Great Decks to Play During The Void Singularity Tavern Brawl
This week's brawl is a refreshing way to play through an interesting mechanic which combines minions into one entity! First, lets take a look at how the brawl works.
- At the end of each turn, all your minions have their cost (max of 10), attack, and health combined into one creature - Void Singularity.
- Deathrattle effects do indeed trigger when your minions combine! Cards that simply do something at the end of a turn however do not.
- Control is an essential part of the brawl. How can you get rid of that huge annoying enemy minion to prevent your death?
Whether you just need to win a game to get that sweet free Kobolds and Catacombs card pack, or you want to play as many fun games as possible, here are our recommendations for decks you should be playing.

In ranked mode, yes, it's just a 3 mana 2/3 that spawns a 2/1. But not in this week's tavern brawl... read my EDIT on the comment above where i explain why it's a " 3 mana 6/7" :)
Let's be honest, it doesn't really matter what class you pick, to win in this brawl all you have to do is put some OP neutral deathrattle minions and hard removal from your class.
I had a quest to win 5 games with druid, it took me less than 30 minutes to finish it with 2 neutralize and all the great deathrattle minions.
Surprised to not see a Druid deck up there. Living Mana has proven a lot of fun. its an automatic 10/10 (or more) on an empty board with its major downside removed by the death rattle refunding their mana.
Where the Warlock list at? Apothecary and Howlfiend are some great cards, and 4 hard removals isn't bad either.
Hunter OP)
I run Jade Rogue, which works phenomenally well. There's a glitch with some Jade cards; if you summon Swarmer, it'll die to spawn a 1/1 Jade Golem and a 1/1 void, which then fuse into...a 3/3. I don't know what causes the glitch, but I sure ain't complaining.
Easy win with Hunter. Lots of low cost minions and freezing traps.
You know possessed villager turns into a 3/3
It turns into a 3/3 when it is the only minion you have on board. All the minions with similar deathrattle work this way. I have no idea why this happens though
order is 50/50,
How the Void Singularity interacts with deathrattle minions that spawn tokens on death?
This is a very important aspect of the brawl to understand, cause sometimes u want to spawn an additional token for the cost of a bit of stats to be able to trigger Vaporize/Freezing Trap with something else than the Void Anomaly. And sometimes u want to let that 2/2 Hyena alive to deny your opponent extra stats from his next play.
When a minion that spawns a token via deathrattle is played on an empty board (your empty board, opponent's board state doesnt matter), the Void Singularity triggers twice.
When a minion that spawns a token via deathrattle is played on a board with a friendly minion present, the Void Singularity triggers only once!

I think Priest decks need to run at least a Potion of Madness or Shadow Madness... steal their early Void Singularity & add it to your own...
