The Trump Theorycraft Train to Un'Goro
The self-proclaimed Mayor of Value Town has been up to his usual post-reveal theorycraft now that the entire Journey to Un'Goro set is out in the wild, and oh boy does he have some ideas. Below you can find all of Trump's creations. It sure will be interesting to see if any of them can go further than his Old Gods C'Thun Druid!
Thanks to ShadowsOfSense for putting these lists together from Trump VODs! A true hero.
Spotlight: Elemental Tempo Mage
No Mage Quest here but we do see the Elemental tribe make a strong appearance alongside the new Mage Legendary, Pyros. The goal is to always have something awesome to drop on the field and to use Elementals throughout to always active their synergies.
Lots of common Mage tools in the deck, so let's highlight some of the new cards you'll be playing with.
Elise the Trailblazer
Awesomesauce. Seriously, this card is going to be great since you've got some good draw to help thin out your deck, improving the changes of obtaining your pack. The value of the pack is higher than a normal pack you'd buy out of the store as you are on average going to get a Legendary but will at the very least get a rare. It should also be noted that the expansion contains 22 Elemental minions, which are great for synergies within your deck.
The 2 Mana to play Un'Goro Pack is just so silly. You should be sent to jail for getting 5 cards for that cheap because its an absolute steal, especially when that hand thins out late game! This card is the new Loatheb.
Blazecaller
The better Firelands Portal! You'll cut out the RNG factor and due to the amount of Elementals in your deck, and Elemental generation potential, you should almost always be able to play this later on in the game.
Tol'vir Stoneshaper
This is one annoying stone cat, and beats out the classic Sen'jin Shieldmasta by a mile. It should help kick any aggro you find to the curb and be a nice annoyance like our old friend Sludge Belcher to anyone else you come across. Play it alongside one of those cheap Elemental tokens you received early on via Igneous Elemental to keep the synergy rolling onto your next turn.

Spotlight: Quest Rogue
Rogue isn't dead! Well, at least we hope it isn't! The deck makes use of the new Rogue Quest, The Caverns Below which grants Crystal Core.
- The deck plays off of low-cost minions which can be played whenever drawn and to get out tons of damage once your Quest completes for the ultimate in value.
- You should use Mimic Pod or Thistle Tea to draw one of your cheap minions.
- Shadowstep or Youthful Brewmaster will help bring that minion back to hand to get extra plays. Shadowstep preferably!
- The quest will complete very quickly and then you just need to go crazy! 5/5 Patches the Pirate - the Dream!

All The Decks!
In total, we've got 12 theorycrafted Un'Goro decks from Trump. Do you have any awesome ideas for new decks?
It's easier to criticize than create. I look at these decks and think ruff draft. They are a starting point. To expect the decks to be refined is not only naive but borderline stupid. I say thank you Trump for putting in the time. And thanks to the one that put all of it together.
Criticizing doesn't require any thoughts. You could literally copy and paste a random blurb from a movie review, and replace the names/concepts with Hearthstone stuff that fits, and that would constitute criticism.
But even THAT is too creative and imaginative for some, so they just stick with "This guy sucks lol!" or "X is garbage" without a semblance of a rational argument supporting any of it.
People just want to hear the opinions of some of the faces of Hearthstone, I enjoy it as well.
BUT.. as you say, I don't take em' as "written in stone".
As well as, if people(some people here) stopped for a second and became realistic for a minute, as you said as well: Streamers predictions about cards, predictions actually turning out to be correct would make a very, very short list.
Down voted hehe. Cowards, can't prove it otherwise? I know I got my billions of hours of evidence on youtube and you got what, a minus button. Well done, well done indeed. xD
elise is garbage, the pack could contain a lot of crap that you might not have time to play through entire game. LOL at that analysis. It's even better joke against jade druid which can outvalue anything you throw at him, moreso that deck has pretty good tempo if you managed to mulligan for ramp successfuly.
The most interesting impact on the meta i expect from Humongous Razorleaf which can singlehandedly beat aggro decks in combination with any taunt givers just because ridiculous statline and 3 mana cost. Probably would be even good enough to push silence priest tbh.
trump paid by blizz confirmed LUL
because sellout LUL
Make netdecking GREAT again ^_^
by Trump
Trump builds decks that he wants to be competetive, not that will be, paladin deck is the greediest piece of crap ive seen that will have a 80% lose rate against pirates and jades
He doesn't want these decks to be anything, he just gathered synergies and built possible archetypes.
Trump has 666 ladder decks - Illuminati confirmed!
if you are not fun try at least to be original
So he should build deck what he don't want to see, or what's your point? Maybe you should forgot about Pirate POS which no longer will be played in next meta and try to think about something new also ;-)
In light of the upcoming buffed dudes meta, i would add at least one Polymorph to the mage deck deck.
He is way off with a lot of stuff. However trump is known to miss combos. The priest is in a bad spot, because nzoth is not win condition without strong deathrattle. Paladin and druid are in a great spot. Hunter looks good for aggro. The rest need more testing. On paper rogue doesn't have anything to fear. They can play many combo decks, pirate. There are no more malygos decks, but no fear. Warrior is the wild card. Shaman looks strong for medium deck.
We should take it slow, don't craft legendaries just because they look good. Synergy is important. I think at the beggining PW will still be strong untill people start using more taunts. Then the meta will shift dramatically.
Its redundant to hate on netdecks or people who play netdecks. Most people will eventually get to the a similar deck, with some slight variations, regardless of netdecks. If there's anyone to blame its blizzard, but they never win anyways, someone's always a hater. Trump is just providing some food for thought utilizing what most skilled players learn are that efficiency and card value win games, with some RNG of course.
RNG being a whole new discussion of whether its good or bad.
Hearthpwn is literally THE netdecking website. You chose a very poor place to complain.
all classes have 1 viable deck, but i still hate netdeck because it makes everyone play the same cards over and over. there are good subsitutes for cards but 90% of people netdeck and they go ahead and put the same cards in. I play my version of handlock but everyones playing tempostorm version LUL
I wouldn't worry about it. Half of these decks of Trump's are absolutely trash. The other half are at best unrefined.
whats your version of handlock? how different can your deck be?
Handlock is handlock, decks vary by only a few cards but the core remains the same. netdecking is just relative.
