I wonder if blizzard had ever considered giving this a deathrattle effect to return it to player's hand as the initial 2 cost pyros. That would be kind of cool.

I don't think that this card will see a lot of play. Unless there is some really strong "Element" synergy. On it's own it's pretty bad card.

Frost Lich Jaina

It's still not good. it's not must include in elemental mage since you can get it easily for Servant of Kalimos. And it's not really deck drifting card, FLJ decks usually work because of new hero power and passive. It's an okay card at best. 
And the worst part is i've opened it yesterday. #FeelsBadMan

how about using 2 Leyline Manipulators to lower cost of 10/10 Pyros? (Besides lowering cost of cards gained via Greater Ruby Spellstone or Shimmering Tempest) You can even get 6 mana 10/10 with Lifesteal with addition of Frost Lich Jaina.

Besides Using Pyros is kinda like using Loot Hoarder but it has extra health and always gives you a nice lategame option instead of the card draw.

a 10/10 undead Bird! seems fair!

Maybe if it just kept recycling into the 6/6 I would consider it, but a 2 trick pony like this is pretty bad.
Unless of course they add some kind of mechanic that synergizes with high cost cards which could be cool
