I am a control fan but I am not really really enjoying this meta but its not as fun as the renolock times.
The pros of this meta are that there is no dominant deck and rarely you see an aggro deck. The shudderwock shaman deck is RNG based which makes it inconsistent and the other decks have a roughly 50% win rate.
What sort of meta would you like to see in the upcoming expansion???
I want to see a skill meta. Lots of archetypes that do better if played well. More mechanics like Adapt and Zombeast that entail making the best choices in context. More ways for Shudderwock to fail or be countered.
I've never been a fan of Rogue but if there were a top-tier Burgle archetype I would jump in.

Shudderwock means driving a clown car in circles around your opponent while he swings his sword at you. Half the time he chops you and your car to pieces. The other half you park on his legs and 40 clowns come out one by one, trampling him to death.

Sorry to say but this is a skill meta. Maybe you should look into that.
Its a rock paper scissors meta. No dominate deck, no way to tech against all the decks out there. Its all based on drawing the right opponent and luck of the draw.
When people were calling for a balanced meta I said be careful what you wish for, it might come true.
I always found the concept of control players hating aggro or wishing for control meta silly. The hearthstone meta is a bit like an ecosystem and those aggro decks they hate so much should be what good control players feed on. I loved aggro metas because I love killing boards of tokens, totems and dudes en masse. Now that the control meta is here, the control decks are the ones being preyed on by shudderwok shamans, recruit hunters and their likeness that would have never existed if the meta was faster
No i am not enjoying it. The meta is indeed healthy but i find all decks boring. Even evenlock (see what i did there :D ) to me feels like handlock for dummies. There are indeed many viable decks at the moment but none that doesn't bore me to death after 3 or 4 games . God i hope they reintroduce a deck like the old demon handlock of the patron era.
i click play and the game starts and it is even lock and i am bored. then i realize i am a boring person, then i feel bad about myself and then i misplay because i'm sad and then i get punished and lose and then i feel even worse about myself and i blame hearthstone.

Too many shudderwock's and taunt druids .. Just auto pilot net decks
What deck ISN'T an auto pilot net deck?
Even Lock - Mindlessly tap to highroll into early giant to vastly boost win rate when getting the highroll
Odd Paladin - Vomit cards onto board. Refill & reload with Divine Skill and almost half a dozen dude spawning effects.
Whispering Woods Token Druid - Pray to Ben Brode that you don't get warrior, warlock, or priest then WW + SotF + SR for free win.
Cubelock - Something something tasty cheese something something EZ Big EZ Burst
Azalina Togwaggle Druid - Solid stall, solid armor, super fast cycling.
Odd Rogue - Highroll for that higher winrate Curvestoning. Also has almost as much straight-from-hand burst as the old Arcane Golem OTK Rogue decks.
Spell Hunter - When face goes face and face does not die big beasts eat face that face could not smorc when facing face.
Big/Recruit Hunter - More highrolling and dodging low rolling when getting combos off with big minions. Less potent Big Priest.
Haddronox Druid - Pray that you dodge the mages and shamans. Spider naturalize turn 10. Witching hour + cube. Afk til first wave of taunts finally die.
Shudderwok Shaman - Bait opponents into overcomitting to board. Healing Rain when boards are dealt with. Rng-roll the battlecry sequencing.

I like your explanation.
Krippo said about the net decks is that initially people used to keep their deck's secrets and shared it amongst their group members. But that doesn't happen nowadays and I totally agree everyone (90%) of the people are using net decks.
It's the closest we've had to a control meta since control warrior right? Anyway I like it, but if you were a fan of fast games maybe it's not so hot right now. Different strokes for different folks. It would be nice if we could see more stright up control/combo hate cards that don't just rush the opponent down - aggro/faster midrange decks should be able to tech too for the emta, and not just by going more all in with more face cards - more cards like gnomeferatu and dirty rat would be welcome.

I think it is the only time after ages we have a control meta. I like control meta too but the fact that the power level of for example Hadronox is crazy, the same goes for shudderwock. The power level of such cards is ridiculous and can't be deactivated by pulling from opponents hand as dirty rat is out and milling after coldlight oracle is difficult.
I think this is where the problem lies, control warlock was one of my favourite deck but after the nerf its just impossible to play it now.
I don't like getting destroyed on turn 5 by smorcstone.
I enjoy the current meta an i dont understand why so many people hate on it. If there is one oopressive deck, every one is complaining about that obe deck and how stale the meta is because of it. Now we dont have one op-deck but instead almost every class has viable decks, so people cry "rock paper scissor" meta and call it stale also...
There are viable control-decks, aggro-decks and combo-drcks that keep each other in check. Plural for each! Of course you will still See the same decks if you play multiple hours every day. If you dont like that, maybe hearthstone is not the right game for you...
I climbed to rank 5 mainy using no-quest-odd-warrior and bm-mage, both with a positive win-rate (mage better though). I enjoyed the many different decks to play against and how almost all made the same mistakes. The only thing i would criticise is, that with rat and oracle both gone to wild the meta is missing good anti-combo-tools. But since there us no really good combo-deck outthere that remains a small problem for now, that will hopefully get fixed in the next expansion. (or just move dirty rat to classic and be done with it, d-rat ftw!)

More aggro or a similar control type?

I like a lot, don't have an insane broken deck like Razakus or Jade druid before the nerfs.
The meta is so diverse I can climb to rank 5 with MURLOCK ROGUE!!!
A deck like that never have a chance when a broken deck is 50% of the ladder and the other 50% are decks trying to counter the broken one.

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

Don't like. I don't have a lot of time to climb and this meta is to slow for my taste.
How many of these threads do we need, honestly?
No, I'm not. For various reasons that have been hashed and rehashed endlessly since the expansion came out.
I guess this shows the frustration of the players
nope, it is boring

I think buying more packs can solve that problem!

To be the 4th or 5th to state it: no, because it's boring. Very balanced, sure. Slow, uninteresting, and tedious, much more so.
