favored over bomb warrior and yes even control warrior.

So it seems like a problem if a control deck that is supposed to counter aggro is still losing to token druid

posted a message on Pop-ups on Hearthpwn

Is it just me (and something wrong with my phone?), or is Hearthpwn infested with tons of sketchy pop-ups?  Almost every time I click a link or button on the site it triggers a dangerous looking pop-up, such as the ones I've attached to this thread.  As a result the site has become almost unusable for me.

This mainly happens in Android Google Chrome on my phone which is freshly factory reset, and the problem still persists.  T-mobile is my network carrier, I'm connecting directly through their cellular service, not through my router.  If I use an ad blocking browser like Brave then the problem goes away, but wondering why the problem exists to start with and how to correct the root problem.

posted a message on Token druid, a cancer on a otherwise good expansion

I mean I don't have a problem with the concept of token druid.  But they seem a little over the top with this latest expansion.

You can fully tech against them, and clear their board 4 times in a row and they will happily refill the board after each time and then easily kill you once you run out of removal.

They just have too much board refill this time around.
